                            “ o-oh ! oh… ” thin shoulders slumped as the other spoke, dejected, violet hues falling to the ground before them. she truly tried her best to hide her countless wounds and scars. even during the summer, she wore a thin cardigan outside of her short sleeved uniform. she didn’t want anyone to know. she didn’t want anyone to see them. her chest, her abdomen, arms, shoulders, thighs, calves– too many scars to count. 

                           there was something akin to a lust she felt from it– she enjoyed the release, the brief moment of joy she felt from the physical pain. she wasn’t sure what it was. maybe it was the rush. maybe it was the flow of red liquid she could see running between the cracks in her skin. but perhaps it truly was a sexual interest as monika claimed. disgusting, disgusting, DISGUSTING!! how could she find such joy in mutilating herself like this ? she hated these habits, hated her interests, hated herself. 

                           even if that was her reasoning, she knew no one would show her sympathy. everyone hated her, after all. “ i-i—-… i’m sorry you feel that way, natsuki… ”

🎎 + You must feel lucky to have a daughter like Yuri; she's very beautiful and studios, you don't see that anymore in kids these days

                               the older man gave a small huff. he hadn’t exactly paid much attention to his daughter in the 16 years she was with him, which he partially regretted-- but not more than he regretted even having a daughter. “ yes, i suppose she is quite smart and beautiful. if only she would show her face a bit more rather than hiding in her bedroom all the time. lord knows what she’s doing in there. working on her depressing poems, burning incense and candles and those strange essential oils ? bah, she’s just trying to get attention, i’m sure. i don’t have time don’t that. ”

🎎 Have you ever regretted not spending as much time with your daughter?

                               there was a moment of silence as the woman gazed to the closed door of her daughter. there was a lot she regretted, many things she could have done differently to ensure that she felt safe and LOVED. but her husband and she had been so engulfed in their work that they had neglected to notice their daughter’s slowly deteriorating mind and quickly breaking heart.

                               “ i regret not being a good mother, yes. i regret not getting yuri the help she needs. i regret letting so much time pass before i realized she was harming herself. ” she sighed. “ but i’m a busy woman. while i regret those things, part of me also regrets even having a child. she’s just… too much work ? ”

                               “ oh, here we go. . . ” the young girl muttered before her parents glanced from their respective tasks. 

                              “ yuri is a sweet girl. ” her father chimed. for a moment it seemed he would go into loving detail of his daughter, but he only gazed back to hes phone, a less than enthused expression on his visage. “ she’s quiet. stays out of the way. it’s nice.                               her mother nodded in agreement, a small hum able to be hear. “ yes, yes, she gets a new knife, she shuts up and goes about her business. she’s also quite the creative one with her little poems. ”
