⚠️Spoilers, under cut. For those who didn't see the movie yet, take caution until you get the chance to watch it⚠️

While I didn't think the movie would even take the dark route, (because I personally think it would make zero sense in movie continuity), I am all for AUs depicting Dark Sonic being in it/involved. BUT. I got an even better (and more disturbing) idea concept for AU stuff if people wanna do it. (Feel free to credit me for the initial idea of you want for anyone's AU creations)

Why not an AU depicting a Movie!Fleetway-ified Super Sonic? Let that emerald power actually do something to his heart. Corrupt it. Make him insane/evil when he gets those "kill Shadow" thoughts (even after he transforms). Because in the words of Knuckles from the previous movie, he would "not the same Sonic as you know". Terrifyingly eager for Shadow bloodshed/murder.

But hey, I'm spitballing ideas here y'know?

more thoughts because I’ve had the night to process more things

I was SO worried that they would do a third act break up with team sonic cuz I’m not usually a fan of that trope but they executed it PERFECTLY oh my god

The way Sonic and Knuckles were gearing up to fight each other with Tails being right in the middle before Knuckles decides to let Sonic know where the master emerald is was done so perfectly, that scene had me on the fucking edge of my seat

I’m actually so serious about Stone being a villain next movie it would be so perfect

I’m gonna make an au where Sonic when dark instead because all of his locked in scenes just screamed going dark to me

Tails being the MVP of the movie means so much to me, like his inclusion in this movie is so much better than two

God I wish we had more scenes with Maria and Shadow I’m just not over their interactions

I kinda love how sparingly they let Shadow speak, it just makes him goading Sonic to finish him off insanely peak to me

I mean this so respectfully but when live and learn started I metaphorically busted so hard

That entire scene when Sonic and Shadow were fighting in their super forms is so crazy because the trailers managed to take us out

Eggman randomly announcing he’s pansexual was beautiful
