Adelaide Sakamaki is the previous queen consort of the Vampire Clan, as she was the wife of Johan Sakamaki. She is also the mother of Karlheinz and Richter Sakamaki.

Appearance

Adelaide is a beautiful woman with very pale skin, wavy dark green hair, and lovely gold eyes with long dark lashes. She also had a tall, statuesque figure that was coveted by many women in the land.

For clothing, Adelaide only wore the most lovely and extravagant dresses and jewelry. Adelaide also only wore clothing colored in jewel tones and dark colors.

Personality

Not much is known about Adelaide's personality. However, her sons have stated that while she seems cold on the surface due to her having to be the Vampire Queen, she was in actuality the kindest and the warmest person they knew.

History

Adelaide is the daughter of a high ranking vampiric nobleman in Eden. As she was his only child, and a part of a family that was a high enough rank, Adelaide and Johan, the young Vampire King, were arranged to be married when she was only nineteen years old.

Fearing that he'd be a cruel man, Adelaide attempted to run away the day before her wedding, but she is stopped by a charming young man, a 22 year old Johan Sakamaki. After they got to know each other, the two preceded to get married and the rest was history.

Between her and her husband, Adelaide was the most involved with her two sons, more specifically Richter since Karlheinz was made to study and prepare himself as Johan's heir. When she and her husband passed, Adelaide was the only one her sons mourned. Like with her husband, Adelaide's portrait was hanged in the "family room".

When Karlheinz shape-shifted and changed his appearance to his current look, he made his eyes the same color as his mother's.

If Adelaide managed to live long enough to meet her grandchildren, she'd be similar SpongeBob's grandmother.

This is just for fun. Also, the way Karl and Richter's parents look in the picrews I chose may have a few people raise some eyebrows, but I'll do my best to explain it.

Johan Sakamaki ♠️

Bio: Johan Sakamaki is the father of Karlheinz and Richter, husband of Adelaide, and the previous Vampire King. His parents arranged for him to marry a young vampire woman named Adelaide from a prominent family in Eden. Johan, while he hated the idea that he couldn't chose his own bride, fell for his soon-to-be wife when they ran into each other when she tried to run away the day before their wedding was to take place. Due to his duties as the Vampire King, Johan wasn't really involved in his sons' childhoods, and had Karlheinz work day and night in becoming his successor. After he and his wife passed on, they were buried together in a shared coffin, and their portraits were placed with the others Karlheinz has in the "family room". So for those who have questions about why Karlheinz and Richter's father looks the way he does, here's an answer: there's this theory that Karlheinz's current appearance that everyone knows isn't his actual look. Fans have theorized that because he can shape-shift and because of Cordelia's comment about Reiji's eyes, the theory goes that in the past, Karlheinz's hair and eyes were the same color as Reiji's, which could explain why Shu looks like Beatrix and Reiji looks the way he does. So for his father, I decided that Johan would have the same hair and eye color as his grandson to explain where Reiji gets his looks from.
