Swinging the door open to the long hallways of the apartment complex, he wanted to make sure to make a decent impression on his neighbor who he had invited for dinner, as a way of getting to know one another. The room was, of course, on the top floors of the venue, having the entire floor to himself. But those were minor details in comparison how Lawrence found himself quite nervous for this night. “Oh thanks again for coming.” Being new to the area, especially coming out of a pretty horrible relationship, he was trying to adjust to how life was beyond the relationship he had for so many years. Hopefully, he would be able to garner at least a decent friend, before seeing if it could turn into something more serious. “The chicken is just about done…” The man said to the other as they walked in, shutting the door behind him. Making nice with neighbors was definitely something he wanted to try at first. Especially when the other was so easy on the eyes. “Can I get you something to drink? Red? White? Beer?”

He was a friend. A very close friend. Someone Theo had known for quite some time. And now that they were away for a while, and suddenly saw their name pop up on social media, he figured he reach out and see them for a weekend. Whatever the future holds for them this weekend, it was an honest chance to catch up. “So what are you seeing anyone right now? No special person in your life?” He was definitely curious how the other fared as his life was busy with his booming gamer’s lounge and bar. But, thankfully, he had the chance to be away and let someone else care for the business while away, and that was including failing at pool once again.

“Fuck yeah. This was real nice.” He smiled at the other as he had just went to use the restroom to freshen up. Lawrence was one to stick around this time and this one was nice enough to keep him around. He usually had the other over at his place, but when he had to stop by and get some work done. The middle of the night was time for them to get familiar with each other once more. Walking back over to the larger bed, Lawrence grunted a bit as he got close to the other, holding the other close to him. “Appreciate you saying that I could stay here.” This was the fourth time that they had seen each other like this. And Lawrence didn’t seem to see themselves ever letting up on these interactions. If anything, they were only going to increase with time.

Strangely enough, Lawrence found himself giving a hearty laugh as he took another sip of his beer, looking at the other with a grin on his face. He couldn’t remember the last time he actually laughed and his son wasn’t around. But thankfully, it was with someone he was slowly warming up to. His son had asked if his best friend from school would have a sleep over at the house, and when he found out the best friend was a girl, he knew that it was going to take the parents some convincing. But it seemed they were alright with it. And the parents stayed. “Yeah... I don’t know about you, but those college years, while they were great... and, well, eye-opening... I’m glad I’m not back on my campus.” Lawrence liked to reminisce on the past but never to hope to go back to that time.

“What is you want? You’ve already have had your fun with me. What makes you think that I would want you here?” Theo wasn’t a fan of being used and taken advantage of, given that he was a guarded person overall. Sure he gave a good face to regulars and newcomers into his establishment, but his personal life wasn’t the easiest to navigate. He still had a lot of emotions that he was working through, and it didn’t help how much he felt about the other. But to avoid any more heartache, he would rather just be done with it all. He didn’t like knowing that he was just another guy to the other. But rather, he was going to learn from it and move on. And yet, there the other was in front of his door. “I don’t even think you left any of your stuff here.”

Leaning back into his seat, he looked up at his lover, after realizing what time it actually was. “Oh um, I’ve been cooped up here all day, working on getting this paperwork finished before the morning… Clients just love putting quick deadlines… Sorry I didn’t text or call.” He said as the other approached, clearly a bit upset that he didn’t actually call or text. Still in his office, the had given the other a way to visit with security clearance. At this point Lawrence was probably one of three people still working in the building: a janitor, the security guy and himself. The two had been married for only a couple months so this new life together was still some to get used to.

Every so often, Lawrence got all sentimental about the notes he had from his son Parker throughout the years, even from kindergarten. Even if he was just in the second grade now, the amount of notes to him had filled an entire box that he liked to pick up every once in a while and read through. He didn’t even notice the other as they walked in, setting the paper to the side. “Oh sorry, yes, yes I’m ready. Just get all emotional this time of year.” Every year, Parker got the chance to stay overnight at his cousins house on Lawrence’s side of the family, something that they have been making a tradition out of. While it was his week to have his son, he was willing to sacrifice it to have Parker spend time with his extended family. “Hope that’s okay.” Lawrence stood up to face the other, grabbing their hand. “We can still go. I’ll be fine.”

“You and I both know that’s a horrible idea. You always come back. And if you don’t, I will. That’s just how this works. So why don’t we skip the part where you are mad at me, stay and just hate fuck like we always do.” Lawrence knew that this was just a ploy to keep the other around, as it was obvious that this was what actually happened every time they fought. And at this point, Lawrence didn’t know why he was still trying to fight for this relationship. He could easily get what he needed from another willing participant. And yet, he was there, nearly begging the other to stay. It felt wrong, against his nature, and yet, right, for the sake of the other. “But that’s up to you. You know I’ll always take you back.”

“Don’t be so hard on yourself, this sort of stuff happens all the time.” He had asked a family friend if the other needed any work, and after a very basic interview, he was working for him at the gamer’s lounge in no time. And while there seemed to be very little interest the board games and gaming part of the business, there were several other things that needed tending to. The other was mostly take on a more administrative role for Theo, making sure snacks were stocked up and new games were organized. Things of that sort. And they had just gotten a rather large shipment of gatorade for the vending machine. “Well now we don’t have to order that for a while. Don’t worry.” He said, letting his hand rub against the fullness of the other’s back, knowing that he was probably going to get himself into trouble if he started something. The other was just a bit of eye candy for him, starting to love seeing him around the office just for his eyes to gaze upon.

Looking at the other, he knew that this was something that he didn’t really want to think about. Opening up about his past. But they had been together for nearly two months now and the other knew very little about him. Maybe it was easier to just keep it that way, but he knew that if he wanted to move forward, he would have to do this. “Well, just a bit of history on me… My mother died when I was very young, which led my father to be quite depressed. Which also meant that he blamed me for her death. And I have the scars to prove it... As soon as I turned 18, I left and found life and love from my cousin’s family. They brought me in after their two boys had already gone off to college. I worked at as a bartender for years before opening my own business.” It was the dark history that he wasn’t fond of, but it sure was relieving to talk about it. “Sorry that was a lot I’m sorry.”

Looking at the other, as he sat on the bed, Lawrence couldn’t help but make a face of complete lust and excitement. This was the third night in a row he had the other all to himself. The merger of his company and the other’s also meant the merger of their hot bodies making love almost all the time. And Lawrence couldn’t get enough of it. “Fuck babe… that ass and body is amazing still…” He bit his lip as he saw the other come in from the shower, donning nothing but his birthday suit for the other. His erection instantly hard under the sheets of the bed. He scratched his chest as he looked deep into the other’s eyes, “How about we have some more fun, ruin that body once more…”

Giving out a bit of a smile, it was the best he had in a while, and he wasn’t even talking about the young man that was slowly working on his hard length. It was the fact that school was back in session in a couple days and he found himself with little to none time with anyone else than a couple students. Then this one found a way to contact him and this was where they ended up. It was late and Lawrence was in his suite not far from the university and there was the young man doing his best to impress. “Well, you’re doing great boy… keep it up.”

Lawrence tried to keep his exposure to students at a minimum, knowing that the contract he had stated that his interaction was strictly for the classes he taught and any other time was off limits. He didn’t necessarily agree with the statute as he wanted to be available as much as he can for his students. Or even students he didn’t teach. Some of the best students he encountered never took any one of his classes. They were students that sometimes just needed guidance or advice. And Lawrence was willing to take the opportunity to do so. He always told his students that he was around after hours typically just to get some homework graded, or work remotely for his executive job. It was a nice open space for him to work from and usually felt at peace in a place like that. Thankfully he was able to hear when students walked in to ask for any extra help. Without looking up, he cleared his throat, hearing someone actually walk in. “What can I help you with?”

Waking up from what seemed to be an eventful night, it took a lot for Lawrence to be as drunk as he was, only remembering the name of the first drink that he ordered. And now he was certainly captivated by the amazing sensation his crotch was bringing at the moment. Humming to himself, he took a peek under the sheets to see what was the result of the lovely night. “Ah fuck… that’s it yeah…” He muttered as he saw a bobbing head under the sheets, offering the other a smile as he continued to hum and move his hands onto the other’s head in complete enjoyment.

Taking a good hard look at the other, it was almost too easy to read the other. They were surely one of the most attractive ones in this bar, and while Lawrence wasn’t exactly ready to simply give himself to the other, how much he would actually enjoy that. He didn’t want to come off as completely desperate, even though his whole body was giving himself a totally different tell. And even though he was normally a patient man, he took his pool stick and walked it over to the other side of the table, giving the other a deep impression of eye contact before winking and taking the winning shot on the table. “Like what you see? Or are we going to continue this staring contest?” Maybe that was just enough cool and slick behavior the other wanted to come up to him as well.

This wasn’t something that many people got the chance to do. It was something special that he had grown to love and enjoy. It was their annual cruise trip with what used to be his entire family. But now that has obviously changed due to the fact that he wasn’t really with his family anymore. The best suite, the best dinner, the best pool, all of it. And now he gets to share this experience with his new fling. He didn’t know if it was going to last longer than the two weeks on the cruise boat. “Well what do you think?” He asked with a glint in his eye, already ripping off his shirt to put on a nice Hawaiian tee to show off his chest and abdomen, show off the body he liked working on. “We can do literally whatever you like… hm….” Lawrence came up to the other, holding him close, planting a kiss against the other’s neck.
