What mattered to him was Jenna’s safety and her wellbeing. Sure he liked taking her out and showing her off but he always tried his best to read a room first before they entered, the crowd in the bar was relaxed but all it took was mixing of drinks of and the last shot to start something that he knew someone couldn’t finish.

Jesus fuck this  was the guy that Rose wouldn’t shut up abut? Impress, a sure upgrade from that shitbag Christopher Lockhart but a bit rough around the edges compared to Nathaniel Lee. Truth be told, Nathaniel and Tyler kept in contact and he did bring up how he planned on coming back to the states just for his dear Rosie but once he learned about this Derek Hale he decided it was the best he didn’t pop back up and keep a distance. However Tyler couldn’t help but start a conversation with the man. 

❝ So I assume you’re the famous Derek Hale that my sister talks about it so much.  ❞ The male said as he finished cleaning a glass at his bar and proceeded to wipe down his counter despite it already being cleaned, he did like to keep Lion’s Den in the best shape. ❝ Can I get you a drink? Or some food?  ❞
