I am Independent and Semi-Selective, and I started RPing roughly in April 2016.

Most of these muses are designed to fit into (or come from) hero-universes or the Teen Titans (2003 cartoon) universe easily, but most of them have verses to fit into other places, too.

All the blogs except the mainblog are sideblogs to that, meaning if I follow back, it’ll be from starfirechan in any case.

The Art for Mar'i in this promo is from dar-draws here on tumblr. All the other pictures are from official arts/media of sorts, and partly heavily edited.

Verse Information - School for Heroism and Villainy

Okay, I’ve had some form of this existing in some asks and a post on my wishlist before, and there was one thread that took place in a setting like this before (though it never got far). All of this mostly, if not only, on Starfire, I think, but of course it’s still a concept I want to have my other muses in as well.

I don’t really have a set fandom or movie or show to connect to this. A movie with the name of Sky High is similar, I assume that BNHA has the same concept in a way too (though I know basically nothing about the latter), and that’s about all I can think of -- this verse depicts a school setting, where anyone with powers(/abilities/special skills) comes to get(/give) lessons in tactics and fights and anything that really needs to be learned. Heroes and villains alike, to-be and that already are, they’re all students there and usually living at the school as well. The ��big names’, as in older or more experienced heroes&villains (or occasionally just fighters or otherwise excelling in something teaching-worthy) are the teachers, and the younger ones are the students. People from Earth, from other planets, even other universes or dimensions - they’re all welcome here and go to this place together. All for raising the next generations.

For a long time, Ryand’r only had solitude. He lived all by himself, hiding on a planet where no other being lived, unless you counted plants or animals. He waited out the years, expecting doom to find him as soon as he was going to risk stepping out - only for one day to find a mysterious box having crashed into the planet. He had assumed it to be a simple rock from space, nothing out of the ordinary; but when he inspected the crater, he found a box that contained a letter of invitation, addressing him directly.

It spoke of a school, a place full with other young people like him, special in at least some forms, a place where he could continue to hone his skills and where he wouldn’t have to hide anymore. A place from which he would be able to return to Tamaran safely, too.

Honestly, it was all a bit much, but he did feel like there was much he still needed to learn that he wasn’t able to learn by himself. He could use the lessons, most likely, and... perhaps somewhere deep down he was also curious how it would feel to not be so alone anymore. Thus, he accepted the invitation, and before he could even begin trying to figure out how it worked, he was already transported to the school.

Wildfire mostly sticks to himself. He is wearing his cloak here as well, and also still often almost completely hides in it. He’s usually rather quiet during classes, does what he needs to do really well but just doesn’t interact with neither the classes nor the people all too much. Some people say that he can’t even speak any of the languages used here, although the scores he gets in the written exams, and his accurate following of the instructions the teachers give, suggest otherwise.

Within days, Starfire found him. Both of them were overjoyed to see the other again after so many years, and Wildfire does enjoy having her (and Blackfire) around again and knowing that they are safe, but he has not met her more than twice again so far. She is so energetic, so popular, very very tamaranean and such a source of light and warmth - it was simply overwhelming.

I will be using my normal icons, probably, if any. I do think that it works for him to still be wearing his usual tamaranean outfit, and I already mentioned the cloak; but it would also be cool to picture them all wearing school uniforms of sorts. So yeah.

Headcanon

At one point after their reunion and during both of their stays on Earth, Starfire has introduced Wildfire to the Pudding of Sadness. Or, well, more like forced it upon him in a way similar to how she 'offered' it to Beast Boy one time in the cartoon (episode Divide and Conquer).

Wildfire was very displeased, shocked by the sudden 'assault' even, refused to eat anything for like a day afterwards, and it actually was enough to briefly strain their relationship in a way that he felt very nervous and uncertain and just odd about being with her.

On a positive note, the whole experience had indeed brought him away from the sadness that was reason for the whole thing.

Headcanon

Wildfire may be (rather tall for an age of 14, around which I default him as, but that's for earthen standards) just a little shorter than Blackfire, and even shorter compared to Moonshot, but that's all simply due to him still being younger. Eventually, he will be a little taller than Moonshot. (And a lot taller later-on if I stick to the idea of him getting the boost in growth that e.g. Galfore also experienced, but I'm never quite sure on that so yeah.)

A very frequent example is when he doesn't know how to say something. He doesn't exactly like stuttering and mixing up words and everything - there's nothing he can do about it of course except keep learning, but, it still very much makes him embarassed.

He's also easily flustered when it comes to being close - he's so very unexperienced and also doesn't want to overstep any boundaries, so it's like there's so many options of what might be right to do or not do or what might be expected of him or not that he's quickly at very much a loss and very very flustered about it.
