A boy walks in the streets of Fontaine seemingly inconspicuously, with a pair of dark sunglasses and a hat covering most of his head. He dressed in clothes which are enough to make him seem like a normal citizen there, not so flamboyant that it makes him stand out, and not so plain that he gets mistaken for someone poor. He spots a bench, which Henri happens to be sitting on. He glances at the girl a couple of times, until he speaks up.

"PSSSSSSSSSTTTTT."

Henri had an idea that the boy was not from Fontaine the moment he sat down next to her. There were only the rare few people who would casually sit next to her, especially after she spent those three years in the Fortress.

Henri was a social butterfly by nature and deeply cared about what other people thought of her. Neuvillette was able to recognize that she was a natural diplomat and had a lack for socializing but while she looked cute and was friendly, she still bared shape teeth.

These sharp teeth would be visible whenever she smiled, spoke or moved her mouth. That would it difficult to have long lasting friendships or interpersonal connections but there was nothing Henri could do about that as she was currently watching the seagulls and watching the people.

"Hm?" she looked over when she heard the boy speak up, unaware of what he wanted or why he was talking to her but just gave up a friendly smile and wave, " Oh! Bonjour! Are you new to Fontaine? I am Henrietta Baudelaire, Marquis of Fontaine. Most people call me Henri for short though!"

Henri dressed rather flamboyant and princely herself. Many have mistaken her for a young boy instead of a young girl, especially considering she prefers to be called Henri.

Watching nari’s parents interact with their daughter .. Infact just watching all the people I know interact with their parents upsets me, it’s not that im upset with them.. it’s not their fault anyway!

it just makes me so upset to.. to just see everyone with their parents who actually care about them, it makes me upset knowing I’ll never have that experience.

Atleast hayi got to spread his childhood with our parents, sure it wasn’t for long and he definitely doesn’t remember a lot of it but he atleast had something similar to parental love.. our grandmother raised him and she’s basically like a parent, im in no luck.

Henri was instructed to not let Bob eat any souls or magic. Also something about a third world and the word of bil?

" I remember her. I saw her whenever I visited Dottore but I didn't really talk to her until recently. I actually plan on discussing with Neuvillette about the idea of forming a diplomatic connection with Sumeru and its Archon but.. that is just so I can see Collei again."

" Big Brother Fremie!!" she clapped, bouncing up and down, " He is the best diver in Fontaine. He makes the cutest penguins but.. uhh.."

she soon stopped in her bouncy behavior, placing arms behind back amd looking away momentarily.

" Well. Fremie is much closer with Lyney and Lynette. He has known them both longer than he has known me. I only recently moved in with them but still.. When I see the way they interact with each other, I can't help but feel so.. Alone. I'm just an outsider to them."

I will always remember the day we met. It was in the fortress and our shifts ended at the same time. Lyney took me aside and showed me a magic trick. I.. I didn’t understand what he was trying to do and so.. I kinda ate his cards. Lyney tried to show me another magic trick later that day and I ate the rose he gave me. I was really hungry that day.

Do you want to hear about my typical weekly or daily schedule? Too bad! Here goes..: I get up in the morning and if I smell terrible, I take a shower. If I do not smell terrible, I skip ahead to breakfast. I eat whatever Lyney or Lynette hand me. If they are not there, Fremie will hand me something. If Fremie isn’t there either, I will find something to eat for breakfast.

My insides are wrong. I never seem to grow taller. My chest is flat. The electro energy that flows through my veins and blood keeps both my heart and mind racing constantly. I.. I think I might be a walking corpse. I have the heart of a hillichurl and the brain of a human. My heart and brain often fight for control. My bones covered in electro crystals and my tongue covered in electro slime but I am still human. I am not just a toy.. right?

I love the food down in the fortress but the best food I have found comes from this one hillichurl camp up in Monstadt. I will also take either Rainbow Marcarons, an occasional Leisurely Sip, some Cubic Tricks and Seabird’s Sojourn if you have any.

I really don’t like Cubic Tricks but there is a dish that I despise far more than that: Calla Lily Seafood Soup. It’s disgusting.

Henri lifts up a hand to allow the small creature to slither into her palm. It wasn't long until she was holding Bob in her hand and examining the pure black snake.

" Hello, Bob~ Oohh.. You come with fangs too, don't you?"

she spoke to the snake, moving her hand slightly to see how it would adjust and soon enough Bob made himself comfortable around her arm. Henri cleared her throat and looked back to you, " Do you.. know what species Bob is? What do snakes eat? Mice? Rats? Insects?"

Henri had been able to fluently speak with Hilichurls ever since she died and was reanimated back to life by The Doctor. It wasn't until she met Caterpillar that she discovered this new talent of hers.

Caterpillar explained that he could sense the beating heart of a Hilichurl within her and that the blood ran through her veins. A cursed blood that Henri hadn't been born with but was infused into her bloodstream.

Henri could speak in the tongue of Hilichurls without even being consciously aware of it.

This caught the attention of many people including the Abyss Order and Dainsleif ( potentially also Kaeya + his ancestor, Chlothar )

Henri need only take one look at the photo to know who it was and could explain in detail where to potentially find Navia but does her best to not reveal too much for Navia's own safety.

" Navia is a busy woman but she is also very understanding. Just explain your situation to one of her subordinates and I am positive somebody will get back to you on that."
