Luz Noceda had been enjoying this Winter festival, specifically this hot chocolate stand. “Oh, man. I am in love with this hot chocolate. You have got to try this with me!” Luz Noceda says to the other person nearby her. Luz Noceda had to stand in the line for ten minutes for the hot chocolate, but it was definitely worth the wait. She makes a new concoction. Luz Noceda grins at the other person. “Sorry for the random invite.
