I desperately want some dream / mind searching threads, where Oscar is able to reach Ozpin after put into a sort of trance (after they’re somewhere safe) / sleep, and he can pull him out. Pretty much like Inception, except not so much diving into Limbo. He gets put under and he can seek out Ozpin and convince him to come back, and they share a heart-to-heart and talk things out, and by the end of it, (hopefully) they’ll be closer and understand each other better. Though, following my specific canon for this blog, he has to seek out both Ozpin and Ozma. He can convince them both not to give up.
