BLOOD! for a starter where my character is injured.

“hey, no it’s fine - i’m fine.“ dean shrugged her off as he turned away from the bar and reached for a clean rag to wrap around his hand. he didn’t usually break a glass in his hand, but he guessed if he was gonna do it, he ought to do it well. wrapping the cloth tightly around his palm, he hissed as the pain settled in and watched momentarily as the blood seeped through the white fabric. grimacing, he turned back to look at his customer, offering an apologetic smile. “let me uh.. wash this real quick and get a glove or something on and i’ll get you that drink.” he paused as he started to head to the back, “on me since i’ve chosen to be an idiot today.” he half-joked.

BOO! for a starter where my character trying to scare yours

dean must have jumped a foot as his instincts kicked in and he swiveled to reach for the gun he kept tucked into his jeans. only to stop at last minute when he realized it was someone from the town and not... he squinted, trying to chase a memory of what seemed familiar - only to let it go seconds later. “scaring me? really?” he criticized before pulling his hands back and sighing and keeping the piece he kept to protect himself safely hidden. “got anymore scares left in you? go head, get it out now.”

“no, sam - “ dean started, holding the bottle of whiskey in one hand and his tumbler in the other. “the place can’t be haunted, you know why? because ghosts - you see, ghosts don’t exist.“ he’d seen the living room table move on its own as well. and the painting he bought off that weird self-absorbed british guy fall of the wall for no reason. felt the cold spots. had a beer bottle thrown at him. but that wasn’t real. “all of that can be easily explained, okay? like... like you know, earthquakes!” he was proud of his answer, a smile on his face as he carefully set the bottle of booze down and took a sip from his glass. “and electricity.”

“not bad,“ dean observed as he approached the entrance of original sin - the only other acknowledged bar in town. “definitely fancier than my blood, but hey that’s why i run the hole-in-the-wall.” he grinned brightly at the bouncer. “i also can’t afford a bouncer, so i guess this place makes some damn good money.” he wasn’t being spiteful, just curious - and almost in awe. and he figured if anyone from this place that would talk to him, it’d be the guy stationed to watch people.

and that given dean was his own bouncer - they’d have something in common. “so level with me, what’s good in there? because honestly i’d drink at my bar but i get tired of looking at my own scenery.” he squinted at the sign for original sin and made a small laugh.

“look i’m not saying your choice of movies right now sucks but,“ dean held up a hand as he passed over the bowl of popcorn with his other, “it sucks.“ he gave her a smirk and a shrug before digging into the popcorn he’d just handed over to her and stuffing his face. “yel, i mean seriously - why do you want to watch... what is it again? ‘wytch woman kills’ or whatever when the ‘blair witch project’ exists?“ he all but pouted at her knowing full-well it’d get him absolutely nowhere.

“alright - how about ‘as above, so below’ huh? something different and maybe no witches.“ he asked, both brows rose as he nudged her from their seated positions on the bed - where he kept his massive flat screen tv. “also uh, so you know, my sort of dad is coming to live with me and sammy soon - i know you’ve heard me talk about bobby - i think you two will either like each other or kill each other and honestly i don’t know how it will end but... i mean... you should meet him, you’re kinda my... really good friend.”
