   well hello, hello it is i, anthony, coming trough with a swapped brand new muse because i was losing muse and didn’t know what exactly to do with him. but, i’ve been thinking about this kid right here, since i’ve just started watching on my block and i’ve had adore in mind for a long while! i’m gonna move on instead of rambling on. a plots masterlist of wanted connections will come after this! so, without further-ado, here’s adore cruz!

BACKSTORY ! ! !

adore cruz was born in los angeles, california as the youngest of six children in the cruz family. the bundle of such joy came on december 25th, 1997 at midnight. there’s a joke myth that santa claus was flying around when he was born, but you know that’s just a fun little joke.

his parents really wanted to name him adore, it was a name that they just really liked? he can’t really explain why he’s named adore, but maybe he was meant to be adored... except in a different way.

his father is the ceo to a pharmaceutical company while his mother was an international model. they’ve got money all over the place and a huge majority of their wealth comes from old money, with the money from the company adding onto it, as well as all the work that his mother has done. we could get into all the old money history, but that would truly be so long.

his family is a bit more of an academic family, to be quite honest. it’s all medical and business... where adore has never that type of person. he just didn’t have it in him to want to go the academic route.

he was seemingly meant for the glitz, glam, and fame. sure, his parents seemingly just wanted him to be meant for the glitz and glam, rather than the fame. they were all about big and extra - however, they didn’t want their son to really go on to be famous or whatever. however, he was determined.

he was rather interested in music and acting, learning the guitar and piano, as well as the voice he’s got on him. however, he was always really interested in acting. his parents just kind of like were like whatever, okay fine you can act whatever but that’s it you’re gonna go to college after. this was his current in.

he became a bit of a big disney star (just because i couldn’t help myself.) most of his time was spent there and there were a few outside movies that he was in, but that was it. (i didn’t give him a filmography just because he’s done with that part of his life, mostly. so, i didn’t want to like hog anything??)

during adore’s teenage years was when things had seemingly gotten bad when it came to family. he was ignoring their demands, what they wanted from him. he didn’t want what they want; not to mention how bad their attitudes had gotten, especially because he broke out of the mold that was set for him. the only one that really kind of was there for him is his mother, whom he somewhat has a relationship with.

however, he has major daddy issues because his relationship with his dad isn’t the best, due to the rift that’s there because he simply just didn’t want to be him, do what he was doing, or what his other siblings were doing.

this got worst when adore made his music debut; that was the nail in the coffin, really. he was going to solidify himself in what he wanted to do, where he wanted to take his life, not what other’s wanted for him. he decided it was best and if people were going to go down in the process then well.. were they ever really there for him?

there’s simply just a rift, not him being shunned or anything. they’re just simply pissed that he is not with what they wanted. it’s the worst with his dad, as he never listened to him; which i guess i’m just reiterating, but they truly bash heads. thanksgiving, christmas, and easter never go well because it always ends with adore throwing a drink and walking out on the holiday because he truly can’t stand them. the only person who gets an apology later is his mother. no one else simply deserves it from him. kind of think laurel from how to get away with murder and her dynamic with her family.

HOMOPHOBIA TW // (??) if that wasn’t enough for adore, on top of that, he’s completely harboring a secret. adore is very much homosexual/homoromatic. no one really knows unless you’re close to him, and he’s kind of forced to keep the secret. his management is making him keep it, thinking it’ll ruin his image or some shit with fangirls or whatever.

also his father is a lil ?? so he’s also like should i piss him off more ... but like he also kind of wants to say something because like yes more nails in the coffin to be petty as fuck! but also his dad isn’t too bad with it ?? so its truly just u know. // END TW

PERSONALITY ! ! !

truly a nice guy, who can be a bit friendly. has a bit of a cute smile that could easily make you melt.

he’s stylist, charming, and an all around looker. adore is fine as heck, imma just say it now! he’s your little prince charming, a good boy.

however, he’s got a bark that can bite and attitude for days. that’s just how it is and he has it from his parents, especially his father whom he bumps heads with all the time.

adore will also tell it how it is, to be quite honest. he’s not going to hold anything back, he’ll simply just say it and not care about consequences.
