i'm beyond happy to be making a post like this. as you can tell by the title, I'VE SHIFTED! but the catch is i shifted to some unknown reality. still extremely proud of myself and happy, but there's just an ounce of disappointment that it wasn't one of my scripted drs. i've been waiting to tell you guys about it, so let's get into it!

the night of june 24th, 2024, i had chose to take the night off from attempting to shift and just sleep because the previous night i had already attempted to shift through my lucid dream. i fell asleep on accident and woke up at least once, and then fell back asleep.
i fell into a dream where something personal had happened where it caused me to be really sad. to set the setting, it was extremely late at night and i had been coming home. i needed to shower especially to get my mind off things. i checked my phone that was on the bathroom counter before my shower and it switched from 1:30 something am to 3:33 am.
This is when i became lucid. tmi my armpits were extremely unkept. (i feel like this was my dream showing me an insecurity of mine bc i had just waxed and was afraid of the hair growing back weird omg. but after i had stopped feeling insecure and told myself that it's just a dream and it's not like that irl, it went back to normal).
after that moment was passed, i was so exhausted and as i was showering i decided to sit down for a second on the ground of the tub. i was so tired and sad that in my mind i was thinking about how i wanted to just shift so badly. didn't matter what reality it was, i just needed it at that moment.
i laid my head back on the wall of the tub, then my eyes started to drift closed. i started to experience shifting symptoms from inside the lucid dream. there was flashing lights i saw through my eyelids, i felt a sense of floating, numbness accompanied by tingles down my body, and the room felt like it was spinning.
i naturally had woken up. (i'd say i just opened my eyes but it felt like i had woken up like any other time i've ever woken up in my original reality). i noticed i shifted! i didn't even question it, because i didn't have to. just as we are right now, wherever you are reading this, that's how real and natural everything was. you know for a fact you aren't dreaming right now, this is reality. that's the closest way of how i could explain how i knew i shifted.
my surroundings hadn't changed though. it was still the same bathroom setting like i had been in like that dream which i found to be an exact replica of my original reality (or) bathroom. the lights were off but candles had been placed around the bathroom to create this peaceful ambience. it was really nice. i felt the hot water running down my skin as it hit the top of my head, as well as the steam. i could also feel the tiles of the wall and the tub beneath my bare feet.
i also didn't feel the immense sadness and heaviness i was experiencing in my dream anymore. you know when you woke up from being scared or sad in the dream, and you feel a sense of relief because it wasn't real? that's the feeling i had been feeling but also happiness and curiosity from me shifting.
as i was just standing in the water and taking it all in, that's when the ounce of disappointment hit me that i shifted to some place but my actual scripted drs. in which i understand you can shift to unscripted places, but you guys get what i'm saying. i guess it's my fault for not focusing on any of my drs and instead hoping for any reality possible. (please don't take the disappointment i had felt to any offense! i'm extremely happy i shifted, just wish it was to my waiting room dr, etc). but hey, i shifted and that is what matters!
then i decided to shift back! i had no reason of staying there any longer and a part of me didn't want to get out of the shower and open that bathroom door. since it was a random reality, i didn't want to mess around and find out.
i was ready to go back to my or! and even though i had been thinking about my or, i didn't just shift back like i always thought i would or was always afraid of happening when i had shifted to say my hogwarts dr. it was just like every other thought i've had about my drs here! just because you or i think about our drs during the day here, doesn't mean we will just be pulled out of this reality and shifted over there. i hope i'm making sense, but i'm sure you guys understand what i'm saying.
anyway, i set the intention to shift back to my or and said my safeword as i closed my eyes. it's hard to explain but i could feel my consciousness shifting back to my or? then i had woken up back in my or! i checked the time and it was around 4 am on june 25, 2024. i believe i had been in my dr for a total of at least 8-10 minutes. i couldn't believe i had just shifted realities, but i was also dead tired. so i went back to sleep! but i have to say throughout that day, i was exhausted and still processing my shifting experience. so exhausted, i didn't really have the motivation to do much of anything.

the knowledge and act of reality shifting has really been like this warm hug in a sense that when i'm in the depths of any negative feeling, thought, or situation, merely remembering this knowledge brings comfort to me.
as a person who deals with anxiety on a daily basis, everyday activities that any "normal" person can do could be a struggle for me half of the time. simply ordering food in a restaurant or having to go up to the cashier brings me into a mode of stress and anxiety. but remembering that there are multiple universes/realities out there that i exist in simultaneously to this one comforts me. it makes me realize that the things i'm feeling anxious or stressed about are small.
thinking thoughts like, "i'm in the middle of slaying a dragon in another reality somewhere. i'm pretty sure ordering food isn't that scary", "shifting to other realities will have it's own obligations. having to do a presentation for this class just so happened to be my current realties obligation", or "if i can do it in every other reality, i can do it here. i'm limitless".
these reminders tend to help me a lot, especially in the darkest of times. it also helps me to be in tuned with my dr self depending on the situation and dr i can connect it to. for example, driving. to make it short, it has personally be an anxiety-filled experience. but saying to myself, "i literally drive in my vampire diaries or twilight dr all the time [any said dr]. if i can do it there, i'm sure i can do it here". a sense of relief washes over me and i begin to feel calm again.
as for situations like dealing with family drama or any issues in general. it's comforting to know that i can use reality shifting as a form of escapism. merely thinking of the fact that, "i'm not dealing with this in [said dr]" can be relieving as well. maybe even asking yourself, "what would my dr self do in this situation?" or "how would my dr self cope with/handle this situation".
in hopes that you would choose to healthily cope with/handle the situation, maybe your dr self would go to one of your greatest friends to vent or seek advice? maybe you aren't ready to talk about it? what i'd do if i were in my hogwarts dr, i'd go down to the black lake to just put my feet in the water or skip rocks. being close to water helps me to be calm and think clearly while also processing my emotions. just thinking about what i'd do as my dr self helps me to face what i'm feeling/thinking about in a better way. a way that doesn't lead to self destruction but growth.

hey lovelies! ᥫ᭡ i hope you're safe and well ˚.⁺⊹ yess! i almost fully shifted to my hogwarts dr last night !! i'm so excited to share this with you all :) my manifestations have just been so on point and effortless, i swear! especially, for how i want my shifting journey to go. i want to share that "manifestation routine" with you guys as well, but in a next post- this one is a bit rushed bc i had a long dayy <3 i hope this motivates all of you from master shifter to master shifter ;)

to get things started, i wasn't planning to shift last night or technically the very, early morning. i had woken up from a bad dream and needed some time to calm down before i went back to sleep. it had been around 5 am on Aug 19, 2024 that i had put on this subliminal (i honestly love this sub !! it's become one of my favorites and something i may have to live by as i continue with my shifting journey) and fell back asleep!
i had fallen into a vivid, lucid dream where i had been at the back seat of a car that was parked at a beach. i got out and was looking around to see that it appeared to be sunset. my family was there as well! but they had split up. my mom and my sister went to put their feet in the water, but my dad and brother went to go walk some place down the beach. i had been left all to myself.
i decided to go down the sandy hill to the beach, in which i saw that there was little puddles of water caused from it being high-tide and then becoming low-tide. all i did was think about shifting and making a portal since i had been lucid. there was also no one near to stop or hinder me from making a portal, so i took the chance.
i thought about my dr and focused on making a portal to that dr. i saw one of the puddles and i made sure to set my intention that it would take me to my hogwarts dr. i then put my hand through the puddle and my body followed with it. it was like reaching into a void and falling, like the scene in alice in wonderland! instead of falling fast, it felt as if i was floating through it. i genuinely believe i had gone and passed through the void state. because normally i would be scared of the pitch black but i wasn't, i was at peace. i was extremely aware of it all and where i wanted my consciousness to go!
then, i had felt my surroundings change and i was waking up in my hogwarts dr! i felt my sheets and the room change, even the temperature. but i was so eager to open my eyes and opened them way too early instead of focusing on grounding myself mentally first. i saw a glimpse of my sheets, pillows, and bedroom wallpaper as i began to blink which spiked so much excitement. i was sitting up as i was opening my eyes and once i saw that glimpse, my heart literally leapt from excitement.
unfortunately, that was what had me shift back to my original reality. my excitement just sent a surge through my body and i just sorta felt my consciousness slipping back into the void. then ofc, i woke up back in my o.r.

i shifted but i wasn't there for long ughhh. but hey, i got there and i'll get there again! i got this, we all got this. i'm going to fully shift to this dr, and you guys are gonna be the first to know. trust ꣑ৎ as always, happy shifting!

my waiting room dr is a planet that inhabits one island. it's a place for me to be at peace in my own lonesome, as well as a pit stop from this dr to another! no one else exists in this dr except me, along with wildlife that inhabit the island and surrounding water.

"the cave" aka my home
within the white caves on the side of my island is where my home resides. a room with a natural pool that opens up to the ocean, as well as a living-room and kitchen that opens up to the ocean as well. the lower level of my cave (basically basement-ish) is where i have portals to my other drs!
the main beach
there is different locations of beaches i can go to on my island! but of course, this main one is where i go to surf, swim, see the wild horses, etc.
the stables
outside the entrance to my home is a small stable area. it's where i take care of the wild horses on the island, especially this one special white horse where i have a connection with! they aren't conformed to this stables whatsoever, and are free to roam as the please.

my manifestation journal
this journal is strictly for manifesting! i can find this journal amongst my books on the bookshelf in my living-room. i can manifest anything for any reality. i'll mostly be using the journal to manifest things for my original reality though.
digital clock
this clock shows me the time it is in the dr and my original reality! it also shows me the time i've spent in my DR compared to my OR. basically a way for me to keep track of the time so i know exactly when to shift back.
pc setup
i love playing video games! so this pc will have every game i want to play installed on to it as well as any and all game-passes. especially unlimited money fr. it's not only for games though, i can access my scripts or watch on it too.

𖦹 it's always summer in my dr.
𖦹 night time doesn't exist but the sun still sets and rises.
𖦹 i don't get sunburn. (i'm gonna be out in the sun a lot fr).
𖦹 there's a sound system that runs throughout the entire cave that is hooked up to my phone so that i can play songs off my playlists.
𖦹 the boat i have in my dr is connected to my phone so that i can be able to control it from there. it also has a gps system so i can put in where i want to go, and it will take me without me having to steer it.
𖦹 i have fresh fruits in my fridge that is always accessible and never goes bad. (i love fruit so much! having a fruit platter after a swim or a surf session would be amazing).
𖦹 my bookshelf in my living-room is full of books i'd actually enjoy and read. (high fantasy with pure romance, lessons pertaining to my life that would help me grow as a person, and quotes that would have me question life itself) basically, meaningful fictional books that would always stick with me the rest of my life.
𖦹 i have access to all streaming services on my phone so i could watch anything and everything that i want.

hey gang, so june 23rd, i attempted to shift to my waiting room through a lucid dream. let's talk about it!

i believe i was dealing with an energy blockage the previous days before this shift attempt and i noticed i was putting too much pressure on myself to shift, so i took some time to rest. i found i make more progress when shifting is not something i think too much about, just something i do! (if that makes sense).
the day of my attempt, i had already set the intention to shift and was very motivated. i was thinking about my waiting room dr, looking at visuals on pinterest, and vaunting throughout the day as i completed my daily tasks. i wasn't putting any pressure to have to shift, none of that. then when it was time for bed, i went to sleep!
i've been wanting to do the lucid dream method so i had set the alarm like reya had mentioned to induce myself to have a lucid dream. around 5-6 am, that's when the alarm goes off and i woke up to turn it off. when i fell back asleep, i fell into dream where i had been apart of this group call with alexa valentino where she had been talking about shifting.
after that, i walked through a door and i popped up in very vivid, lucid dream. it was day time and incredibly sunny, but no one else was around. i was just walking around and i remembered i had been there in this dream before, so it was either change the dream or go off and do what i want. i obviously chose to go off and do what i want and i came across this trailer home.
when i got up to the front door, in my head i was like "wait, i'm lucid dreaming rn i can shift to my waiting room from here". so then i started affirming myself! "i have shifted" (3x), "i have shifted to my waiting room dr", and then i shouted at the top of my lungs that "i am in my waiting room dr". i was so focused on affirming when i should've been making a portal bro.
after that, i had given up and i walked into the house where i saw a mirror. i saw my reflection and noticed i looked a little different. i had this eerie feeling that someone had been watching me through it, and then i had a divergent moment. i walked up to the mirror and put my hand on it, and found out the reason why i felt like i was being watched. IT WAS ME. like, as in another me. my twin.
for some reason i got super excited and i just went along with it, and i pulled my twin by her arm. i wanted to be shown around the house and when we got to her room, she started having a meltdown. she was asking me who i am, why i'm there, and why am i pretending i know her. that's when i heard the house being swatted through the door, and i was peeking out as i was thinking of how i was gonna get out of that situation. my twin was having a meltdown on her bed and i was holding the door closed when i decided to bolt out the window.

this is my second dream now about being like an imposter in some other random reality. i personally believe the multiverse theory is real, and maybe i just saw a glimpse of an "imposter" me popping up where she, or i wasn't supposed to be? it's quite trippy to think about it like that. please lmk if any of you have had dreams like this too! as always, Happy Shifting!

hi guys <3 this is gonna be a bit of a short post. i just wanted to catch you guys up since i've been on a little shifting break! i did shift on accident again, and i wanted to talk about it before i forget to lol.

so before i had went to bed, i was watching videos that had popped up on my fyp that had pertained to the topic of shifting. those type of posts give me so much motivation. it got me to think about shifting and my drs, which was so refreshing since i've been taking a little break from it all.
don't flame me guys, but every night i sleep on ft with my bf ❤️‍🩹 i was asleep and had woken up to check my phone to see if the facetime was still on and it was. i went back to sleep, fell into a dream, and had woken up again.
but, this time i checked my phone and saw the facetime had ended. my phone was initially off (but even if its off i can still be on the facetime) and so i made sure to check in the top corner if i was, and i wasn't. i was lowkey sad, but decided to just go back to bed. then, i woke up again and felt my phone was overheating under me. i quickly checked it and i found i was on the facetime??? that's when i noticed that i had shifted to a reality i wasn't on the facetime, and when i fell back asleep i shifted back to my original reality where i was.
i know for a fact it wasn't a dream, i don't even have to question it. it was in fact real. i can feel my blankets laying on top of me, the bed beneath me, the cold air from the ac blowing into the room, and my hand gripping around my phone. even the feeling of flinching from my phone screen because of the brightness. i was there for like, 4-5 minutes.

Introduction to my Hogwarts Dr Self!

hey guys, it's c! in this post i'll be introducing you to myself in my hogwarts dr :) i feel it will give you guys a more in depth of my hogwarts dr. to put it out there to not confuse anyone, i have not yet shifted to this dr. i merely want to share about it so that when i do shift, you guys have some backstory <3

my time ratio is 1 hr = 1 week. i'll be shifting to 4th year- a little before 4th year technically. my first day will be the day of the quidditch world cup which is also the day of my birthday! i'll wake up on an early morning at my house by my s/o (i scripted in my irl boyfriend!!). i made my bf a potter meaning he'd be harry's older brother (also because when he wears glasses i and other people say he looks like harry potter).
ps: i am shifting for the plot but i've changed it a little bit and have included myself in the story instead of fully making myself the main character. meaning i don't want to take harry's place but always somehow be connected to the things that happen.

name: c(real name) authorne-lestrange hogwarts house: hufflepuff year: 4th blood status: pureblood patronus: a dragon wand type: 13 in. Ebony wood intertwined with silver, glistening unicorn hair
backstory: so in my dr, i am the daughter of leta lestrange. due to the lestrange reputation, she wants me to go by the last name authorne which was supposedly my father's name who has passed long before i was born. also so that it would make it hard for voldemort and the other death eaters to find me, due to my mother making an unbreakable vow that she and i would be by voldemorts side when the time was right. trying to imply that it's the destiny for all lestrange to serve voldemort. leta has constantly thought of any and all loop holes out of the vow. she doesn't want that life for me and so she got dumbledore to take me in at hogwarts thinking i'll be safer there.
disclaimer: i understand that the timeline between fantastic beasts and when harry exists is like a 70 year long stretch but i'm shifting to a reality to where she is alive to be my mum.

here are some pics of the house! go to my pinterest board to see more details or rooms of the house to get a better look. of course, the middle photo is my bedroom where i'll be first waking up in my dr! i'm really excited to wake up there and take a look around. i'm also excited to be here on break or holidays!
you may have some questions on why the address is unknown. i scripted it to be like that because i felt that's something leta would do to keep me safe. also adding to the fact, i scripted she placed a protective barrier around the whole property that leads anyone who's looking in from the outside to hear nothing and see nothing but a thick forest.

my pets
their names are soren and sage! soren is my male barn owl and sage is my female cat. i'm allergic in my cr so i scripted that out so i can experience having a cat lol. i just had an idea that maybe i should script that sage fly's around on sorens back?? imagine how cute that would be.

so i scripted that i have a personal dorm there at hogwarts and honestly, i'm kinda in love with the room and bathroom <3 as you guys can see here, i have a pics of my dorm! the first image, that door is the entrance into my room and then the second door in my third image is the door to my bathroom. for the last image, i added one pic of how my bathroom looks like.

How To Get Your Shifting Motivation Back!

hey guys, it's c! it's been awhile since i posted. i've been so busy with my personal life that i've lost some of my motivation to shift. which is why i wanted to make a post about it, to tell you that it is completely normal. if you're feeling like how i do, let's gain back our motivation again together.

Something I want everyone to acknowledge is that it's okay to lose motivation about shifting. You're not going to be and feel motivated all the time and THAT'S NORMAL. It isn't because you're not interested in it anymore, you just really haven't made or had the time. If you're anything like me, you've just been genuinely busy and that's okay too.
Why I want you to acknowledge that is because (I'm not sure if this is a universal feeling but) you start to feel a sense of guilt. "If I made time to shift the past couple of nights, I would have finally made it to my dr", "I should've already finished my new dr script so I can shift", "everyone else has shifted except me because I'm not focused enough", "I'm taking so long to shift because I haven't made any time to". I'm sure all these thoughts and more have passed through our mind when we found ourselves in a unmotivated slump. The guilt + the lack of motivation just causes you to be more unmotivated.
I don't want you to feel guilty anymore, because you shouldn't be. Yes, you could've already shifted BUT you can also shift now. There's nothing that can stop you from doing that.

After coming down from the unmotivated spiral, you can finally move on. Now, here's the fun part to getting your motivation back! Here are some tips I think are helpful.

Make a playlist. Gather all the songs that remind you of shifting, how it feels to finally shift to your desired reality, or how it will feel to finally meet the people in your dr.
Create a mood board. Find photos of people, places, and things that relate to your dr. This is a great way to help visualize. You can also add things that you want with you in your dr. (I personally use Pinterest).
Read. Find and read a book that is based on your desired reality. Get connected with your dr again. You can even read some of other people's shifting stories.
Watch a video, movie, or tv-show. Again, find something that is related to your desired reality. It's a great way to help you visualize your dr and everyone in it. You can also watch videos about other people's dr's or what they put in their script to gain more ideas.
Watch your favorite reality shifting content creators. Mine are generally Ati, Kort, Liz, Alexa, and Kay on tiktok. Watching their videos are inspiring and always motivate me to shift. They also have the greatest advice and stories as well!
Keep a healthy mindset about shifting. (This should've been the first tip). Anyways, your mindset is key. No beating yourself up about not shifting. No comparing your shifting experience to others. Definitely no telling yourself that you can't shift either!

hii lovelies! i've been seeing so many people make so much progress in their shifting journeys and manifesting their hearts desires ˚ ༘`✦ ˑ ִֶ 𓂃⊹ if you're interested, this post is going to be about what i believe is the key to all the success i've been having with my personal shifting journey. i believe it may help others as well! warning: this is going to be a bit of long post so, let's continue!

it is my own shifting journey! a path that is personal to me, my wants, and my desires. being able to actually understand that and go about my shifting journey with that knowledge helped me a lot. as someone who consumed a lot of information about "how to shift" on tiktok, i became bombarded with the thoughts of "this is what i'm doing is wrong. in order to shift, i have to be like them and do a, b, and c!". which i learned is totally inaccurate! especially, with the amount of shifting methods you "should" or "need" to try in order to shift.
i learned that i don't have to be laid flat on my back (which is uncomfy for me), drink tea before bed, drink tons of water, meditate, and or blahblahblah to be "able to shift". i honestly never wanted to do any of that, but i tried it because i wanted to shift successfully like the others. it had me overcomplicate shifting so much that i'd become unmotivated.
it was only until i unlearned all those things that i actually started really get somewhere. i removed that belief of "i have to try [said shifting routine, method, etc.] and maybe, i'll be able to shift". i took control and i stopped putting so much pressure on myself. i did what i wanted to do and what i felt was good for me. if i don't want to try a method, i'm not going to. if i don't want to listen to that subliminal for shifting on repeat, i'm not gonna. being able to read someone's success story without feeling the need to try everything they did.
i stopped being toxic with my shifting journey. take this as a sign to stop forcing yourself to do things you don't want to do or feel the need to do. this journey is yours!
you can lay down comfortably and it won't affect your ability to shift!
you can go a few days or a week without listening to those shifting subliminals and still shift because you're a master shifter!
you don't need that method. that method doesn't hold your ability to shift, you do!

the absolute life changer! i don't understand why i didn't really use it for my shifting journey before. it was only when i began using shiftblr is when i started seeing others using loa to manifest their shifting desires. then, i came across reya's 4 day reprogramming and that also was a life changer as well. though even after that, i was still kinda sleeping on that fact. this summer, i really made it apart of my shifting routine and it has done wonders! which is exactly how i manifested shifting to my hogwarts dr <3
i use notion for everything shifting related, especially manifesting! i have a small list of my beliefs and non beliefs that i like to robotically affirm to music, subliminals, ambiences, and or asmr (this is from reya's 4 day reprogramming, i've linked it to my post about when i did it!). next to that i have 4 tabs! one tab has vaunting (example: "i just came back from a shift from my hogwarts dr! i was there for 2 weeks!"), the other for the 3-6-9 method, the next for more shifting affirmations, and lastly for my blog here on tumblr (manifesting that i post talking about my shifting storytime's to my hogwarts dr). then ofc, i have a playlist of shifting subs that i use to manifest as well.
[examples of my shifting affirmations and beliefs: "i lucid dream every night!", "i effortlessly shift realties, even by accident!", "why am i so good at shifting?".]
since doing this i've been shifting by accident, making extreme progress on attempts, and this first time around i shifted through a lucid dream like i intended to. i'm not strict on myself about this stuff either. if i don't feel like listening to subs or reading over my affirmations, i won't. i can go days without doing that, and still manifest my desires! it doesn't affect me being a master shifter. also because once i wrote that affirmation down and desired said thing, i have set my intention and it will already manifest itself for me.

again, i had to remind myself that it is my journey and that someone else's method may not work for me. i finally got fed up with going through trial and error with all these random methods, and began to consider my personal attributes. i know i'm good at lucid dreaming, i've always been that way. i love and can easily maladaptive daydream and sometimes visualize before i go to bed. i find saying a few affirmations in my head while i drift off to sleep helps.
just taking what i like and what i know i'm good at literally was what the best method was for me. in which is how i found that the lucid dreaming method was perfect for me. the daydreaming, visualizing, affirmations, and sometimes using a subliminal is what i do till i fall asleep. there's no pressure because they are things i like to do. then obviously shift to my dr through a lucid dream.
also keep in mind, you don't need a method. all you honestly need is intention to shift to your dr and then just shift! it's as simple as you make it. i personally like having a method because it helps me to remain focused on shifting.
if you want to shift to your dr when you fall asleep, don't make yourself try awake methods.
if you're not the best at visualizing, don't do it. make or find a method where that isn't required.
if you don't even want a method to begin with, don't have one or feel pressured to have one!

the moral of the story is that i stopped overcomplicating my shifting experience/journey and you shouldn't either. why do things you don't like or want to do? this is your journey, your path and the good thing about that is you have no one to consider other than yourself! do what makes you feel comfortable and what you feel is good for you. you're limitless and you already shift so effortlessly. as always, happy shifting!

hey shifters! it's c! i'm going through a blog identity crisis rn. but that's besides the point, we are here to talk about my experience as i completed reya's 4 day reprogramming! i started this process June 10, 2024 and ended it on June 13, 2024.

𝜗𝜚 𝐃𝓐𝓨 1 𝓞𝐅 𝐑𝓔𝓟𝓡𝓞𝓖𝓡𝓐𝓜𝓜𝓘𝓝𝓖 𝜗𝜚
the first day is dedicated to creating a list of your beliefs and non-beliefs that could be created in a physical journal, on a piece of paper, your notes app, etc. after that, you'll re-read it over and over throughout the day to really etch it into your brain. this way you'll be doing robotic affirmations to help manifest your beliefs! in which those beliefs include you believing in shifting and that you have the ability to shift.
ex. i wrote "i believe in reality shifting" in my beliefs area because i believe in that. as for non beliefs, i wrote "i don't believe in the tooth fairy" because i don't believe in that.
i wrote mine in my notion app! i read it multiple times and especially throughout the entire day. as i was reading my beliefs and non-beliefs, i can already notice that my mindset was changing! it gave me confidence in my beliefs about shifting so much that it wasn't even a second thought anymore. it just started to feel natural. i'd like to add that as i did my robotic affirmations, i played white noise and trickling water in the background on youtube (like they do in subliminals) which really seemed to help out.
ALSO, it's okay to not be re-reading every second or minute of the day. you still have a life you need to live and you have to take care of yourself as well. learn to balance it! remember, shifting is already apart of your daily routine. there's no external or internal pressure to have to do it because you're already used to doing it!

the second day is dedicated to going throughout the day and doing things that motivate you to shift! meditate, listen to subliminals, etc! have a sense of gratitude and excitement about shifting to your desired reality and affirm yourself that you've shifted.
before i get into what i did for the second day, i had a dream about shifting and almost had shifted from the dream! i noticed i was lucid and began to say, "i have shifted, i have shifted, i have shifted". i started to feel different like i was being pulled out of the dream like i was waking up (i became very aware of my subconscious and it was like a tunnel opened up in back of me and i was about to be pulled through) and there was flashing lights! but the people in my dream heard me and grabbed onto me. (like wth, why did they have to be my ops). but, i did say it in front of them smh... anywayy since i was busy throughout the day, i turned the things i did into scenarios that could happen in my dr. going shopping turned into -> "this would be me and pansy shopping at the clothing stores in diagon alley in my hogwarts dr". drawing in my room turned into -> "this is what i'd be doing in my waiting room dr". you guys get the idea! i read my beliefs and non-beliefs a few times throughout the day. i constantly affirmed myself that i have shifted and that i shifted to my waiting room June 13, 2024! i made sure to mark the day i was going to shift like Reya had said, and kept affirming that. then, i ended off with a guided meditation from alunir before i had went to bed!
disclaimer: Reya had made sure to say this in her video, DO NOT ATTEMPT TO SHIFT WHILE THESE DAYS OF REPROGRAMMING!! These days are meant to reprogram your brain for shifting :) You will shift on the fourth day of the process!
"c, didn't you just tell us about the attempt to shift through your dream?" yes, i did 😭 but it's like i forgot about that fact because i had been dreaming. i did not have any intentions to shift before i had went to bed but once i became lucid, i jumped at the chance and took it fr. didn't work because of the ops, but the effort was there! </3

the third day is dedicated to feeding your beliefs! read and watch about other people's shifting storytime's about their desired realities throughout the day.
i listened to kristeau's shifting stories on her youtube channel as i did things throughout the day, watched tiktoks from my fave creators, and read some dr story times on here as well! to add to that, i read my beliefs and non-beliefs throughout the day with subliminals playing in the background or music that reminds me of my waiting room dr. then, i also vaunted and acted like i was already in my desired reality. "this is what i'd be doing in my waiting room rn", "i'm so excited that i shifted to my waiting room on June 13, 2024", "i had such a good time in my waiting room doing (x,y,z)".

the fourth day is dedicated to doing all the things you previously did into one day and shifting! read your beliefs and non-beliefs, go through out the day and do things that motivate you to shift, feed your beliefs, and finally shift.
my shift attempt pt. 5 to my waiting room dr - June 13, 2024 At first, I read my beliefs and non beliefs with a subliminal and fell asleep doing that. Then I woke up and I told myself to lock in. I put on a void state guided meditation w/ deep hypnosis by alunir. Let me tell you guys right now, that deep hypnosis is no joke. My sister was talking to her friends through voice messages here and there and had the tv playing but on low volume- All my surroundings drowned out and I was focused on her voice. Every time she snapped, tingles went through my body and I followed the meditation without a second thought. I had made it to the void state but I was drifting in and out of it. I think my headphones were too loud honestly, so it made alunir’s voice loud to where it would pull me back out of the void state. I began to fall asleep a bit but then, I saw marko (someone from one of my other drs). I kept seeing glimpses of imagery from that other dr and I was like looking for them to try and help me shift? idk why i thought that would work. Then, I ended up falling back asleep (rip). I woke up once again and told myself to lock in, so I put on a meditation by Reya. I was trying to get back into the void state but it wasn’t working. Ended up falling asleep not too long after.

i didn't successfully shift to my waiting room desired reality YET, but i've learned a lot from this experience and my mindset was definitely reprogrammed!
i learned that i was more focused on getting to the void state than actually shifting to my waiting room dr. Reya's words, "the void state isn't really something to shift from. it's something to pass through or to pass by from. you don't need the void state to shift! think of it like a pit stop and you're gonna go through it or whatever, and you're going to shift". i also learned that if i'm low on energy and extremely exhausted, i should just sleep that night and shift the next night! i was putting so much pressure on myself to shift that i didn't care what state my body was in. which is what i won't do in my future process!
i no longer find myself second guessing about shifting or having those intrusive thoughts against shifting being real. i also find that i'm more confident and positive about my shifting ability! which is why i'm proud of myself about this shifting attempt and have the push to only continue my journey. if anyone has any insight or tips to help me, pls leave them in the comments.

hii guys, it's c! i'm back from the dead lol. i wanted to share with you guys a shifting method that i made up that was inspired by harry potter and the goblet of fire. as seen in the first part of the movie, they travel to the quidditch world cup by touching the boot at the top of the hill (which is the portkey). when they touched the boot, they proceeded to spin up into the air and into a tunnel of light. then were lead to let go when they got to their destination. hopefully that is a good explanation on why it would make a great shifting method! let's dive in!
disclaimer: i just had come up with the idea for this method right now! i've never seen or heard of a method called this and is based around the same thing. if otherwise, please inform me as quick as possible! thank you!

what and how to do the portkey method?
the portkey method is a visual/sleep shifting method (meaning: you will have to visualize a lot for this method and you will fall asleep and wake up in your dr). i want you to do your regular shifting routine before you proceed into doing the portkey method! whether that be reading over your script, listening to subliminals, meditating, etc!
once you are finally relaxed, you will visualize walking to a place where you'll find the portkey. this said place can be a location in your dr or the room you're in now! the portkey will be in the middle of the room on a table, on the floor, floating, or on the wall! it's all up to you. this portkey can be any object you'd like! it can be something you own in your current reality or an item you own in your desired reality.
once you're ready to shift, you will visualize grabbing onto the portkey. when you grab onto the portkey, you'll spin into the air and a tunnel of light will open. you will proceed into that tunnel of light still spinning! then, i want you to let go when you feel the time is right! that's when you should wake up in your desired reality.

hello everyone, i've been m.i.a lately and i miss the community so much. i haven't given up on shifting, none of that. just currently stepping into a new chapter of my life that is all. so allow me to fill you guys in!

i'm quite literally living out the life i've always dreamed of and manifested. i'm going to art school in a city i love and i get to wake up next to the love of my life everyday. my manifestations for my mind, body, money, as well as a new job, etc. just keep coming through and through to me so effortlessly. i've ordered from my favorite shops online and the clothes fit perfectly. it will also be my birthday soon, and i will no longer be a teenager.
as for shifting, i'm scripting my anne with an e dr, and will be attempting to shift to my hogwarts or waiting room dr as of this week. i have a new found motivation to shift to my hogwarts dr, so i'm just going with the flow of that.

hey guys, i'm so glad to be back and posting! i find such a comfort being apart this community. it always feels like coming back to a warm fireplace after being out in the cold weather <3 anyways, let's get into the post!

so i decided to attempt to shift Aug 13 at 10 AM to my hogwarts dr! i just lied down in a comfy position, and put on a subliminal on repeat. this subliminal had music and thunderstorm noises playing in it which i wanted to try to see if it would help me to focus more. after looking at visuals, i closed my eyes and focused on the music.
the pictures you see at the top of the post was what i had been visualizing! it is my house, bedroom, and foyer in my hogwarts dr <3 i was surprised that my visualizing was better this time around, just working in general. i usually had a hard time visualizing while attempting to shift. i always felt that i was forcing an image up in my mind and it would be hard to see it. but this time, i was visualizing effortlessly and was able to picture parts of my house easily.
with the music playing, being focused on the lyrics helped a lot. it was an 8d audio (i believe that is what it is called), so it had helped put me in a sort of trance like state. i said some affirmations here and there, not too much. "i've shifted to my hogwarts dr" "i'm in my hogwarts dr" etc. also to mention, i did this without headphones on a not very high volume! the music began to feel like i can hear it in my ear and the thunderstorm ambience had disappeared.
every so often, i actually began to feel my surroundings changing. my sheets changed to a cooler feel like silk, and my room felt more cooler like a summer morning. with my eyes closed, i could see it get brighter like the sun was shining through a window. i have two windows in my dr room that my bed faces! not too long after i could smell a sweet aroma of a mix of cinnamon, pumpkin, and honey. i scripted that i could smell fresh baked pastries! and i once i smelled this, i kept calm and tried to ground myself in the smell of the pastries if that makes sense. then i sorta replayed and visualized how i would be woken up in my dr, and visualized around my room.
the thing that boggles my mind the most is that, i could feel that i was aware of both my original reality and my hogwarts reality. i had felt myself flip over onto my back in my hogwarts dr, but aware that i haven't moved in my o.r. then, i had heard a little owl screech near to my bed! i have an owl named soren, and his cage is near the left side of my bed. that noise had sort of startled me, so i got unfocused and then my phone started buzzing from text notifications ❤️‍🩹

that was so much progress i've ever made for shifting to this dr, it motivates me so much. i sense story times will be told about this dr soon! i won't give up <3 my birthday is also in 5 days! i'm excited for that as well :) as always, happy shifting!

hey, it's c! i know this was a long awaited post but, it's here now. in this post, i'll be giving you a guide on how to script your dr. this process can either be enjoyable or stressful because of not knowing where to start, but that's why i'm here! feel free to script your dr as you're reading this! let's dive in!

what is a script?
A script is a written version of all the details of you within your desired reality, scenarios you want to happen, the relationships you want to have, and the things that you own etc. I will say it once again, you don't need a script! but it is extremely helpful to organize all your thoughts about what you want for your desired reality.
what can you script?
You can script anything to your hearts desires! Don't take too much advantage of that information. I know it isn't any of my business about what you choose to script but don't be scripting anything inhumane. Come on now. Anyway, you can script things like unlimited money, (if you have a harry potter dr) a charm to make your period stop, or one of your pets into your dr. Stuff like that!
where to script?
You can use anything to script your desired reality! You can use a physical journal, the notes app in your phone, a google doc, google slides, canva, notion, etc. Basically, anywhere you can write or type. For those who want to keep your script a secret, I'd recommend a digital script rather than a physical one. You can get a journal app that requires a code to it so that no one gets in.
Then lastly, you can get the lifa app on the app store! It's like a pre-made script and all you have to do is add what you want. I'd definitely recommend it for anyone who has a hard time scripting on their own or just wants to get done with the process of scripting. I think there is a code on the app as well!

how to script
Finally, the part you guys have been waiting for. Everyone start taking notes. I'm gonna start off with the basics of what you'll need for your script. I took some screenshots from my script that can help you guys out!
Reality or Shifting Information! this will include: your time ratio (1 hr in my CR = 1 week in my DR), the timeline ("I'm shifting to 4th year, 1994), safety (safeword, safe action), scenarios (something as simple as going to get ice cream with your comfort character), and or arrival (describe what happens when you wake up in your dr/your first day in your dr).

Personal Information! this will include: about me tab (name, age, birthdate, hobbies, hygiene etc.), appearance (how you want to look/claims), wardrobe (what you'll have in your closet), backstory/plot (write about your backstory and how you're apart of the plot/change the plot if you want).

Relationships! this will include: s/o, family, friends, and pet. You can basically just list how old they are, who they are to you, where and how you met them, etc.

Belongings or Assets! this will include: finances, your house and or dorm, vehicles, and miscellaneous items. Basically whatever you want to own, how it looks like, what it can do.

[OPTIONAL] Places! this will include: any main spots that you'll know you'll be at and you can script that you own the place, eventually WILL own the place, or live there etc.

Extra! this will include: if you want to separately talk about how you become a vampire, get powers etc, (if you go to school/work in that dr) a schedule tab, calendar (come up with events or holidays you want to celebrate), immunities (whatever you're immune to).

so around 5 am, i had woken up and i decided that i wanted to try and shift to my hogwarts dr. i got in a comfortable position and put on shift on accident guided meditation by alunir. i first focused on my breathing to fall deeper into relaxation. once i was finally relaxed, i decided to focus my mind on her voice and counting at the back of my mind.
when i had gotten to 50, that's when i started to feel a numbness in my entire body and feeling like my consciousness was about to float outside of my body. i then started to see a galaxy full of stars, as if i had been seeing space but not so clearly. my hearing had gone out (tooning out my cr surroundings except the meditation ofc) and it had felt so peaceful. like i've never felt that amount of sereneness, quiet, peace, etc. in my entire life.
i set my intention to focus as much as i can and if i had heard anything in my surroundings, i would tell myself that it was from my desired reality. i noticed that counting was helping me to focus my mind, so i continued to count to 100. as well as affirming that i have shifted to my hogwarts dr and that i have already arrived to my dr.
that's when i had stopped seeing the stars and had just been sitting in a sea of black. but it wasn't entirely black? like i can see shadows moving through my eyelids. i know it wasn't anything from my cr, because my lights are off and i had my blanket over my head.
for example: if you were to be sitting in front of something a bit bright with your eyes closed but the light is enough to see your hands moving in front of your face.
it kinda started to freak me out, but i didn't feel scared or unsafe. though i affirmed myself that i was safe and i blocked out negative energy while i try and shift.
thinking of it now, maybe it was my cat sage from my hogwarts dr? on my first day, i had scripted she is in bed next to me the morning i wake up to go to the quidditch world cup. or maybe it was my bf? (i scripted him in to wake me up). the slight light may have been coming from the windows that face my bed in my dr? i'm not sure what to make of it really.
anyway, i snapped out of whatever state that was and went back to seeing a galaxy full of stars and felt like i was floating there but still very attached to my cr body. i can actually feel my consciousness trying to pass through to outside of my body, but it was in a way stuck. (hopefully that makes sense). then someone opened a door in my cr, it distracted me, and i gave up and opened my eyes...(ughhhhh).

i don't understand or know much about the void state. i've read 2-3 things about it and i'm wondering if maybe i had entered that state? please, lmk! also, anyway is there a way i can help detach myself from my cr body more? i feel that would be my "final push"! thanks guys <3 Happy Shifting!
