i throw a mental fit, wail in misery and be all dramatic before finally taking a nap to sleep it off LMAOO ok but i usually browse through some prompt lists in the tags or through the ones i have saved and see if i can do anything with it >:3

Metal: What’s the hardest part of writing for you?

hmm i'd say it's establishing a plot line... i know you don't always need a super engaging plot but i WANT to... even though i struggle with it lmao

HONESTLY it's been an ongoing process. if i don't end up meeting a goal, i'll keep reminding myself to take a step back and take a breather ! i know myself and i'm aware of how frustrated i get when things don't turn out how i've envisioned them — especially so for my creative hobbies ! and yes, improving myself is something that contributes to the fun i'm having, but i shouldn't be too hard on myself. i'm doing this for fun and for myself, not because i have to.. and that's just smth i need to remind myself of :<
