just wanna take this opportunity (work wifi) to announce that on account of the fucking weather, the power is out at my place for the foreseeable future, and my phone reception is unreliable, so if you guys don’t hear from me for ??? period of time, that’s why.
#anyway in other news everything in my fridge is rapidly approaching thermodynamic equilibrium#and i don’t own a camp stove or non-electric method of heating my food#it’s been a bit over 24 hours of only eating and drinking things that are shelf stable and room temperature#and it turns out i’m actually not enjoying that!#i’ve brought a thermos to work and i’m gonna fill it up with boiling water before i go#so i can have a cup of tea when i get home.#… assuming i can get home bc several roads were flooded at the start of my shift and it hasn’t stopped raining since then#but let’s be optimistic!
