Talking to my semi therapist (I think she's technically just a mental health nurse but practically it's basically layover threapy) for the first time in a while today and I am not looking forward to explaining all the ways I've been back sliding lately

#vent #i might just have to make a list because ugh #“you know how i said the ed and intimacy trauma were dealt with... yeah about that...”#ptsd is a pussy ass bitch and i hate her actually #i got badly triggered like 3 weeks ago and im still having a time about it #its also the one im worst at dealing with too #anxiety and depression. i have that shit on lock at this point. but ptsd requires me actually talking about my trauma and i dont wannaaaaa #the treatment for mental illness should not be me having to be emotionally vunerable. i dont think thats fair actually #i have been mastering repression techniques to make my life easier since i was like 7 what do you mean i have to stop repressing it
