Turning your favorite characters into cats is a BAD IDEA because while trying to figure out the most plausible way to make a cat as close to a rainbow as possible genetically (using breed specific traits on breeds they don’t work with too because it’s a doodle screw it) you will discover something genetic that doesn’t make sense in YOUR CATS and then spend an entire day on breeder and veterinarian websites discussing the minute differences between different types of gray and run around aggressively explaining cat genes to people and trying to get their opinion on something and still not get answers and if this becomes a hyperfixation I should be legally allowed to scream

Hey! Anyone who's good at identifying cat coat colors, i need your help real quick.

I saw this really cute cat outside and decided to give it some pets. It had a really long tail (I'm talking long long, as long as my forearm) And i figured it is a calico, since it has 3 coat colors. And I got REALLY excited! cause male calico cats are SUPERRRR rare, and never in my life have I seen one.

I took a picture with my flash on and when I looked at it, I found the M marking on his forehead and realized that it is a..tabby? So, a calico and a tabby at the same time? on top of it all, a male one? Is this a specific coat color with a name? Does it still count as a rare male calico?

If anyone knows anything about this, please do tell
