If this story is true then I have the utmost sympathy for the Lulumon employee who was apparently raped. I understand that it is too easy for both men and women to be falsely accused of sexual harassment andor rape nowadays and this issue in itself of an employee being raped is no laughing matter. I may be an abrasive minority voice in writing this yet I admit that I selfishly want President Donald Trump to successfully serve the rest of his term in the White House to help ensure a democratic victory in 2020. I accept that there are some people who may disagree with me and some people who agree with me, yet I feel that Star Wars The Last Jedi was a worthwhile film to watch. I actually like to utilize all three platforms; Amazon, Google, and Facebook but for different reasons. For Amazon, I find out about a lot of different books and items that would take me a much longer time to find if at all because of the diversity of items available. I like to utilize google because there are certain online writing content and comments I sometimes feel safer sharing on Googleplus that is better left off facebook. Even when I share some things on facebook and google I like that google is there to help me archive and keep track of various online writings and other online discoveries for both present and future reference. Due to privacy concerns and growing awareness of how I represent both my current job and how my online persona shapes both my present and future life I utilize facebook more sporadically yet facebook is still a great tool for publishing and sharing various things publicly that I can sometimes connect back to Google andor Amazon when I want to. My point;Even as an Amazon customer who has been interested in public relations marketing advertising since at least 2009 and more the trends of public relations marking advertising more heavily since 2011, I must bravely admit only time will tell what to make of this story. I say this with an open mind as both Google and Facebook are platforms that a person can utilize regardless of how much money they make with on a positive note minimal risk to how they are publicly perceived. I confess that even in my attempt to speak courageously, my response to this article may come across a little guarded to others viewing it as I am relocating to an area by 2021 that has a high navy presence that also has rules in place expecting employees to report any sexual misconduct. As a non-manager employee I will be the first to admit that it is going to be easy when it comes to staying out of reporting sexual harassment on behalf of someone else as that area in itself can be subjective (as both men and even women can be potentially marked to be sexual harassers). In this area I would easily warn someone if I thought they were going to far and I would hope that the same would happen for me if someone at least gave me fair notice if they felt sexually harassed. It is the area of reporting employees for having sexual relationships with other employees that I hope to be free from for the rest of my current lifetime. Why you may ask; Even if said employee was a rival my spiritual beliefs would interfere with the rule of reporting them because I am aware that what you do eventually comes back to you in either challenging andor good ways. Additionally, the company quoted in this article expecting other employees to report may have good intentions but I know that I am far from the only person andor employee who would want to risk having to file for unemployment benefits the following week because of telling on someone (male or female)who may have female friends in powerful places. Even I know that the signs were already there by the time that the Addie Zinone story leaked that there was going to be potentially stricter consequences to the Me Too movement yet even I admit that I am surprised that the company that both Addie Zinone and Matt Lauer were once employees at are now instituting harsher policies similar to the navy for even employees who have awareness/knowledge of office romances going but prefer to be wisely discreet about such controversies. I am not implying that it is solely Addie Zinone’s fault for this new policy of expecting employees to report office romances. Even I can guess that Andy Lack and other professionals at NBC were probably starting to brainstorm rules by the time the wild and controversial story leaked of Matt Lauer causing some employee to pass out in his office after he bent her over from apparently a rough session of intimate relations. My point; A well intentioned policy of enforcing and expecting employees to report on the office romances of other employees could cause many good employees to just quietly leave the company as soon as they can rather than stay and risk being marked andor implicated in an office romance scandal of other employees who are grown adults themselves. Even if I see any employee(s) flaunting their affair/office romance I’m intuitively and logically aware that it is still their business and being a human instrument/carrier of reporting their love affair is something better left unsaid in the workplace (telling such stuff may make great fiction stories andor tvs/films but telling on others in real life is much more complicated outcome wise depending on the situation)NBC Has Reportedly Ordered Employees To Report Sexual Misconduct by Kimberly Ricci

I agree that this story is touching with the fact that now the boy referenced in the article gets to hear part of his late mother’s voice. Both my late adoptive mother and biological mother passed away in my early 20’s but I understand that the challenges can be greater for people who have lost their mothers in their early teens and early childhood years as the little boy in this article has. I hope that the little boy referenced in this article who lost his mother gets all the emotional and spiritual support/encouragement that he needs as he gets older and grows up.Nothing will touch you quite like seeing this boy listen to his late mother's voice for Christmas

I have got to admit that Karen Bennett was pretty bold in writing shockingly stingy for an otherwise unique article concept involving Queen Elizabeth II and other Royal Family members. I am going to give Karen Bennett the benefit of the doubt that maybe she admires the Royal Family and was trying to just place a catchy title for an otherwise one of a kind article concept.
