#‘my BRAND’ Susie you mass produce basic hair accessories using labor from impoverished and abused workers in the global south idgaf#call me when you start making the keychains yourself#(to be clear I DO think it’s fucked up when corporations steal art#but on another level I think you’ve made yourself a little more than complicit in the ways capitalism harms the Globe but also specifically#the global south#idk I support people making a living in the ways they can#but you can’t expect people living in poverty to give a fuck about that)#(again you must value the arts#but the commodification and intent to make a BRAND of art is what truly disconnects you from most people in the world#even your fellow working class community members who live in the imperial core and benefit from that)
