I love saying no to people who have clearly never heard the word 🤭
#woman comes in trying to return a dress with SO MUCH PET HAIR#so I told her I couldn’t accept it because it’s an allergy risk and she walked off in a huff and said she’d return it somewhere else#which means I got to text my manager and warn her so she’s gonna run all around the store and get nowhere hehe#she was such a bitch to me from jump#asked if something was on sale(so far so good) and I told her no it would be full price because we get the sale stickers on asap#and when I was ringing it up she asked me to tell her the price since it wasn’t on sale and I said#‘it’s the sticker price plus tax so it’ll be $59.50’#she rolls her eyes and says she doesn’t want it#then hands me a dress covered in pet hair and I said I’m sorry it’s an allergy risk and she goes ‘there’s nothing wrong with it!’#and I keep telling her it’s an allergy risk it could put someone in danger and it’s store policy there’s nothing I can do#and then she huffed off talking about returning it somewhere else#mine
