Viktor would make a horrible councilor and I want to see it happen. Hoskel will be monologuing about tax brackets and Viktor will be falling the fuck asleep (he’s probably not the only one). They’ll be voting on pivotal legal changes for citizens but it won’t have anything to do with Hextech so he’ll be like, “This is a poor use of our time.”
