rhea quickly fired back without missing a beat. “y’know, liv, i am so glad to finally hear you admit that this is your fault.”

the raven-haired woman took a moment to gather her thoughts. in the past, she had rehearsed these words in her head, if ever presented with the opportunity to confront liv with her truest yet most brutal of feelings. “what can i say? sure! this silly, little partnership we had was cute at first. fun and games. e v e r y b o d y falling in love with us.” she mocked with her tone with a roll of her eyes as she reminisced on their shared history. but that’s what it was: history. it was time for everybody to move the fuck on.

the tone shifted, becoming stronger and deeper. “they fell in love with us, all while i lost sight of myself! this isn’t fun and games to me and i don’t need to be loved by all. — walking into that ring with you was slowly killing every part of myself that i worked so hard for. you dragged me down like a fucking anchor. further and further i fell from the top.”

harsh? maybe. but rhea had a very large ego; thus hurting another’s feelings didn’t matter to her. if someone stood in her way, she would carelessly step on them to get ahead. she was persistent and ruthless.

the heel’s body towered over liv’s smaller frame as it did with most of the other women within the company. she maintained a fearless eye contact, making sure her next words cut like a knife: “you held me back.”
