She turns around, clouded blues look in his direction. Eyes rest on his shoulder, staring at where she assumed his face was. She could sense his presence from a mile away and knew he was coming before he even got close. Her heightened hearing picked up on the sounds of his footsteps. "Yes? Did you need me for something?" she asks.

The brunette woman tilts her head to the side, curiosity covering her face as she awaits an answer from him.

She stands still a top an old, rotten tree stump. Eyes of cloudy blue staring straight ahead into the darkness of the forest. Even though her surroundings cannot be seen, she can still tell where she is by the sounds and the smells of the forest.

She can sense his presence before he makes himself known. Her heightened ears picking up the sounds of his foot steps. "I know you're out there." She whips around on the stump, clouded blues staring off in the direction of the sound.

"No one can sneak past me." she says. Cloudy eyes of blue stare at the side of his face, not making direct eye contact with him. "What I lack in eyesight I've gained in hearing, tenfold." Reina's lack of sight is easily noticeable, so she sees no reason to beat around the bush about it. She might as well go right out and tell him about it.

"I'm not lost at all. I know these forests quite well." She's been here a few times on missions and has gotten used to her surroundings, despite not being able to properly see them.

"Are you from around here?" she asks, tilting her head to the side. Just because she's been to the nearby village more times than she can count, it doesn't mean she knows every person. Or, recognized every voice.

" Darn, and here I thought I was sneaky. "

Suigetsu snaps his fingers with a click of his teeth, as if he made any sort of effort to be inconspicuous when approaching this person.

Folding his arms flush to his chest, he takes in the sight of this pretty thing, none too familiar to him. Not that he expected it to be— her signature wasn't one that he's encountered before. Either way, something about her ' far from home '.

" Did'ja get lost ? You don't look to be from 'round here, " he says without any residential claim to these foreign forests, no more a wandering stranger too.

Reina smiles softly at him. "Oh! Well, let's get going then! I don't want to keep the Hokage waiting." she replies cheerfully. The blind ninja follows behind him with a skip in her step. She knows the route to the Hokage's office almost by heart at this point. Having been there more times than she can count on her ten fingers.

Streaks of gray fill her vision, showing off his movements as he heads in the direction of the Hokage's office. She focuses on him, using the streaks to guide her through the crowded streets. On busy days like today, it's nice to have someone as a guide.

"Do you know what kind of mission it is?" she asks, nimble feet matching his stride.

Shino isn't phased by her looking at his shoulder instead of his face, he's aware of her blindness and he knows that it doesn't hinder her abilities as a Shinobi. He's not well acquainted but he has heard about her from team Gai. "Reina Kitagawa." Shino begins, looking down at the girl before him.

"You and I have been convoked to the Hokage's office for a mission." Not knowing the details yet, Shino doesn't bother elaborating on anything. He instead starts walking towards the Hokage tower, expecting her to follow.
