zoro’s deep in his daily workout, finishing up with a few heavier weights that test his true strength, straining his rippling muscles ever so slightly as he pushes harder, soft grunts slipping past his lips.

he can feel your eyes on him, gazing intently as you slowly crawl up into the crow’s nest, poking your head out at the entrance to ‘check in on him’.

but he knows better.

it’s something he’s grown used to over time, in fact, he’s started to welcome it. the way you show up with eyes full of admiration and your tongue spilling out praises over his disciplined technique, deliciously feeding his pride in a way he’d never openly admit. it made his chest puff up, adding to the rush of endorphins he’s already running off of.

but today, you had an idea. a way for him to incorporate you into his work out and he can’t find any reason to say no, especially when you’re taunting him as if he couldn’t do it. you always knew the right buttons to press to get whatever you wanted from him.

his sharp eye watches you as you lay on your back, a teasing little smirk stretching across your face, causing a shudder of desire to run through him as you get into such a vulnerable position. with a gentle command, you tell him to lift. and honestly?

it’s the easiest work out he’s ever done and yet, by far the most rewarding.

each curl up grants him a sweet giggle and kiss from the lips he loves chasing so much. he can’t help but smile back at you before each rep moving faster, hungrier, growing greedier every round. he knows how this play out will end, he’s no stranger to your little games. it’s only a matter of time until you’re luring him into doing a round or two of cardio with you, warmed up and ready for his next exercise.
