ELEVEN ( DREAM JOB ): i would love to live on the east coast or in california ( or pretty much any place just to be somewhere different tbh ) -- but i’d really love to work at disney or just in entertainment to some degree since my passion really sits there, buuuuut tbh? i’m good doing graphic design anywhere where i can get paid comfortably, work decent hours, and get to go and do the things i enjoy doing outside of work lol   TWELVE ( MEANING BEHIND YOUR URL ):  it’s a play on one of rick’s quotes !  “we’ve done the worst kinds of things just to stay alive, but we can still come back. we’re not too far gone.” i juST think it’s a good quote for rick?? cause it’s still kind of a constant struggle throughout so idk !! that’s what i’ve got and i’m stickin’ with it ! i love one ( 1 ) man with my whole entire heart, he’s doing his best !! <333

LAUREL’S GOING TO NYC !! so, it’s a totally spontaneous little trip, but my mom and i are taking a quickie trip to the big apple this weekend! we leave super early on saturday (3/31) and come back tuesday night (4/3) -- then it’s right back to work for me so, at best, i won’t be able to get online to write again until that weekend (4/7-8) <333 i love you all and hope you have great weeks/weekends! (and a small note: if you were expecting a reply and didn't see it in my queue, that means i dropped it or didn't get your starter/reply so pls hmu if that's the case! i don't mind at all!)

SOME THOUGHTS !! i haven’t seen any of this myself cause a. i’m not really ever on the dash but b. i’m pretty sure i follow the right people who aren’t talking traSH – but i’ve heard that people are trying to give rick a hard time (what a surprise) for not like confiding in / opening up to michonne or anybody else about losing carl ??? you guys for real ?? MAYBE let the man try to grieve his dead child the way he needs to ?? but for real though: it’s not new that rick isn’t the best at conveying / talking about his emotions that’s like…been a thing from DAY ONE. tbh i feel like he just doesn’t wanna talk about it?? he hasn’t had a secoND take a breath or to really process any of this so i think he just keeps to himself and keeps shit moving, trying to focus on that – but also, i think it’s also just his own coping mechanism like?? let him have this???? he doesn’t need to talk to people if that’s not what he wants to do – ALSO if you don’t think he believes it’s 100% his fault his son’s dead and he’s carrying that on top of everything else?? idk what to tell you, folks! he loves michonne, he loves his family, but carl was his everything, his literal reason for living, which has been staTED and clear pretty much since the beginning so idk !! can we just give rick grimes a break?? please and thanks!

just a head’s up; i was initially planning on getting caught up on the rest of my replies this weekend, but (for those who don’t know) we found out mid-week that our older dog was pretty sick. so, we had to take her in and put her to sleep earlier today and i’m honestly not sure that i’ll have the energy or capacity to do any writing this weekend. I apologize for another week of waiting for some folks, but i’m sure you all understand. i just need to grieve my baby girl, we had her for 14 years about and i love her so much. i’m grateful that she’s no longer in pain and that i have other fur babies to cuddle, but it still hurts right now. i love you all for being understanding and the people i’ve spoken to for being so sweet and compassionate ❤️ i appreciate every one of you and i’ll still be available on IMs/discord to chat, plot, or whatever else *hugs and kisses*
