This workout is incredibly helpful if you want to get strong, toned legs in a very short period of time and you can do it in any place as long as you have enough space! All you need to do is to repeat this routine twice! 1. Burpees; 2. Step with knee drive; 3. Sumo squat; 4. Lateral lunges; 5. Mountain climber; 6. Squat jump with turns; 5. Rocket lunge (Right) 6. Rocket lunge (Left) 8. Half burpee; 9. Squat jump with walks.
