Работы по благоустройству места обитания знаменитых сочинских криптомерий завершены. Компания AR GROUP совместно с депутатом ЗСК, членом комитета по вопросам использования природных ресурсов и экологической безопасности Виктором Тепляковым @teplyakovviktor приняли непосредственное участие в обустройстве одного из знаковых мест верхней приморской набережной. Еще несколько дней назад на в этом месте работали ландшафтные дизайнеры и озеленители – приводили в порядок зелёный оазис с многолетними экзотическими растениями. Теперь, как и было запланировано, здесь обновлен грунт, а широкая площадка вокруг деревьев выложена диким камнем и частично отсыпана декоративной белой галькой. Также вокруг высажены низкорослые декоративные растения. Напомню, ранее было принято решение защитить почти вековые деревья семейства кипарисовых от пересыхания. Необходимый уровень влаги для корневой системы поможет сохранить каменное покрытие. Плюс - и для любителей селфи, и для редких деревьев – теперь здесь обустроена удобная площадка, по которой можно ходить в любую погоду. Живописный уголок с изогнутыми деревьями – одно из любимых туристами мест в Сочи. Представители нескольких поколений гостей нашего города обладают снимками у «танцующих» сочинских деревьев. City center of Celle-Saint-Cloud One of the strong peculiarities of the site is its general slope, characterized by a strong east-west difference in altitude. A real asset in terms of landscape staging due to the belvedere location that this gives it, the site offers exceptional views of the great landscape and the western slope of the Drionne valley, overlooked by the castle of Louis XIV (Beauregard). This difference in altitude, resulting from a geography by pouring, is a real challenge of search for landscape integration and urban functioning. Thus, accessibility, attractiveness (thanks to the insertion of services, uses, shops as well as urban amenities), as well as the maintenance of the plant heritage and the landscape quality of the site, are all guiding threads that guided our design. The proposal concerns the design of the park and the integration of ambitions in the areas of water, vegetation, history, functions, mobility, atmosphere and use. OTO proposes to turn Park ter Walle into a city park with a natural, monumental and active character. Old landscape structures such as the Geluwebeek and the old fortress are central to the design and will be used and reinforced. The natural gradients and height differences are characteristic of the stream valley and are accentuated and made tangible again Park te Walle has the potential to become a distinctive green public space in Menen. All these operations are, in turn, determined by the basic decision to consolidate a Health District whose connecting piece, the Health Park, is a physical and symbolic expression of the contents of the urban operation carried out constituting in itself an element of powerful irradiation of health.
