"Armageddon." From the Book of Revelation, 16: 12-16.

The Sixth Angel is next, and within his Kabbalah is a mention of Armageddon, "the mountain where the fruits are harrowed and the power is obtained." I believe John wants to climb to this place for the sake of the positive Mitzah inherent to its Mishnah:

Ar=The root חרר (hrr II) is not used in the Bible but in cognate languages it consistently means to be or become free.

In extant Hebrew it yields the one derivation: the masculine noun חר (hor), meaning noble or nobleman. This word occurs only in the plural — חרים (horim) — to denote a social stratus (1 Kings 21:8, Jeremiah 39:6).

Ma=The two interrogative pronouns מה (ma) and מי (mi) occur frequently in the Biblical narrative; מה (ma) slightly more often than מי (mi). The difference between the two is that the pronoun מה (ma) asks for a quality (what, as in "what is your name?"), whereas מי (mi) asks for identity (who, as in "who are you?").

Ge=The feminine noun γη (ge) means earth (hence our English prefix "geo-") but predominantly as fertile and producing ground. In translations our noun may be interpreted as earth, land or ground but always with the underlying idea of being fertile and bringing forth.

Dd=The masculine noun דוד (dod), meaning beloved or loved one (Song of Solomon 1:13, Isaiah 5:1). This word also typically describes an uncle (Leviticus 10:4, Numbers 36:11). Sporadically, this word is spelled דד (dd), also pronounced as dod (Leviticus 10:4, Esther 2:15).

On=The verb און ('wn) appears to mean to experience a lot, to be subject to much. It doesn't occur in the Bible but in cognate languages it's either negative and means to be tired and troubled, or it's positive and means to be at rest and enjoy a life of plenty.

Nouns און ('awen) and תאנים (te'unim) are of the first category, and mean trouble, sorrow or toil. Noun און ('on) is of the second and describes an surplus of vigor or wealth and specifically of reproductive powers.

Armageddon="Become free to be oneself, and bring forth reproductive powers to one's beloved."

John says the sixth angel dries up the Euphrates "to be good or noble" to allow the kings from the East to ford the river. The kings from the East are 744, ןםד, nmed, "estimates of one's value in the workings of the city of God based on how pleasant." So in addition to John's advice not to turn back on our goals of a weaponless way of life, he says to go forward with plans to build nations made up of individuals and governors that value human life and cohabitation. The rest of the Kabbalah are at the end of the passage:

12 The sixth angel poured out his bowl on the great river Euphrates, and its water was dried up to prepare the way for the kings from the East. 

13 Then I saw three impure spirits that looked like frogs; they came out of the mouth of the dragon, out of the mouth of the beast and out of the mouth of the false prophet. 

14 They are demonic spirits that perform signs, and they go out to the kings of the whole world, to gather them for the battle on the great day of God Almighty.

15 “Look, I come like a thief! Blessed is the one who stays awake and remains clothed, so as not to go naked and be shamefully exposed.”

16 Then they gathered the kings together to the place that in Hebrew is called Armageddon.

v. 13 warns us of a false prophet, his name is Donald Trump. He is meeting every requirement predicted by the Revleation. He is the frog faced devil, called the Batrachos, a problem that makes all problems worse.

"The noun ��ατραχος (batrachos) means frog, and occurs in the New Testament only in Revelation 16:13. It's a mystery where this word comes from. Some claim it's onomatopoeic, and imitative of a frog's call (a play by Aristophanes features frogs singing βρεκεκεκεξ κοαξ κοαξ, brekekekex koax koax, which to some ears is perhaps somewhat similar to βατραχος, batrachos). Others suggest it might be Semitic and recall the Hebrew word for frog, which is צפרדע (separdea') and remain unfazed by the obvious fact that it doesn't actually resemble our word βατραχος (batrachos).

However, this Hebrew word for frog, צפרדע (separdea'), appears to relate to the verb צפר (sapar), which means to skewer or pierce through and which is also associated with piercing shrieks (of birds mostly, but perhaps also of frogs). Then there is an identical verb צפר (sapar) that means to leap (noun צפיר, sapir, describes a kind of bouncy goat), from which our Hebrew word for frog could be derived.

Since in Hebrew lore dry land represented reason (like language, a communal thing), and water one's formless emotions (always a private thing), frogs were natured with a dubious infidelity to either (see for a look at the cognitive equivalent of the hydrological cycle, our article on the noun νεφελη, nephele, cloud). Neither fish nor dedicated land dwellers, frogs were considered pests (Exodus 8:1-15), although frogs ate flies, which were even worse pests and carried disease and death (the Hebrew word for fly is זבוב, zebub, hence the name Beelzebub, or Lord of the Flies). This means that frogs were rather pest-control and only showed up when the land was already crawling with flies-slash-demons. Taking the frogs away would not clear up the initial pests but really only make it a great deal worse (Exodus 8:16-32; and see our article on αιμα, haima, blood)."

In v. 15, John says do not be exposed to his filth or that of his friends. By this he means we must insulate ourselves on the outside by exposing how smart we are on the inside.

Finally he says all good and noble persons must take a climb and turn the world on a dime.

The Values in Gematria are:

v. 12: The sixth angel poured his bowl. The Number is 9758, ץזןח‎, Tzazanh, "the Czar answered."

v. 13: I saw three impure spirits. The Number is 7488, זדףח‎ ‎ zadephach, "the ornament of the other side."

"The verb חכם (hakam) means to be wise, which in ancient times meant that you had travelled far and wide to get up to snuff with the latest findings in science and technology. Such as person was at times known as a wizard (a wise-ard), but in later ages these folks became known as doctors, scientists, professors, engineers and so forth.

It's now hard to imagine but back in the day wisdom was just another sect in the grand arena of human competition, and since wisdom depends fully on human networks, the bullies had most of the say-so most of the time. Wisdom only began to win in stature when humanity developed language and script, and reports of superiority based on knowledge and shared skills began to make the rounds.

In the Bible wisdom is always associated with practical abilities and measurable results, never with raw intelligence and certainly not with speculation or anything supernatural.

The adjective חכם (hakam) means skillful or learned and covers disciplines from art to administration. The noun חכמה (hokma) means wisdom."

This foots with the words above which state God wants the nobles to be able to cross the Euphrates, including my hope more than a few elite Russian soldiers will want to attain to land and titles and fulfill important lifelong roles in the new government if they will return home sooner rather than later.

v. 14: They are demonic spirits. The Number is 7988, עטףח, atephach, "turn over, roll oneself, invert."

v. 15: Look, I come like a thief! The only way the human race will win World War III is if those soldiers go home on their own and live in peace. Our prospects are bleak if this does not happen, especially for them. The Number is 6003, םיג‎‎, sig myeg, "the sign or mark on a small circle."

v. 16: Then they gathered all the kings together. The Number is 3484, גד‎חד‎‎, gad khaled, "they exposed the immortal treasure."

So I was correct, John had a positive Mitzvah hidden in the verses above. Let us pay heed to them, kill Donald Trump and his cabinet and party members for treason after January 6 and running for office again and rest the US Government under proper supervision, and as I state above, the Russian people need to make wine, not war.

This way the Czar can fully fund the rebuilding of Ukraine gratis, and they won't have to deal with Elon Musk or Trump. There are 1500 rooms in the Winter Palace in Saint Petersburg, one each for each Lord or Lady in the Parliament. The land will be permanently leased back to the people with generous privileges to be used for modernization and upkeep of each jurisdiction. Persons who are victims of oppression and major combat are also entitled to land, equipment, education, and business grants under homesteading laws. Life will be so good, you will see. But first, we must roll the human race the other way.

We must not allow another religious crack job or corrupt politician to steal time from the human race. My plan will ensure an enlightened society becomes permanent and keeps all the promises God asked of us.

Howard Phillips Lovecraft

Lovecraft is sometimes called the father of horror, though not the horror of the “Freddie Kruger” slasher kind, but rather the horror that comes from fear of the unknown, what might be just beyond our senses, lurking in the dark. He remains extremely influential even though the vast majority of his work was published posthumously and he died in poverty, but he was the ultimate wordsmith, believing that American English was low level and slang and not worthy of being used, meaning that his works contain many interesting, archaic words. His first work was poetry, which is what his mother thought he should be writing, and his prose is clearly influenced by poetry, having a kind of rhythm and metre. He was greatly influenced himself by Edgar Allan Poe’s gothic writings, which also use a number of archaisms.

Lovecraft, as well as both his father and his mother, seemed to have suffered from chronic forms of what we would call mental disorders. Both his father (who died when Lovecraft was quite young) and his mother died in that same mental health institution. One recurring aspect of his writing is the idea that the sins of one’s fathers are paid for by the sons down through the generations. Although it is not known or mentioned by any of his biographers, he may have felt either consciously or subconsciously that his mother’s and father’s psychological problems contributed to his own mental malaise.

His life and works are fraught with his ideas of racial superiority and inferiority, which probably cause a lot of upset to 21st century sensibilities. He very much disliked the immigration of non-white, non-Europeans to the USA and often used racial insults to describe those who were not WASPs (White Anglo-Saxon Protestants). This fact may influence some to ignore his work but I believe we should not judge those of a less enlightened age by our modern standards.

Lovecraft himself adopted the stance of atheism early in life. In 1932, he wrote in a letter to Robert E. Howard, creator of Conan the Barbarian:

All I say is that I think it is damned unlikely that anything like a central cosmic will, a spirit world, or an eternal survival of personality exist. They are the most preposterous and unjustified of all the guesses which can be made about the universe, and I am not enough of a hairsplitter to pretend that I don't regard them as arrant and negligible moonshine. In theory, I am an agnostic, but pending the appearance of radical evidence I must be classed, practically and provisionally, as an atheist.

He had a particularly nihilistic view on life, feeling that human beings had little or no control over their lives and were at the mercy of the powers of the universe. The gods in his works are alien, which is perhaps reflective of the belief that there is no god as we, humans, believe, but rather the “Elder Gods” who are from a completely different and much older civilisation/universe that sees our own as puny, inferior and sees humans as only good for being slaves or sacrifices.

Whatever your views on Lovecraft’s beliefs, as a wordsmith he is second to none. Here are a few of my favourite words from some of his stories.

Machicolations – a projecting parapet with an opening for projecting missiles/oil/etc on an enemy below (See photo)

Preceptor – a teacher, an instructor

Batrachian – frog like (from the Greek word βατραχος /vat-tra-hos/ meaning frog)

Chthonic – adjective describing gods and other creatures dwelling under the earth (from the Greek word χθόνιος,  /kʰtʰ-ón-ios/ meaning in, under, or beneath the earth

Camalote – a type of water lily (see photo)

Lucubration – laborious, studious work often producing a pretentious or sedulous literary result

Παίσιος Λόγοι Α – Κεφάλαιο 3.

– Γέροντα, συχνά κοσμικοί άνθρωποι λένε ότι αισθάνονται ένα κενό, ενώ έχουν όλα τα καλά.

– Η πραγματικη, η γνησια χαρα βρισκεται κοντα στον Χριστο.

  Αν συνδεθεις μαζί Του με την προσευχή, θα δεις πληρωμένη την ψυχή σου. Οι κοσμικοί την χαρά την ζητούν στις απολαύσεις. Μερικοί πάλι πνευματικοί άνθρωποι την ζητούν σε θεολογικές συζητήσεις, ομιλίες κ.λπ. Και όταν τελειώσουν αυτά, μένουν με ένα κενό και αναρωτιούνται τί θα κάνουν στην συνέχεια.

Είτε αμαρτωλά είτε αδιάφορα είναι αυτά με τα οποία ασχολούνται, το ίδιο είναι. Δεν πηγαίνουν τουλάχιστον να κοιμηθούν, να είναι ξεζαλισμένοι το πρωί στην δουλειά τους; Εκπληρώνοντας τις κοσμικές επιθυμίες της καρδιάς, δεν έρχεται η πνευματική χαρά, άγχος έρχεται. Η κοσμική χαρά φέρνει και το άγχος στους πνευματικούς ανθρώπους.

Η κοσμική χαρά δεν είναι μόνιμη, αληθινή χαρά, είναι μία χαρά πρόσκαιρη, εκείνης της στιγμής. Αυτή είναι υλική χαρά, δεν είναι πνευματική, από υλικές χαρές όμως δεν «γεμίζει» η ψυχή του ανθρώπου. Ίσα-ίσα γεμίζει σαβούρα μέσα.

Όταν νιώσουμε την πνευματική χαρά, δεν θα θέλουμε την υλική χαρά. «Χορτασθήσομαι εν τω οφθήναι μοί την δόξαν σου!» . Η κοσμική χαρά δεν ξεκουράζει τον πνευματικό άνθρωπο, τον κουράζει. Βάλε έναν πνευματικό άνθρωπο σ’ ένα κοσμικό σπίτι.

Δεν ξεκουράζεται. Και ο κοσμικός άνθρωπος νομίζει ότι ξεκουράζεται, αλλά βασανίζεται. Το αίρεται εξωτερικά, αλλά μέσα του δεν ευχαριστιέται, βασανισμένος είναι. – Με την κοσμική τάξη, Γέροντα, σε πιάνει ασφυξία.

– Και ασφυξια τους πιανει και τα θελουν κιολας, οπως ο βατραχος τρεχει στο στομα του φιδιου.

Το φίδι κάθεται απέναντι από την στέρνα και κοιτάζει συνέχεια τον βάτραχο. Αν ξεγελασθει ο βάτραχος και κοιτάξει το φίδι, ηλεκτρίζεται, ζαλίζεται και τρέχει φωνάζοντας στο στόμα του φιδιού. Μετά το φίδι τον δαγκάνει και τον δηλητηριάζει, για να μη χτυπιέται. Τότε φωνάζει ο βάτραχος, αλλά, και να τον γλυτώσεις, έχει δηλητηριασθεί και θα ψοφήσει.

– Γέροντα, γιατί οι άνθρωποι χαίρονται με τα κοσμικά πράγματα;

– Δεν σκεφτονται την αιωνιοτητα οι σημερινοι ανθρωποι.

Η φιλαυτία τους κάνει να ξεχνούν ότι θα χαθούν τα πάντα. Δεν έχουν συλλάβει το βαθύτερο νόημα της ζωής. Δεν νιώσανε άλλες, ουράνιες χαρές. Δεν σκιρτά η καρδιά τους για κάτι ανώτερο. Δίνεις λ.χ. σε κάποιον ένα κολοκύθι. «Τι ωραίο κολοκύθι!». λέει.

Του δίνεις ανανά, «Ο ανανάς έχει λέπια», σού λέει και τον πετάει, γιατί δεν έφαγε ποτέ. Ή πές σε έναν τυφλοπόντικα: «Τί ωραίος είναι ο ήλιος!»,

αυτός πάλι θα χωθει μέσα στο χώμα. Όσοι αναπαύονται μέσα στον υλικό κόσμο, μοιάζουν με τα ανόητα πουλάκια που δεν θορυβούν μέσα στο αυγό, για να σπάσουν το τσόφλι και να βγουν έξω, να χαρούν τον ήλιο – το ουράνιο πέταγμα στην παραδεισένια ζωή –, αλλά παραμένουν ακίνητα και πεθαίνουν μέσα στο τσόφλι του αυγού.

Απίστευτο και όμως αληθινό. Αν αυτος ο βατραχος μιλούσε τη γλώσσα των ανθρώπων θα είχε σίγουρα μια αρκούντως ενδιαφέρουσα ιστορία να μας διηγηθεί.

Το περιστατικό συνέβη ως εξης:

Η νεαρή Becky Garfinkle αγόρασε έτοιμη συσκευασμένη σαλάτα από ένα τοπικό σούπερ μάρκετ. Η χορτοφάγος έκατσε να φάει και πρόσεξε κάτω από τα φύλλα εναν παρείσακτο ... εναν μικρό ζωντανό βάτραχο.

Με την ανακάλυψη του βατράχου η κοπέλα δεν άρχισε να νιώθει χάλια στο στομάχι κάνοντας εμετό.

Οταν πια ηρέμησε από το ανακάτεμα αποφάσισε πως το βατραχι είναι μαλλον συμπαθητικό και αποφάσισε να το κρατήσει στο σπίτι της ως κατοικίδιο.

Περιβάλλον Ενέργεια Οικολογία: Ένα νέο είδος βατράχου ανακάλυψαν οι επιστήμονες στην περιφέρεια Staten Island  στη Νέα Υόρκη, αν και συνήθως οι ανακαλύψεις νέων ειδών γίνονται σε απομακρυσμένες περιοχές με πλούσια βιοποικιλότητα.
