The  room  is  silent  as  she  enters,  but  her  eyes  are  immediately  drawn  to  her  sister,  standing  frozen,  and  her  brows  immediately  furrow  in  confusion  and  concern.  Dawn's  gaze  follows  everyone  else's  and  she  too  freezes  at  the  sight  on  the  tv,  for  a  moment,  barely  even  noticing  her  sister  leaving  the  room.  She's  not  upset  like  her  sister,  she's  angry.  Since  Buffy  had  come  back  from  the  dead,  quite  literally,  Dawn  had  tried  her  best  to  be  there  for  her  sister,  even  if  Buffy  wouldn't  let  her.
Sometimes,  she  thinks  the  others  don't  realise  how  fragile  she  is.  It's  not  that  she  isn't  strong  too  but  Dawn  sees  the  toll  coming  back  has  on  her.  More  than  anyone,  Dawn  had  longed  for  her  sister  back,  had  lost  herself  in  the  grief  and  had  focused  solely  on  her  return  without  considering  the  consequences.  So  she  hovered.  And  she  worked  to  try  to  make  Buffy's  life  easier.  She  was  self  sufficent,  made  sure  her  sister  no  longer  needed  to  take  care  of  her.  Gentle.  She  tried  to  coax  Buffy  into  talking  to  her  but  if  she  knew  her  sister,  (and  she  did)  ,  she  didn't  want  to  burden  her.
The  one  person  Dawn  had  trusted  understood  what  Buffy  had  gone  through,  was  now  the  person  on  TV,  sleeping  with  the  vengaence  demon.  Willow  goes  to  follow  her  sister  but  Dawn  shakes  her  head,  stepping  in  front  of  the  red-head.  "  She's  my  sister.  "  she  states,  "  I'll  go.  "  but  she  hesitates  in  the  doorway,  in  the  boundary  of  the  kitchen  and  the  garden,  watching  as  her  sister  sinks  into  the  garden  chair.  Buffy  never  wanted  to  talk  to  her,  never  wanted  to  let  her  help,  would  now  be  any  different?  Still,  she  walks  outside,  hand  placing  on  the  blonde's  arm.  "  I'll  kill  him.  "  she  begins  confidently  rather  than  any  words  of  comfort  or  wisdom.  "  I'll  set  fire  to  his  crypt.  "  She's  not  sure  she's  helping  but  it  sure  beats  asking  if  she's  okay  when  she's  very  obviously  not.  Gaze  softens  as  she  moves  round  to  stand  in  front  of  her  sister.  "  Do  you  want  to  talk  about  it?"

Buffy and Xander sat with Willow at the dining room table as she traced the camera found on Buffy's lawn. Buffy's head was still reeling that the Trio was spying on her. What was even more shocking was that when Willow tapped into the camera source, she found out that there were cameras all over town, mostly where the Scoobies hung out.
"I think I got the Magic Box- Whoa!" Willow suddenly cut herself off by what she saw on the screen. Xander moved around the table to look at the screen and Buffy followed. "Wait, Xander, no," why was Willow trying to stop him. "Oh, God...." Buffy saw her friend's reaction before she saw what was on the screen, and when she did, she felt her stomach drop as she recognized the two people having sex on a table in the Magic Box.
Spike and....Anya!?
Buffy's face began to burn and air started whooshing in her ears. She wanted to look away, but she remained frozen in shock. Yes, she'd told Spike to move on, but she didn't expect to him to move on so soon. Especially with a friend of hers. And she DEFINITELY didn't expect to be watching it. Watching them kiss or walk around town all happy was one thing, but watching them have sex? Watching him kiss her, touch her, and- it hurt. She felt like someone was shoving an ice pick through her heart and her stomach dropped again.
She could barely hear Dawn as she entered the room, nor could she find the words to tell her sister to look away. She couldn't even hear what Xander was saying and he was standing next to her.
"Buffy?"
Willow's voice pulled her out of her reverie and she was finally able to move. "That's enough," Buffy said, moreso to herself than everyone else. She needed to be outside. She needed air. She went through the kitchen and into the backyard and then sat down in a lawn chair, trying to keep from crying. She refused to shed any tears over Spike.
