hiii baby, i have been wondering how did you make the banner for your latest fic (i am making plans to read it, i have been so busy sorry)

hey babes 💗 my process is down below ‼️

okay so the process to make the banner was like… really long… it took like two hours.

So you’ll need Canva (I like using it because of the snapping and spacing tools, keeps everything organized in a way) and something to be able to remove backgrounds and crop. I have CSP, so that’s what I used. If you have procreate, that also works as well. If you don’t have anything, you can use Picsart for a free background remover.

So I went on Pinterest and searched up “vintage scrapbook stickers” and these would pop up. I downloaded as much as I could (they’re all on my iPad and I’m typing this from my phone 😭)

so I would go into CSP, remove the back ground and individually crop out each sticker I wanted to use. This is the part that took two hours 😭

Then I would up load them all to Canva, and open up a a new project (I use 2000 x 535 for my tumblr banners) and start placing the stickers down and rearranging them to my liking.

You don’t have to use the stickers I used, unless they fit with the aesthetic of your fic. Search up the aesthetic you like and maybe “png” at the end, and find pictures with a white background or clear background to find the ones you need!
