this one starts off as human!alastor/lucifer but by the middle(?) its just regular radioapple. basically al is encountered by luci while finishing off a job who agrees to keep quiet. luci just keeps on showing up, reveals hes the devil to which al us just like "lol ok" and eventually they get in a relationship (ooh lala 👀) but they break up after saying some hurtful things to each other (oh nono 👀) with luci promising al they will never cross paths again. if you watched the show then well. you know that doesnt happen 😂 most human!al radioapple have al summon him (no hate to them) so this was an interesting change of pace

cannot stress it enough but this is a WORKING list i WILL be coming back to it bc these are purely the fics i could think if off the top of my head. IN FACT, if any of you have radioapple fics you love, SEND THEM THE FUCK IN! i am one person whos only been in this fandom for 4 months, and reading fics/shipping radioapple even less, theres bound to be some ones i missed that you think are Worthy™️! and if theyre nsfw then at the very least it shouldnt be the main focus

alright let's get into "one and done" by pacificrimbaud! *rubs hands together* i finished this little short story yesterday and i really liked a lot of parts of it but not the parts that i was expecting to like lmfao 😭 let me explain! or u can just read my reaction thread, either way idc do what u want.

this fic is for u if u like:

draco pining and fantasizing his life away while getting advice about it from other women and having (non-sexual but intimate) physical contact while doing so

overthinker and overworked hermione who loves wearing lingerie

heavy comedy/innuendo that makes u laugh out loud and read those parts over and over

light/poetic (but still explicit) smut

light dramione interaction/banter

slice of life co-worker/workplace fics with lots of that kind of dialogue and banter

i just..... i don't really know what to say lol from outside the fic, after getting some sleep and being on the outside, i know in my heart of hearts that i'm disappointed with this fic and i'm disappointed that i didn't like it. i really thought that i was gonna love it! i've read two other fics by pacificrimbaud and i loved those! i read the tags, i reead the author's note, and i was all in! excited! ready! seated! but the more i read, the more i felt like DNFing.

i was told that it would be a comedy porn and i was expecting just that. it was definitely comedic and i loved loved loved the funnies. i laughed out loud throughout the whole main fic, it was delightful. but porn? it was not. it certainly was not. in a story this short, i was expecting much much more. if not more porn, then at least more actual dramione interacting with one another. during the 2nd chapter in draco's POV, hermione didn't even make an appearance besides in his fantasies about her. one fantasy was narrated by pansy 😭😭😭 i was just like

i felt like this story was edging me and i don't like edging lmfao 😭 especially not in a fic this short that's billed as a comedic porn! i'm not going to go into the smut itself because it was like........ anyway. anyway. go read it urself, i talked about it enough on my reaction thread and i don't want to take myself back to that space sksksk 😭😭 i just thought it was gonna be chocked full of smut and it was absolutely not that. not at all.

oh, and i really liked ginny's characterization at the beginning of the fic... yeah. she was very funny! everyone else's was........ idk. draco and hermione both left a lot to be desired for me. they felt really static. but anyways!

what it was chocked full of was workplace and administrative banter that had nothing to do with dramione ,i don't know, i suppose it was all to set up the romcom situations that they just happened to find themselves in but it was just so. much. dialogue. that i found my attention drifting away from the page on multiple occasions. don't get me wrong, pacificrimbaud is a wonderful writer! like i said, i loved their two other fics that i've read and reviewed, they were magnificent! but i don't think it translated well in this fic for me.

at the end of the day, i enjoyed the funnies. like, belly laughed, slapped my knees, rolled on the floor, etc. but i felt duped when it came to the smut and the amount of dramione that i was looking for. oh well. they can't all be perfect, i know. i'm grateful for the laughs and the things i liked, but i won't be returning to this story. i am looking forward to reading other pacificrimbaud stories tho, because i know there is stuff of theirs that i have yet to read that i will enjoy! this just wasn't it.

hello! you said to ask about your femadachi thoughts and I would love to hear! when I've considered this, I wonder if she still kills people and if her victims would be men instead or a mix of men and women lol. also wonder who specifically. like she still sees mayumi on the midnight channel first considering everyone sees mayumi first but I'm wondering if she would feel inclined to do anything about that or not... much to consider...

before I start. uh obvious spoilers for p4 lol.

tbh I hadn't thought much about how different the situation or possibly even the different victims adachi would have as a woman before you asked. I'm a sucker for focusing on the changes in relationships first when I do genderbends of characters bc I like inspecting how people act w each other and being a woman would definitely affect adachi's relationships in this case (cough cough work place sexism cough but also nanako). but after giving it much thought I can say with like 83% confidence that I think fem adachi would still kill mayumi and saki. the catch? she's doing this specifically bc namatame becomes her proverbial lab rat she's torturing in the maze that is inaba and she likes the idea of being judge, jury, and eventually executioner for a man she thinks has proved that he is worse garbage then most men are. this is my thesis and I will explain in a long ass essay (under the cut) like the nerd I am.

to start I also wanna add the context that I agree w the tags you left on my art that fem adachi wouldn't be a misanthrope she is a misandrist and internalized misogynist (she's definitely been a misogynist for longer tho). also while she definitely doesn't like mayumi and didn't really have much an opinion on saki, they don't get pushed in the tv bc adachi was coming onto them, but rather bc one of her motives will not pass the bechdel test.

for mayumi in canon adachi calls her out to try and make her feel bad/punish her for being a home wrecker in a things are getting adult rated way, but for fem adachi she is doing it in a women hating women way. Obviously, I think mayumi would be way less standoffish to adachi here, and is like, "oh women that aren't taken seriously gang haha I appreciate a woman reaching out to support me??" until adachi is on mayumi's ass with, "fuck female solidarity. why, as a woman, are you so stupid and dense to let a man be the reason your life is ruined? you aren't taken seriously mayumi-san? oh, its because you threw your life in the trash for some stupid man who thought he could have his cake and eat it too. you give a bad name to women (like me) who actually try to make it in this world." obviously things get heated and mayumi gets scared, then oops! tv push! uh oh!

considering the lack of respect adachi would have for mayumi, she doesn't feel bad about pushing mayumi into the tv at all. as if it's like she gets to punish this woman for having an affair, and later when mayumi is found dead, its like punishing namatame for having an affair by killing his mistress.

for a brief sideline into man killing, once mayumi is found dead adachi probably briefly considers throwing namatame into the tv when she can get his hands on him, especially when she hears about how much this dude genuinely loved mayumi. it makes adachi sick to think that this dude had everything on a silver platter (in her pov) and STILL cheated as if he didn't have enough. but then she probably finds out namatame lost his wife, his job, any public servant opportunities, destroyed his reputation, AND adachi herself got to kill his mistress, and she thinks, "huh. maybe this dude will suffer more if he's actually gotta live with the consequences of his actions all alone. death is the easy way out for him. and if suffering alive is not good enough I'll do something about it later. (:"

so this is where saki comes in. obviously adachi still questions her bc she saw mayumi's body etc, but when she calls saki in a second time for questioning its probably to actually 100% confirm everything (at first) bc adachi here is a woman detective at an office with mostly men who do not take her seriously whatsoever (this also adds to the fact that I think fem adachi is definitely more of a workaholic then adachi in canon but not too relevant here yet). while going thru everything they went over in the first questioning saki brings up namatame and adachi is so all ears. saki says something about how he mentioned the midnight channel and he was being creepy, and adachi's first gut reaction is namatame is a freak (negative) for talking to a teenage girl, and the more she keeps badgering saki about it she realizes something.

namatame thinks he can save saki from being killed bc he saw her on the midnight channel.

now adachi cooks up a wonderful idea: what better way to make a man like him suffer then to keep making him feel like he's failing people who show up on the midnight channel? and adachi? well, she's a strong woman that isn't afraid of a little collateral damage for the sake of cruel and unusual punishment used on a man. even if the collateral damage is a whole teenage girl.

sometimes when adachi thinks too hard about it she probably feels some guilt about saki, but she justifies that by telling herself the girl was already a workaholic, she was struggling, facing the perils of rumors about her being a pathetic and easy girl (cough cough adachi is projecting cough). death was an easy way out for a girl like that. early on she tells herself she gave saki some kind of mercy killing, but the closer adachi gets to losing it near endgame she sheds any guilt she may have had about it and wholeheartedly believes that death was a better avenue for saki and it was necessary to ruin namatame (and by this point also to fuck with narukami bc whatever they got goin on is fucking weird). (a mildly relevant sidenote for saki's death: I'm not a yosuke hater, but fem adachi sure is)

regarding other possible victims, do I think adachi would kill anyone else by pushing them into the tv herself? hm probably not. Not bc she doesn't want to, or didn't derive some satisfaction or perceived usefulness out of the first two, but bc I see adachi as an opportunist killer. any version of adachi is smart as hell despite being a piece of shit, and although fem adachi would have no qualms about eventually killing namatame once he was no longer fun to mess with, getting more premeditated might leave more room for error in her eyes, specifically once she convinced namatame to kidnap people on the midnight channel. once namatame is kidnapping people she knows that means she would have to get to whoever shows on the midnight channel before he does, which is too much of a hassle. also killing someone who wasn't on the midnight channel means she would inadvertently break the pattern of the first two even if the body would be found in the same state. it could also discourage namatame, and if someone realizes the break in the pattern AND if anybody gets caught, authorities might realize there are two murderers AKA it's too risky. the other reason is it's a very tight window for adachi to kill anyone else anyway bc once yukiko is thrown in, anyone thrown in after that might get saved by the IT.

she still throws in mitsuo tho and that was probably her favorite tv toss. that kid definitely pissed her off more then mayumi, for obvious reasons, and (with the exception of narukami) I think fem adachi has a special hatred in her heart reserved for teenage boys.

for fem adachi, she is perfectly satisfied having her little rat namatame run around thinking he's playing hero and causing an absolute mess, she loves ruining a man's life <3 she also doesn't mind knowing dojima is getting put thru the ringer while they're at work, and once she realizes narukami's involved she is interested in seeing what he does bc she's got a weird thing about narukami that's way too much explaining here (but its definitely still got to do with her projecting her issues w men onto him btw). adachi's also enjoying it for the exact same reason as in canon as well. its fun to her, a miserable workaholic who hates her job and the town she lives in.

lastly, I want to thank you for the ask!! Yeah you’re right a MCD rewrite is people rewriting MCD and adding their own ships or improvements or different plot points. It started because the original MCD is kinda written poorly. Some plot points go nowhere, some parts are problematic, some parts drag on, characters appear and disappear, characters stopped developing and most importantly MCD has no ending and was abruptly discontinued by Jess so she could focus on Mystreet and other projects. People just wanna improve and finish the thing that means so mich to them basically. You can find them on AO3 and a few on Wattpad (I recommend AO3 tho its easier to find rewrites ur interested in cuz the tag system)

(There arent enough words in this world to explain my hatred for aarmau and aaron BUT)

Many reasons heres the main few: when Aaron was introduced he was supposed to be a side character but then he became a love interest kinda outta nowhere (my theory as to why is because Jess’s husband Jason voices him) and when he did become a love interest other characters like Laurence and Garroth kinda stopped developing and became worse to justify why Aaron was a good choice for Aphmau. For me they never had any chemistry in MCD, when its revealed Aphmau is pregnant with Aaron’s kid my brain logged out because wtffff how did they find the time and also why Aaron ://. He wasn’t kinda boring, his angsty past could’ve been used more but wasn’t he was just a brooding masked figure who followed Aphmau around. Then Pheonix Drop High happened and made things really weird. So when Aaron was 18 going on 19 he started dating Aphmau who was 14. Very creepy much yuck, they didn’t communicate well and then his whole character became that he’s in love with Aphmau but “he’s just not good enough for her :((“ and “i shouldn’t be with her shes perfect” and personally i find romance dramas infuriating, especially that kind of drama. AND YES AS A 18YR OLD U SHOULDNT BE DATING A 14YR OLD WELL DONE AARON. Mystreet they were the annoying lovey dovey couple with relationship drama they just rubbed me the wrong way in that series, I stopped watching after Emerald Secret and only recently forced myself to finish Mystreet and yeah no idc about them or their relationship. In MCD season 3 when Shad was introduced as a full character his whole thing is he’s Aaron again but evil and Aphmau’s sad about it and uuuuugg i dont caaareee. And I personally thought Aphmau wasn’t gunna end with anyone in MCD because she went on multiple rants about how that isn’t what she’s looking for and she has to think about her people first and she prefers her own company and then BOOM gets pregnant of masky mcsad face. Ugh. Basically Aaron ruined everything.

Garrence has been a ship since the characters were introduced and quite simply its because they have more chemistry together than with Aphmau. I’ve always been a lil uncomfortable with how Jess wrote Laurence and Aphmau’s interactions and Garroth and Aphmau’s interactions but Garroth and Laurence interactions were just more natural they had more banter they were sweet together. Then Jess did a bunch of queerbaiting with it and the ship got bigger, so many fanarts so many fanfics. Then it just never happened because Jess is a coward. Like it would’ve been so nice to see the hints and chemistry go somewhere but it didn’t. Everyone still holds hope tho. With rewrites Garrence is Canon :))

Since tumblr is going to be a jerk and not let me post my cosplay, I'll go ahead and write down my review for the movie.

I'm writing this a couple days out, so sorry (and correct me, i love discussing this movie :3)if something's not correct. I was also writing this in-between breaks at work lol.

There will be spoilers, so you know the deal. I will tag it as such but you have been warned. :3

I'm also putting a read more divider cause it is looooong lol.

My fiancée and I went to go see the dub. He hasn't seen the series since s1 and I made him watch the recap but I felt the recap didn't explain everything to really get a full understanding of the importance of this movie and the characters, but I do appreciate having it. (I think I'll use it in the future for explaining to those I talk to that haven't seen the series, cause have you ever had to explain the series to someone that has never watched it before? Lol)

So we'll start with The Dub

I was favor of the dub in the beginning. I don't mind either sub or dub, but dub is easier for me sometimes when I'm drawing or doing a craft and don't have my eyes always on the screen. I was happy to see that all the original cast came back for this, as I know through their dvd commentaries that they have a real passion for the series. The start of the movie felt a little awkward to me, almost like the VAs were trying to find their way back into their voices. Frederica's voice I think was a little off, a little quieter and softer than I would have imagined hers to be. I know a few people don't like Kate Oxley's voice for Akane but I think she did an excellent job at Akane's break down in the end. It felt very raw and believable.

Plot

Overall I was very pleased with the plot of the movie. After getting context for everything in the movie after reading spoilers from Japanese only showings with no subtitles, I felt that the movie went way deeper than my first impressions. It was a nice surprise to have what feels like a less all over plot that we have gotten in recent years. My fiancée throughly enjoyed it even though he didn't know most of the backstory and I had to fill him in on a few things. His comment for Shindo after the wedding was "nooooo, he kills himself?" Which I replied "yep". There was foreshadowing for both Saiga's and Shindo's deaths but I felt that it was done right. Not too obvious, but enough that it wasn't overdone and you could pick up on it. One piece of context that was filled in for me that I found interesting is that Shindo was an upperclassmen to Saiga, and Saiga warns I think Akane? About Shindo and how he uses people and in sometimes dangerous ways, and that Saiga wonders if one day he'll end up getting hurt from it. And then guess what happens!! I know Saiga warns Akane about Shindo because of his shady methods to get what he wants, and I can't remember when in the timeline, but she asks Mika to do a background check on him.

As for Shindo's foreshadowing, he has a conversation with Akane and invites her to Kei's and Mai's wedding, where he gives that weird speech lol. Sadly I can't remember too many details but I know the way he has his last talk with Akane made me pick up that his suicide was soon, a product of sibyl supplying him with a gun and making him accept responsibility for all he tried to do. You couldn't wait until maybe a day or two after the wedding?? Lol.

I liked that Saiga and Kogami got to talk again. One of the only remnants of shinkane in this film (yeah there wasn't a lot sadly :() comes from Saiga telling Kogami that he shoukd apologize to Akane (which leads to that awkward phone call where it seems like he kinda? tries and fails as they made him a stoic and manly pride type of personality. I don't really like how cold he is at the start of the film either but I almost see a little bit of it as maybe he's been away and around so much violence for so long that this is the only, in his weird Kogami way for him to act. I do think it's no excuse tho for erasing any trace of the shinkane we have, as that relationship is special to many of us and not always for romantic reasons.) I did have a laugh at later when Saiga asks him if he did apologize to which he replies "I don't know what you are talking about". Come on Kogami! You know he can tell you are lying!

I did like that our bad guys had a more religious and cult like approach this time. I feel that's a topic that hadn't been touched in the series yet and finally the movie's title Providence made sense. These guys are dangerous enough to pose a threat, and our heroes get hurt several times. Plus they were a special group for SAD that went rouge, which is so interesting to me. Tonami is the leader of this group and aims to get the Stonskaya documents that can predict wars before they happen or can escalate them to one's favor. He also either helped develop or came across an ai (can't remember details) that he found could pose as a God and he controls his soldiers with a chip(?) in their heads that he can turn on and off at will. Kei's brother Akira is part of this group but is revealed later that he was a double agent( I was surprised at that!) And that he burned his face so he would not be recognized. Shindo sadly kills him later as he fights control for his body from Tonami.

(Trying to finish up here, god this review is long, thank to those that are still with me lol)

I'm gonna try to jump ahead to the end. The scene of Akane's unspeakable deed (lol) was very well done. You have Sibyl forcing her to take Shindo's position, which I got the impression that she didn't want it. And yet it was another Sibyl covering up something bad, sweeping it under the rug and trying to silence Akane more. Akane's whole thing through this movie is that there still needs to be laws, cause Sibyl will and has failed to protect people. So she realizes that she has to do the unthinkable and show that Sibyl is not as invincible as people are pushing for it. Her letter to Kogami was a great scene, with him realizing at the last minute what she was going to do and that he couldn't do anything to stop it as he was locked up. My fiancée was so surprised and it was great to hear his reaction, as he hadn't seen s3 and didn't have the context clues that we all have had lol.

Overall, I thought it was a very good film and great tie in to some pieces missing. I'm still not sure why Sugo and Gino joined SAD tho? That part might have gotten lost on me.

Shinkane

Sadly there wasn't much. I could say that was my only disappointment, along with Kogami's character towards Akane. As other's have said, it seems that he realizes too late. Like maybe he was trying to keep his distance so he can continue to think that she's the same pure inspector he's always known. I love Saiga's quote to him that "she's not God or Budda" so hopefully moving forward there will be something (despite what the writers say!!) as he greats her so warmly at the end of s3. As he swears to get her out and then he's not the one who does it! He might have some competition lol.

I also want to point out that I loved the soundtrack! I was happy to see Ling Tosite Sigure and Egoist back, cause I feel like it's not fully Psycho Pass without them. But! I was listening to the Providence soundtrack before I saw the movie and it's soooo beautiful, so give it a listen if you have always loved the soundtrack like me. :3

So those are some of my thoughts. I will gladly discuss them with anyone if they want. Also to correct anything I got wrong lol.

Mercy/Roadrat -> she's mostly just friends/begrudging acquaintances. She finds them exasperating. The three of them slept together like once or twice for some reason. (????) Occasionally is a little patronizing toward them, especially Junkrat. Despite her frustrations w them she worries abt them and their health & wants the best for them. Tends to be more earnest around Roadhog, thinks a little more highly of him than Junkrat. Junkrat is kinda oblivious that she finds him exhausting and is mostly friendly to her, tho he thinks it's annoying when she lectures him. Roadhog trusts her and generally agrees with her, but finds her kind of pretentious and a killjoy.

Other things:

◇ Junkrat mainly hangs out w Mercy when Roadhog's away on a mission + d.va and lúcio aren't around

◇ junkrat & mercy sometimes do random frivilous stuff together like spa days, watching trashy movies, getting dressed up, going to cafes/bakeries (lmao??? Listen idk)

◇ Junkrat has kind of an earnest crush on Mercy; Mercy doesn't have the same feelings; they don't rly talk about it much & their relationship is mostly friendship

◇ Mercy & Roadhog have like a mutual trust but they don't really hang out much? Mercy thinks Roadhog's like immensely cool™️ but she'd never admit that to him lmao;;

◇ mercy & roadhog work pretty well together on missions; but if Junkrat's there too, roadhog's more inclined to follow Junkrat's lead which can cause leadership tension (since mercy tends to act as leader on missions)

◇ Roadhog thinks Mercy's corny but tolerable & trusts her medical advice

◇ Roadhog's not attracted to Mercy & loves to act like a little hater around her (esp when she and Junkrat are trying to like impress him or wtv), but he actually finds her efforts kinda entertaining lmao

◇ despite all her complaints abt the two of them Mercy earnestly trusts their expertise in fighting and mechanics (<latter is mainly junkrat)

◇ Junkrat & Roadhog do occasionally have a little bit of animosity toward her (or mainly toward overwatch) for being less sympathetic (? Hello! I found your Jigokuraku review through the tags and I read it almost every weeks. I thought you already read the manga because you're not judgemental, like other anime-onlys I found on internet who love to criticize Jigokuraku for simply little things (that was very nice of you! ). Please please I suggest you to read the manga. The things are getting more serious and waiting for season two seems like forever. Like don't you want to know how Gabimaru finally get his memory back? How the whole team finally manage to use Tao (spoiler : thanks to Shion, they don't need to do that filthy bochu jutsu method lol)? What are the role of the new Asaemons? Then, is Gabimaru's wife apparently only an illusion or otherwise she's really exist? Finally, how the Tensens defeated and who are the survivors of this mission? And many other. I could say Jigokuraku is one of the manga with very good ending. There are more blood spilled through the process but it worth to read! (I'm gonna miss your review tho). Thanks!

Aw! Well thank you! I find it hard for me to be critical of a series when I really enjoy the characters and story, especially whenever I start something new since I have no prior knowledge of it whatsoever. (it’s a combination of all that and how nothing can ever disappoint me more than TPN s2 did.)

I guess the common complaint I’ve heard about the most from others is how the animation for Hell’s Paradise was a bit lacking? Coming from MAPPA, I believe people were already set to compare it to AOT, Vinland Sage, JJK & Chainsaw Man, so when this series didn’t “wow” them enough with the typical dynamic action and stunning visuals they normally see from this studio, they started to feel indifferent towards Hell’s Paradise. I understand their disappointment but also realize that Vinland S2 was airing at the same time and AOT & JJK also have upcoming seasons this year, so the studio is kinda stretched thin. I can’t really blame them for putting more effort into those big names rather than a new series. Of course I would’ve loved if Hell’s Paradise lived up to the hype as other MAPPA anime, but I personally had no issues with the animation this series did have, as it was consistent the whole way through. I actually compared it to Dororo more than anything else in terms of both style and story, so I wasn’t disappointed at all by it.

Anyways, my rambling aside.. of course I’m planning to read the manga at some point. It’s just a matter of when (and if I remember). As I said in that last review, the final episode didn’t leave off on a terrible cliffhanger (or I didn’t see it that way at least), so I'm not going completely insane wondering about what happens next, but I am still mildly curious. I can imagine how some of the issues might be handled at this point, like how Sagiri is most likely gonna play a huge part in how Gabimaru gets his memories back since she knows him best outta everyone else currently on the island, especially when it comes to remembering his wife. With the whole team learning more about tao, I can bet that Shion will explain how just simple physical contact with others helps to improve one’s tao, since we already saw how Nurugai’s hugs helped Sagiri restore her strength a little. And I have no doubt the new asaemon are gonna cause trouble just from the glare that Shugen dude showed at the very end.

About Gabimaru’s wife being real or an illusion.. I sorta kinda know her name already from seeing other people’s tags, so I’m fairly certain she exists. Hopefully. I’ve also spoiled myself on some of the characters who might survive til the end (only because I can not handle another heartbreak like I did with Tenza!) but I steered clear of practically everything else though when it comes to the fights, the tensen and overall story.

I’ll continue the reviews whenever the anime decides to continue and hopefully I won’t nitpick all the differences between anime vs manga too much if I do decide to read beforehand.

I don't remember if I did one before the show aired but weirdly enough it didn't change much from the old one(only exeption being Chuem and in her section I will explain why)

1. Ray

Does it come as a shoker from one with Ray as her pfp since ep1 until now? But really I ADORE HIM TO THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART! He is an amazing character so nuanced and layered with such amazing acting(did we expect less from king Khaotung?) His struggles with addictions, his family tragedy that sparked the addiction, his feelings for both Mew and Sand, how he made mistakes from ep one and consistently realized them and apologised I just love him so much and I also wanna just kidnap him and take him(and Sand) away from his toxic friends and just hug him and tell him that he matters that he isn't a burden that he is loved constantly

Since the actual trailer I knew he would be my favourite and I was right

2. Sand

Shoker I have him as second wow act surprised, jokes aside I loved him from ep 1 but back then it was mostly cuz he is played by First but then little by little we saw more of our favourite broke musitian and what I saw was perfect he is such a strong character: headstrong, resilient, hard working, intelligent, he doesn't take shit from anybody and isn't scared to use people aginst who wronged him(I loved his stunt in ep6 even tho Ray ended up as collateral damage and Sand felt so guilty for that) but he is also vulnerable and he is just a scared little boy afraid of beeing left aside again(thanks a lot ex!) and as I said I just wanna take him and Ray away so that they can be happy I just love this 2 so much T_T

3. Mew

Ok so Mew... I for the longest time couldn't understand him at all regarding hos feelings for Top like whst does he see in him? and also his relationship with his friends is kinda shitty like yes he is the most sound of the 4 yes he is more caring but he doesn't seem close to any of them, even Ray yes he is the closest to Ray but I feel like Ray is the one putting all the effort into the friendship amd Mew just takes him for granted and even after he TW *saw him attempt to kill himself* he still doesn't treat him that different from the others and never discourages them to not call him a burden or beliettling him, and in ep6 e still allowed Ray to make a piraya out of himself even tho he already knew about the cheating and was concotting his little revenge plan AND STILL PUMCHED RAY(I get that Ray was in a rampage and nothing would stop him but still) he allowed Ray to do all that just cuz he wanted to keep the sharade to fool Top...

that beeing said I loved him at the end of the ep and I am so ready for his revenge(only reason he is this high)

4. Nick

Over all I do still like him more than Mew but I cannot put him above 4 cuz this boy is hopeless... this man fell for Boston onesaided, wiretrapped Bostons car and found him and Top hoking up and cheating, liatened to said recordning on a dayly base to torment himself(damn Nick) told Top to stay away from Boston, told Sand about it, witnessed Bosotn trash Ray and Sand down, was told multiple times Boston is trash by multiple people AND YET he still is in love with this ASSHOLE??? NICK WAKE UP AMD HAVE SOME SELF RESPECT PLEASE! I still feel pity for him but man this guy is hopeless

He even changed his style and started working out to pelase BOSTON! Yeah he is 4 cuz he does have a somewhat cute relationship with Sand and he isn't a bad person just pathetic and with selfesteem issues(can relate to that)

5. Chuem

Ok so first of all I wanna say that I thought I would like her a lot more at the start of the show but now? Eh not that much, first of all she has less screen time than all of them so that influences it but also what we see of her and her comments to her friends I don't like them so much: with Mew she seems to judge his worth based on his virginity and if he has a relationship or not, with Top she is way too obsessed pushing Mew to be with him keeping him on a selfcreated pedestal valuing him as an object more than a person a prize to win(I might not like Top but even then sheesh), she consantly slut shame Boston the other do it too even Ray tho the reason Ray did it was mostly cuz Boston hurt Mew in the process but she does it the most, and lastly Ray DAMNIT she completely disregards Ray! she might have said nice stuff to him 2 years prior but in the present she barely aknoledge him and when she does she beliettles him she even ignored him unconciouly in ep6 when she made the comment about them all beeing in a relationship and only AFTER April commented on Ray beeing the only one not in one did she aknoledge him so this are the reasons she is this low hoping she improuves (I think she actually could get better she is the only one I have hope for exept SandRay to get better) also her relarionship with April is cute and they are the only one able to comunicate

6. Boston

Here he is: the main Bitch, the drama stirrer, the manipulative gaslighting mansplainer of a man I hate him so much and the reason he isn't last place is cuz I LOVE HATING HIM and he would have been above all and be at 3rd place if he didn't mess with RaySand! if he kept targeting TopMew and used Nick I would have had no problem having him at number3 BUT he messed with Rays head he literally took his misery and anger on Ray and Sand in ep5 and he keeps treating Ray as shit and sorry but if you mess with MY RAY? You mess with me dog! So he is here not last place cuz still he is the drama and without him there would be no show(but also without him SandRay could actually be somewhere now and not in the mess they are in) so not last place and also he is fun to watch cuz Neo has been doing a FENOMENAL JOB!

7. Top

There he is the Top Tear at the bottom of the list!(pun intended) from the mock trailer I had a feeling he would be my least favourite character and sorry but he still is, I get why people would like him more after the last epiodes but sorry not me, he is an arrogant motherfucker too smug for his own good has no problem beeing nasty to others(mostly SamdRay and you know the drill) does NO selfreflection! like if Ray didn't spill the beans this man was more than ready to keep the cheating in the dark! keeping up a lie! and he still sees Mew as a conquest over Ray and Mew himself and also his face gives me the ick and I wanma punch him every second he os on screen, and please Mew rip him to shreds! he deserves it!

I did this once before the series aired, but I thought it’d be fun to rank the core characters in OF in the middle of the series’ run and once more at the end.

1. Sand

Of course it was going to be Sand in first place (get it…First place?)

He might be morally dubious in Ep6, but if anything, that makes him more endearing to me (don't ask me how). If they all play dirty, he can play dirty too. Plus, he's just got the vibe. The t-shirts, the jackets, the boots, the independence. The superior music taste? Mans has it all except for money. Though tbh, the moment that solidified Sand as my favorite was when he ran after Ray at the end of Ep6--he was just dealt a personal attack by Ray in front of everyone, but he doesn't even hesitate to go after him. And that is the marker of a ✨ favorite character ✨

2. Ray

Naturally, both Sand and Ray have taken the top spots (pun intended), and it's because I have a special place in my heart for "woobified" characters (did I use that right @waitmyturtles? 😂)...and Khaotung executes his layers so beautifully. Ray did go in for a nonconsensual kiss (which he later apologized for, but I digress) and he did hash out some pretty brutal insults last episode. Irrespective of his feelings for Sand, it's indisputable that he has used him in some aspect to distract himself from Mew. So for all that, Ray is also morally dubious--but I'll use the term realistic instead.

I just want to give him a hug and tell him that he matters. Because clearly that is something he's heard only a few times in his life. And maybe if he heard it more often, we could avoid situations like the one at the end of Ep6.

3. Nick

I’m having a bit of an inner battle with myself over this one because Nick came out of the gate with some very immoral behavior, and yet I’m still putting him above Mew, because something about him is just so…pitiful. Admittedly, I've been growing more and more frustrated with him as the series goes on and he still fights for Boston's affection when Boston has proven time and time again that he just doesn't care. Boston keeps him on a rope, and in some ways I sympathize with Nick's struggles, because it isn't easy to turn the feelings off once they've already been cemented. But alas. He's digging himself further and further into this hole.

4. Mew

A lot of my gripes with Mew have been in respect to his treatment of Ray, but I go back and forth because I do understand the mental toll it must take on him. Regardless of whether or not he's responsible for helping Ray through his mental issues, as his closest friend, I think it should've been him running after Ray at the end of Ep6. Yeah, Ray said some shitty things about everybody, but Ray has only ever wanted what is best for Mew. And Mew was going to watch him run off and potentially get himself killed, even after Ray admitted what Top had done. Something about that just doesn't sit right with me.

Despite all of this, Mew does appear to be the most level-headed of the group (alongside Sand, though that was put to the test last ep). And the moment he played TopBoston’s sex audio right in Top’s ear? Phenomenal. He nailed that execution. I will laugh when he's on his revenge kick next week.

5. Cheum

Cheum is this low firstly because she doesn't get a lot of screen time, and secondly because she's made some comments that are a little questionable too. I can't remember who said it, but someone pointed out just how often she references how lucky Mew is to be with Top--which is a little strange, looking at him like he's some big prize. Also, not to bring everything back to Ray but...she contributes to the "burden" discussion quite a few times.

I do really enjoy the small snippets we've gotten of her with April. I like that they finally gave their relationship a little bit more context in Ep6. They do seem to have some pretty solid communication (at least compared to the others) so I'm pleased with that.

6. Top

I know a lot of people have felt sorry for Top. And I understand that completely. I struggle to given that he not only cheated but lied about the cheating--and likely would never have admitted to it. For Mew, someone who values communication and honesty so strongly, it's like a punch to the face. I hope Top gets what's coming to him. (Also, stealing Sand's boyfriend? Wtf dude.)

7. Boston

Not much to explain about this one--I can understand why he is some peoples' favorite for the sole reason that he is the one creating all the conflict in the first place. But he's so twisted, manipulative, and careless that I just want Mew to kick him into that pool a hundred times over. I don't expect him to rise from last place by the end, but if he does, it'll be a miracle.

this one starts off as human!alastor/lucifer but by the middle(?) its just regular radioapple. basically al is encountered by luci while finishing off a job who agrees to keep quiet. luci just keeps on showing up, reveals hes the devil to which al us just like "lol ok" and eventually they get in a relationship (ooh lala 👀) but they break up after saying some hurtful things to each other (oh nono 👀) with luci promising al they will never cross paths again. if you watched the show then well. you know that doesnt happen 😂 most human!al radioapple have al summon him (no hate to them) so this was an interesting change of pace

Hello, sure can do. So, I've never really done anything like this before. I always do Levi x Reader things, so this is all new to me. I'll try my best and I'm sorry in advance if I do terrible.

Concept: Kuchel comes home from school to find her messy room perfectly cleaned for her and everything organised. She confronts her dad, Levi, about her room and cracks in front of him and explains how she feels like a failure to him because she's not been very clean recently. Levi comforts his daughter and tells her he's there for her, no matter what.

Levi has called his daughter Kuchel in honour of his mother.

Kuchel gripped her bag straps as she dragged her feet. She felt a lump in her throat and weight on her shoulders. She had been pushing herself so much recently and the pressure to make her dad proud and to be successful was mounting up.

Levi had never pressured her, nor had he ever set expectations. He listened and talked to her, but when he shared his past with Kuchel something clicked in her. She knew her father never had the opportunities that she's getting. Her father didn't get a great education, but she is. She has the chance to go on with further education, but he never did.

Kuchel wasn't depressed because of her father, she was depressed because school was very pressuring for a teen. School was hell for all teens and while you were expected to work hard, you were asked to decide your future while maintaining friendships.

She slipped into the apartment she lived in with her dad and did the routine he taught her, which was shoes off, bags off and placed neatly by the door. She hurried to her bedroom before her dad could catch her and welcome her home.

Kuchel stopped in her room and saw it was spotless. When she left this morning, the bed wasn't made, clothes were on the floor and her desk was a mess. She shook on the spot as tears filled her eyes. The dark voices in her head started shouting louder.

Failure.

Disappointment.

Fat.

Ugly.

Freak.

Lazy.

Stupid.

Your father hates you.

You were a mistake.

Levi opened his daughter's room. "Welcome home, brat. How was school?" He frowned a little when he saw she was shaking. "Tch, oi? What happened? Who upset you? If it's that Billy shithead I'll rip his fucking nuts off."

She turned to her dad. "I'm sorry."

"Sorry?" He walked closer. "What for?"

She sniffed a little. "I'm sorry for being such a failure! You must so ashamed and disappointed in me."

Levi walked up to his daughter. "Hey, hey, hey." He pulled her close and held her. "Why would you think that? When have I ever said that to you?"

"My room was a pigsty and you cleaned it. You're so good at cleaning, but your daughter is a pig."

He rubbed her back. "I don't think that at all. You know me kiddo, I love cleaning. I'll clean anything and enjoy it all the time. There's nothing wrong at all with you leaving your room a little messy."

She pulled back and rubbed her tears. "Really?"

He nodded. "Really." He rubbed her tears away. "Come on kid, I force your auntie Hange to have baths and I clean her place sometimes. I give her a hard time because she winds me up. I don't give you a hard time because you're not well right now."

She frowned. "Not well?"

He let out a long sigh. "I knew you'd get it at some point because I do. Kuchel, you have depression, I'm sure of it. We all handle it in different ways. For me, I don't sleep, I eat a lot and I start overworking. You sleep a lot, barely eat and pour yourself into work." He guided her to the bed and sat with her. "I don't mind cleaning your room, okay? I'm happy to do it because as you have said, it's my true love."

She giggled and rubbed her tears. "You're right."

He smiled at her. "I'm proud of you."

She welled up. "Dad."

He ruffled her hair. "I'm fucking proud of you and I'll always be proud of you. Do you know how incredible you are? Hell, brat. If I was in your school, I would have been kicked out by now. Your grades are so impressive and you're so smart and kind. Please, take it easy on yourself, okay?"

She nodded. "Yeah."

"I love you, okay? You're my daughter and I'll always love you and be proud of you. I worry about you and I want you to be happy, so if you need to see someone, take time off or want something, then you tell me. Everyone is different, okay?"

She leaned against Levi. "You're the best dad."

"I could be better, but thank you." He patted her knee. "You can talk to me whenever you want because I understand the pain that depression can bring. We'll fight our depression together. Tch, no depression can stop an Ackerman."

She laughed. "Damn right."

He smiled, then sighed. "You want pizza tonight? We'll eat it and watch some stupid movie together. Sound good?"

She nodded, then hugged his side. "Thank you, for everything."

"No, thank you. You're the best, kiddo." He got up and ruffled her hair roughly making her laugh hard. "Alright, you little shit. Let's get that pizza."

Another tequila shot goes down your throat, ripping it off as you almost smash the small glass on the table. Tossing your head back as you rest your back against the sofa, sitting on the floor, you take a look around you. The gloomy has taken over your house as the night has fallen a couple of hours ago. It's the fourth night you are trying to forget about Bishop and whatever you two had. But you can't dismiss from your mind his caresses —his fingers drawing patterns on your back, his lips touring your neck with delicate kisses as if he was afraid of breaking your skin, his mustache tickling your inner thighs, his raspy voice articulating your name in moans. It's the fourth night miserably failing, remembering the last time you spent together, the way he was holding his back pretending he wasn't sad because you were leaving him.

“Obispo, it's over. Don't make a big deal. We're just friends who occasionally fucks”. You scoffed somewhat annoyed because of him and his interrogation, but how could you tell him you were falling in love with him?

“I ain't making any deal, (Y/N). I just want to know what made you change your mind and keep a wide berth”.

“I'm seeing someone else”.

"Don't you dare to lie to me”. He growled, taking a step closer towards you with the intention of stopping you from picking up and packing the less stuff you had in his house.

“Think what you want”. You replied, rolling your eyes.

The first tear flows in the left corner of your mouth not appreciably at first, but then, some more until finding yourself crying. You miss him so much. You miss watching him sleep peacefully in the small hours, drifting slightly when you caress his cheek using your fingertips. Flexing your knees to your chest, you wrap your arms around trying to contain the loud sobs, hiding your face between them. How have you been so stupid to fall for him like that? The two of you made it clear from the very first moment. Friends with benefits. But after a couple of weeks, you started to notice that he used to push away any other woman that it wasn't you, he didn't spend much time in the clubhouse preferring to do it in your house —cuddling, watching movies, playing poker; kissing every single inch of flesh covering your anatomy.

Reality hit you the moment he murmured something like you're a miracle, thinking you were calmly sleeping between his strong arms and your back stuck to his chest, no distance among your bodies. You knew it was a thing produced by the alcohol running through your veins and it wasn't fair for you to fantasize about the idea he was catching feelings for you. So you just ran away, like a coward.

Some clumsy knocks on the front door of your house bring you back to reality. At first, you try to ignore them. It's not like you're in the mood for visits, knowing that probably it's Leti at the other side of the place, worried because you haven't replied to her text all day. But she insists and insists. And you know how stubborn she can be sometimes. Serving yourself another shot and drinking it in just one gulp, because you're too sober to endure another of her Ted talks about positivism and what he has lost, you stand up on your bare feet. Everything around you spins dizzyingly for a second until you can react, feeling every knock like a hammer hitting your brain.

“I've heard you the fi—”.

Opening the door to receive her, your vocals get frozen as you face Bishop in a deplorable drunk state. Just like you are.

“Let me in”. He barks, not being able to look at your eyes, trying to pass you away to the inside, but you stop him.

“Go home, Obis—”.

“I'm home, shut the fuck up”. He frowns taking a sip from a bottle of whisky you haven't noticed till now. “You think you can kick my fuckin' ass outta your life by saying you're seeing someone else? You think I'm fuckin' stupid, queri— Were you crying…?”

From anger, his tone of voice falls to one lower and lower, as the concern and the worry cover his annoyance completely. Throwing away his drink to somewhere over the grass of your yard, he holds your face onto his palms. His touch causes you to tremble. His warm touch causes you to break into aching sobs, panting as you can't breathe properly. All this time you've been thinking you have missed him, but you didn't have a real idea of how it feels until his fingers have been laid on your wetted skin.

Bishop comes closer to you, touching the tip of your nose with his. You can smell the mixed scent of cigarettes and whisky emanating from his cracked lips, it doesn't bother you, tho. “Don't kiss me, please”.

Until this precise moment, he has loved your begs and pleads to his bones, but now he hates them more than anything he could ever hate in his life. It breaks his heart. He can't deal with your rejection one night more.

“Why…? Why can't I kiss you?” He asks desperately at the edge of his tears. “Please, stop ignoring me, it's driving me crazy. I can't even take care of my own shit without you by my side”.

Your knees feel weak at his words, still believing he only says that because you're just a good lover, the best in the sheets, as he told you once.

“I… I…” You babble nervously, trying to not place your hands on the laps of his leather kutte to finally push him into the needed kiss you've been craving for the last four days. “I love you”.

And why the confession doesn't take him by surprise? Why doesn't he look confused? Why does it seem like he already knew it? Bishop can't help but draw a fleeting grin across his face.

“Do you think I came here, falling into pieces, just because it feels like being in Heaven when I'm deep inside you?” He whispers, clicking his tongue slightly. “I didn't believe you when you told me you were seeing someone else. But the minimal thought I could have about it made me lose the less sanity I have”.

You blink stupefied at his own confession about his feelings. Your fingers tour his abdomen up in slow motion, starting to have some faith in his words.

“Mi amor…” Bishop mumbles in soft giggles shaking his head. “I adore you, mi amor. I don't want anything else than to share my life with you, and only with you”.

He doesn't wait for a signal from you to kiss your lips, he just takes what it's his. And you can't hold back a painful gasp, expelling in it all the sorrow you've been carrying for the last four days being separated from him. Your hands grip his shirt in two fists, pushing him as much closer as the two of you can be, about to melt in the same figure. All this time you have been trying to not love him, to forget him; and you were just delaying the inevitable. You are made for each other, that's a fact. Your lips fit to perfection —your bodies, your hearts.

“Tell me you love me”. You whimper against his mouth, causing him to smile because of your need of making it real by these simple three words.

“Love isn't enough to express what you make me feel”.

Bishop bends down without prior notice to wrap his huge hands on the back of your thighs, urging you to jump onto him and surround his waist with your legs. You haven't forgotten how good his warmth takes over you when he holds you like that, walking inside your house and kicking the door close. Guiding his steps across your place and its hallways, he reaches your dark dorm barely illuminated by a post light outdoors. He lies you down on your bed —a bed that has welcomed you for the last eight months in every kind of state. Drunk, tired, happy.

Now, you're a mix of them. Drunk in tequila, tired of crying, but happy for having him back for the rest of your life.

Stabbing chrollo izaya or childe (they deserve much more tho) Honestly you look like some detective more than a writer lol but whatever.

Avalor spoils her wife, chrollo doesn't come close. And vephar and scarlet are the ideal enfp x infj couple☺️☺️.

"Y/n! Come sit with us?" George waved at me from the Gryffindor table as I entered the Great Hall, prompting me to sit across him and Angelina, and besides Fred. "Where's Mathilda?" He asked as I got closer, leaving my books on the wooden surface.

"She's feeling unwell." As I sat down, I noticed George's arm around Angelina and I couldn't help the knowing grin that tugged the corner of my lips. "The date exchange at the Ball turned out well, huh?"

"I could say the same about you." He wiggled his brows at me with the same grin I had.

I felt a sudden rush of panic going through my body. My eyes traveled to the boy by my side, who was oddly quiet, and I found him already peeking at me.

"Meaning?" I decided to play dumb, taking a bite of my golden slice of toast whilst ignoring the intending gazes of the couple in front of me.

"You two were having a great time last night." Angelina jumped in, leaning over her table. "Didn't see you coming back, Fred." She added, redirecting her eyes to the ginger.

"I did." His brother laughed. "I daresay you two had an intense night." I felt my cheeks reddening, not finding enough strength to meet George's look. "It was about time, really."

I was startled by Fred abruptly standing up. "See you in class." The curt reply he offered before fleeing shocked all of us; specially his brother, who, with a polite apology, left me and Angelina to go after his twin.

"I feel like I shouldn't ask." She spoke quietly.

"I don't have an answer."

I feared she would see through me. I hadn't lied, but my gut told me whatever happened had to do with the change of demeanor he had at the end of our night out.

I wouldn't say it out loud but a part of me began to worry.

The worry stayed throughout that entire week, guilt joining it at some point. Fred's attendance in Charms, Astronomy and Potions had decreased; I had only see him attend once to Astronomy. The only thing he did was play with his quill and, whenever he thought I didn't notice, stare at me.

Ironically enough, we started spending most of the time together; after the winter break, George had incorporated both Mathilda and me to their friend group, which, in different circumstances, would have been great.

Alicia Spinnet gained special interest on my best friend; Lee Jordan would joke about Slytherins and Gryffindors getting together, and Angelina— well, she seemed happier now that she could hang out with all her friends at the same time.

Fred was miserable. Everyone could see it, yet they did their best to cover it up.

George would overcompensate his brother's attitude by being louder and paying extra attention to me, but it worsened the situation.

I wanted to ask Fred what was wrong, but then again we weren't even good friends, so was it really my place to ask?

George had proposed a trip to Hogsmade a couple of days ago and we all agreed on going, but the day came and Fred wasn't there.

His brother alleged he had a terrible headache and had chosen to stay in bed. We all saw through his excuse, and once more no one said a word.

It was that night that George came to look for me.

"—well then, go get her!" His shouts got into the common room when a second year entered..

"What's this about?" I inquired, coming out to the hallway to see the ginger about to throw hands at my prefect.

"I need you." He stated, quickly losing interest on whatever the prefect had to say. I only nodded and motioned him to move with me far from the Slytherin door. "You have to speak to Fred now." He almost pleaded, a frown of worry forming on his face.

"Sure— wait, now?" I stared at him in confusion.

"Sorry, I know it's late" his apology didn't mean he would ask me to do it in the morning instead.

I let out a sigh before inquiring, "Where's he?"

"The Astronomy tower, I believe." He replied.

"Alright," I said more to myself. "I'll go grab my jacket." He murmured another apology and a thank you before heading off to his House.

I came to a halt at the top of the stairs when I saw him sat against the wall, his knees pulled to his chest with his arms around them, and his face buried between them."Hey there, stranger."

He raised his head, letting his eyes and nose be seen."Who gave me away?"

"George."

"Tosser" he muttered, taking his gaze to the levitating bundle of newspaper on fire that was probably keeping him somewhat warm up there.

"Is it that bad to see me now?" I took a couple of careful steps towards the boy.

"It's always that bad to see you."

"Odd for you to say that," I let myself slide down the wall to sit by his side with my legs stretched out. "given how much you stare."

"Touché." He replied, the ghost of a smile breaking through his depressed demeanor. "What are you doing here?"

"What's wrong?"

"I asked first."

"I asked second." He raised his brows at me and it was my turn to avert my eyes from him. "I'm... Worried. About you."

When I shivered due to the wind flowing through the tower, he scooted closer and moved the little fire with his wand for it to be in the middle.

"You're all dejected and sulky," I explained. "You barely attend to our classes together, and if you do, you don't pay attention." I felt him shift uncomfortable by my side. "I'm... I'm gonna regret this— I miss you being a bloody nuisance."

"I knew you loved it." His teasing, though it was meant to be funny, sounded almost painful.

"now, what's wrong?" He shrugged, his chin resting over his forearms. "Listen, if you're not gonna tell me, it's fine, but at least tell George."

"Are you thick?" The bitterness in his tone took me aback. "Y/n, I fancy you." He hid his face between his arms. "quite a lot, actually." He added in a mumble.

"I figured that at the ball, you know?" This time it was me who scooted closer. "Tell me that's not the reason behind this."

"Would you like me to lie?" He questioned, shame slipping out with his voice. "I'm a very good liar you wouldn't even question it." He took a deep breath before looking back up, stretching one of his legs and leaning against the wall. "At the ball, I tried to start something." He began, fidgeting with his hands. "I... This never happened to me, so I wasn't- I didn't know what I was doing, but I thought I was making it clear." He tucked a strand of hair behind his ear. "But when I left you—"

"You know I fancy you too, right?" I tilted my head, searching for his eyes. "As in, more than a one time thing."

"That I didn't know." I felt a pang of guilt, realizing that unconsciously I had played a big part on this.

FRED'S P. O. V.

We stayed in silence.

It wasn't an unsettling silence, but the air weighed over us due to the tension floating on it; I needed to defuse it, otherwise it would crush me.

My heart hammered against my chest while I extended my arm to hold her hand on mine.

It's not meant to be nerve-wracking, I thought to myself as I pulled her hand away from her lap; we had already made clear we fancied each other.

The moment she put her head on my shoulder, the tension completely dissipated. I didn't notice the sigh that left my lungs when it happened.

"Didn't put you, Fred Weasley, in the I'm-a-bundle-of-nerves-with-girls category."

"Oh, shut it." I threw my head back, laughing for the first time in a couple of weeks.

"Never." She gave my hand a squeeze and I allowed my cheek to rest over her crown. "You could, of course, find a way to shut me up."

It wasn't her words that cracked me up, but the suggestive tone she used, which took me back to that night in the Duelling Room when I accidentally let slip my feelings for her for the first time.

I raised my head from hers. "Beg your pardon?" I played the fool, trying to hide the ghost of a smile when she shoot me a wide-eyed look. "What are you insinuating, woman?"

"Do you really wanna start the teasing now?" She gave me a warning glare.

"You've just said you missed it." I couldn't hold back the chuckle.

"I knew I was gonna regret it." She groaned, throwing her head back. My eyes, finally on her, traveled to her now exposed neck and collarbone. Though they weren't visible, I could see the trail of kisses I had left there just a few weeks ago. "Stop staring and kiss me."

It didn't take anything else for me to throw the levitating burning paper away and tug her closer by her hand.

The moment our mouths met, I slipped my hand away from Y/n's so I could led her thighs to straddle my legs.

A quiet moan escaped my lips when she rolled her hips against mines; my hands automatically traveled up from her thighs to her waist, pulling her flush against me.

The temperature in the high, cold tower had shot up all from sudden. Just as we were about to start discarding clothes, quick steps were heard climbing up the stairs.

"Fuck!" She whisper-shouted, practically pushing me away as she got up. "Move, move, move!" As she helped me up and we ran to hide, it dawned on me that we were way past curfew. That got me moving.

We waited for Filch to get to the top of the tower before running down as fast as we could.

"No time for goodbyes!" she warned as we rushed through the vast hallways with Filch after us. "See you tomorrow—"

Before she could sprint downstairs to the dungeons, I grabbed her hand and pulled her into a side hall.

"You won't make it to the dungeons." I stated between pants, glancing at the path we had taken. I wasn't able to see the caretaker yet, but his pants could be heard. "Take the other stairs I'll distract him."

"You'll get grounded." She observed, her breathing as heavy as mine, if not more.

"Worth it." I curtly reply, feeling the corners of my lips twisting up.

"You know?" She pushed herself off the wall she had leaned against to catch her breath. "Sometimes you're really sweet."

"Quick!" I tugged on her hand, seeing Filch finally turn the corner. "Gimme a good luck kiss!"

She pulled me down and kissed my lips briefly before taking off in the other direction. I had to tell myself to shake off that stupid smile and run.

READER'S P. O. V.

The next morning I eagerly made my way to the Great Hall with two goals; having breakfast, of course, and checking if Fred had made it to his House without getting caught.

I soon spotted the group, this time sitting on the Slytherin table.

Soon his eyes found me too, and without saying a word to anyone, he got up and jogged to meet me halfway.

"Did you make it?" I asked, standing way too close to him and therefore attracting some nosey looks.

"By a whisker." He responded, taking a look around before looking back at me. "I was wondering if you'd like to go for a drink after class." I raised my eyebrows at him with a smirk. "We can use a passage to get to Hogsmade."

"Are you asking me on a proper date, Weasley?" I teased with my hands on my hips. "How cute."

He avoided eye contact, deciding to take another look around instead. "I swear if you tease me right now—"

"I'm free after four." I cut him off. "Now if you excuse me, I'm hungry." I passed him by, playfully bumping his shoulder, and made my way to our friends.

I didn't get far before his hands spun me around and cupped my cheeks, giving me a surprisingly deep kiss. "Are you gonna kill me?" He murmured, his lips still ghosting over mines.

"Oh, you know me so well." I replied, feeling my face heating up. We couldn't help but laugh when whistles and hollers came from behind me. "I might kill them too." I added, making fall into a fit of laughter as we pulled away in order to walk to where our friends sat. "I wanna have breakfast in peace." I warned them, sitting down with Fred by my side.

Everyone was giving looks at each other and trying to hold back the giggles, so I knew a comment was coming, but not from whom.

I could instantly tell I wasn't the only one shocked by the speaker. "But you just had him for breakfast." My best friend responded, faking confusion.

"I was just thinking about that!" Lee yelled, a bit too excited.

"Mathilda Foxglove—" I began, everyone cracking up.

"You are doomed." Fred finished, shoving a toast into his mouth to stop his laughter.

"It was worth it." She stated between giggles.

Fred gave me a side look with a half smile and I thanked Merlin no one could see the boy's fingers interlaced with mines under the table.
