alright. we already know I’ve said datv was woefully devoid of choice and I’ve said that it needs additional supporting dialogue- but why? Why they had ten years didn’t they? Well yes, and no. Development cycles are strange and I’m not in the business of games but in property development and hotels things come in phases on a very short timetable. HOWEVER, if you wish to harm or kill Andrealphus, I firmly ask that you talk to me about it ooc first. (Yes this includes the anons I mentioned before)

Likewise, if your muse was not at the trial, they should NOT know that Andrealphus was lying/bullshitting his way around. They can, however, call him out on his behaviour and glee at seeing Stolas punished, but nothing more than that (because that gets into godmodding).

If your muse was at the trial, they have every right to be suspicious of Andrealphus and accuse him of shit, but just know that they are accusations that haven't been proven.

Likewise, I will not have my Andrealphus seriously harm/injure/kill your muse without explicit permission from you! However, if you choose to go antagonizing him, you WILL get some form of push back because he will not tolerate being disrespected. And since he now has Stolas's title, he is technically a prince and so his ego is more inflated. As a result he will especially not tolerate any sort of disrespect from your muse.

I think that covers all I wanted to say about the matter, but I may add to this post if anything else comes up.))

This is what it feels like being a hex fan sometimes, like its not even a twitter issue (and in a sense its not necessarily an issue, sometimes ppl just wanna have fun n not spout theories n discussion 24/7! I get that!) but i feel like a lot of people r quick to write off aspects of the game and characters and insist that, despite it being a mullinsverse title, it's not that deep/things are surface level

Ultimately to beat duplicate anxiety you have to love yourself.

You can’t keep comparing yourself to others and before you say ‘but dia it’s not that easy’ no the fuck it isn’t.

I still deal with it. But it is an issue within ourselves that we ultimately have to deal with.

Abandonment ? Been there. Being replaced for someone else with the same muse? Been there.

It’s gonna happen though. And when it does, collectively and disrespectfully fuck them. They don’t matter. They weren’t real ones. You try again.

There’s always gonna be someone who is willing to stick with you.

And I’ll say that having affiliates and mains, shipping exclusively definitely does not help with it because how many times have you looked at a blog, saw they have a main muse for their ship and didn’t approach them because they were already ‘taken’?

I have. We don’t make it easy. We all have unique versions of our muse. But we still feel out of sorts, especially when someone new comes and they’ve got fancy graphics and a whole lot of flash.

Don’t get discouraged. You gotta learn that you’re okay just as you are. There’s so many of each muse I can barely keep up, but I think that’s the beauty of such a large fandom. There’s so much to choose from.

I don’t mind being on ones affiliates page, but I don’t keep one myself. I’ll go as far as mains, but I won’t be exclusive. I want to remain as open as I can, though ppl who are my friends, do take priority. Because we talk everyday, we plot, we have things going on.

But at the end of the day, you make a lot of friends with the ppl who write the same muse as you. It’s fun to see wha you can come up with. Hell, the Jax’s over in the tadc fandom are getting our own jackets. We all love a bunny.

It doesn’t have to be a competition.
