"Ah..." No police. Yeah that was probably for the better, considering some of the things he got up to. "I...hate to say it, but I don't remember what steps to trace. Everything's kinda...cloudy."

To anyone looking in, it seemed he probably had some sort of memory issue. That wasn't entirely untrue, but...it was more than that.

"Well, let's see if we can at least get you somewhere safe. I'll end up being found...or finding my way home...eventually."

Ray stares at him for a moment before shaking her head. “No police.” she says quickly. With her father on the force, they all knew her. And knew she had run away from home for the fifth time this month.

Closing her eyes, she takes a long breath as she tries to think of the best course of action.

“Let's retrace our steps. When I can figure out my surroundings again, I'll be better able to help you find your way, too.”

Dez grinned when she saw him walking down the street. Knowing Haru he was probably lost but she grinned as she bounced on over. "Haru!! It's been a little bit!! How are you? Where are you going?" She was very happy to see her friend again.

"Hm?" Haru blinked, dazed and confused, and turned to look at her. "Dez...?"

He blinked and looked around. Where was he?

He'd just come from a bloody fight and his knuckles were busted up, as well as his nose. Trying to slink out of the alley like he hadn't done anything wrong, he didn't expect to run into anyone he knew.

He wiped at his nose as he left the scene, hoping it wasn't too hurt. Hatori would yell at him again for using Haru's body too recklessly--

"I...I'm sorry?" He didn't quite know how to respond to that, if he were to be honest. All he knew about his other self was that he was usually violent. "Did..." He paused, looking down into his coffee.

"Did he do anything bad to you? Usually...people tell me I act violent." He admitted, looking a little uncomfortable. He was used to it, but he didn't like the thought that he might have hurt this girl.

"Really, now?" That wasn't quite what she expected out of the other, eyes widening a bit and head lifting off the hand that was holding it up. "Well, isn't that something?" It led to the one main answer she could think of off the top of her head. And it was something she didn't see all too often, especially around here compared to other regions.

Gaze moving toward her water, she took a sip out of it. "I can definitely see that. After all, you're acting way different than when we met before." She admitted, attention moving back toward him. "Like. . . Really different. A complete one-eighty in personality."

He froze, chest feeling like ice was spreading over it and reaching all the way to his fingertips. He quickly closed his eyes and looked away. If it was getting to the point where it was visible in his face--

"I have no idea what you're talking about." He huffed. "...I feel weird, like one of those damn headaches are comin' on. Just give me a minute."
