Oh totally agree! I'd also like to know more about Sheikah, Rito, Zora, Goron, and Korok languages. Just because everyone speaks the common tongue doesn't mean that's all they know, and I think if we're visiting them in their own domains, we should get to see pieces of their own language.

Actually I changed my mind about the Koroks, I've decided they communicate like bees and just wiggle.
