   no matter the world, no matter where they are, they were destined to be on opposing sides.

    another world, another shift in what was known and allowed. gone were her capabilities as a Servant and she felt as weak as a human. her powers were cut off and she was forced to deal with this in the manner befit of humans. fine then. she could handle that much. it was just another of many complications-- the main one being that damned Pendragon. whatever the Stars thought would happen by forcibly bringing them together would not occur. she wanted nothing to do with the Saber, didn’t even want to be in the same vicinity as her. perhaps that is why they are enemies here.

  gunshots ring out in the derelict warehouse, bullet holes riddling graffiti walls and shattering glass of already broken windows behind her. her gaze moves to the briefcase in her hand. whatever was in this thing, they wanted it. Arturia and whoever was with her. she got out-- or, at least was whisked away somewhere else-- by playing along. fingers curl tight around the handle as her attention focuses on the sleek car before her. 

           ' We’ll give you cover-- just get that out of here and to the buyer! ‘

    that’s what was said to her before she was shoved forwards and gunfire erupted. well, she doesn’t have much of a choice, does she? the briefcase is tossed into the passenger seat as the vehicle roars to life. bullets strike and ricochet off the windshield-- bulletproof glass. convenient. Morgan wastes little time as she slams her foot on the gas, tires squealing against the concrete as smoke erupts from the friction. a blinding tactic to those firing upon her and it gave her just enough time to switch gears and the car takes off. her eyes flicker towards Arturia’s as the vehicle flies by. it is only a second of eye contact, but enough to get the message across clearly.

                    she was not going to make this easy for her.
