Favorite scene or moment from Hannibal you think is underrated?

oooh that's an interesting question!

with a fandom that's been running for so long and loves to overanalyse every nook and cranny of the show, i don't think many scenes are underrated, but i think one of my favourite details is probably Bedelia talking to Will about how she is in no danger of being killed by Hannibal, unless he has the capacity to eat her

mostly because 1) that capacity requires her to be fed well for a period of time beforehand as we've seen during their time together in Florence and 2) because of the absolute admission — even unsaid — that she is jealous of Hannibal's feelings for Will

because Hannibal has the same hunger for Bedelia as he has for anyone he finds either rude or fascinating to some degree, but his hunger for Will is so out of this world that just by seeing him he feels "nurished"

Bedelia wants that for herself, being that special; he let Hannibal manipulate her into killing her patient and changed her into something new in the process, but not something interesting enough to love the same way he loves Will Graham (who wasn't as much changed as freed by Hannibal to be his true self)

and anyway i just love all the parallels between Bedelia and Will because in very simple terms it feels like his attraction towards Bedelia is sexual and the one towards Will is emotional (even though it can never be that simple, when it has to involve mindgames, murder and cannibalism but hey <3)

Had a busy week so couldn't find the time to watch the new Brilliant Minds episode, and i have to say your posting is making me both so hyped and so scared XD And as I've said before, your gift make for great promo, 10/10 they should hire you to run social media <3

this episode was... wow. like. i was so hyped for the whole John Doe storyline from the moment they introduced him and the way they strung the whole thing along across episodes until it culminated in this one, not to mention the way they portrayed their interactions (you'll see what i mean soon enough) it's just so, so good. like, genuinely this episode was A Moment in television for me and given to some comments and tags and my dms, not just for me.

sure, i wouldn't really call it any more medically accurate than any of the other episodes, but frankly, you don't really have capacity to actually think about that anyway.

all in all, great episode, 11/10 and don't forget: tissues!
