As if there could ever be a different answer when it comes to his boyfriend. He is the whole package deal, under every point of view. When they firstly met, Rick had thought that they would hate each other, or become begrudging friends at most, because he hates himself.

And yet there they are, smitten with each other and happier than it should be possible to be together. Every flaw, every quirk, every painful twist he despises on himself looks absurdly endearing on his counterpart. It makes no sense, but then again, love never does.
