It is not speciality to calm nor COMFORT other’s, and this is well known given his own WEAK emotional state. So he gives he a shock, HOPING to stop those tears, a hand cups her chin and lips glide down to meet her lips, holding them with his own. The KISS lasted longer than it should have, but he just could stand seeing her so SAD. Even if this just pisses her off, it will be worth it.
