"Marriage though yeah I like the idea thing "bout that though is my partner gotta understand my family is always important to me and I gotta be able to be there when they need me. I don't think they ever won't. I don't like my brothers thinkin" they shouldn't bother me or they ain't worth my time. So once I know we're good there and I dunno normally you move out right? I might but at the same time my bros are my team so it's not like I can just leave eithers ya see? My heart will always be to family but its big and you'll always be part of that too."

"I mean Casey and I sort already have a kid. Since he for some reason thought he had ta get me a gift and a turtle was his choice? Maybe cause I told him about Spike becoming Slash and how I missed having Spike I never really asked. Cause well soon as I saw Younge Savage? He was just too cute and I aint letting anyone harm our kid." Now his fave slowly grows red at the next part. "Okay look it’s not like I sit around just obsessing over his deep brown eyes, It’s not like I lie awake well were pressing, or feeling like there are tingly butterflies in my stomach.” Sure sounded that way Raphs face just getting warm by the second as he went on.”..it’s its not like i’ve drawn up plans for a wedding or nothin’ just... shut up!”

“Kids? eh no I can’t say I want one, nothing against kids they are eh fine I guess if you want on buuut no. Besides I already have a son my beautifully constructed Shelldon! Ya know when they are not being a bit of pain in my ass. I point out in full annoyance.” he sighs and thinks over the second bit. “Only if they are special enough to me and well my little micro chip is but I don’t think I’m ready yet to move to that step. Just yet.”

"Now see if I go and connect copper wires here then the current seems to run just fine BUT if I use these instead!" Donnie begin with towards Josielynn explain on of his many works in progress at the moment, she didn't always seem to follow what he said but she never minded either. Seeming to pick up of the hidden ethuism in his words, noting how excited he got but never complained about it or mocked him over it and well. It what he liked best about her.

He was different from his brothers sure he shared interests but mostly to not feel excluded so it was nice to be seen for what he did hold a passion for. That did always make him smile it was him being 'smart' or 'obsessed' it was his passion. His special interest. Science was just something he could feel himself get lost into and there were just so many kinds of it even! Favoring the technological ends of it all. So often he waited till she came by so he could ramble on for hours on end about literally whatever. he was always excited to update her on current progressions he had made. His heart flutter in his shell when those aqua colors eyes shined as she was clearly impressed with him. That what he wanted most.

Soon he turned and look back to the current set of wires he was showing to her. Rubbing at his chin. "though the wire issue I got sorted I'm still trying to solve for over all output, I'd like to bump it up with out risking power surges." He began his next tangent. They were meant to be doing something else, date night and all. But the soft shell had been going on about project after project for well into three hours now. He hadn't meant to get so carried away but he had gotten so much done and he just couldn't help how ecstatic he became over it all.

Ready to go on about a another of his actually finished works. Some attachment for his googles when his brothers and he went out on missions. Only to paused when Josielynn's hands take hold of his face suddenly. Offering to bend down some when he felt her tug him down her way. About to ask what was up when her beak started to press in against his face. One kiss turned into two then five and then ten. Only for the rare laugh to work out from Donatello's own beak as he set his hands to her shoulder's to pull back away. "okay, okay I get it, give the girl friend attention." He offers "I did install new game if you wanna be my player two? or I guess we could set up a move instead on the big screen I got." he starts to offer feeling just a tad guilty for only know giving her his attention, as amber eyes landed back to his pile up of projects. "just let me connect these circuit back in place-" Soon his face is snagged again as more kisses are dished out to his face to reclaim his attention her way.

"Alright my declacate curit board." Donnie called out just now yes he was referring to his girlfriend when he used the pet name. Popping right out of the pile of discread goods as Donnie would call it. In truth? It was mound of trash from the junk yard. Normally Mikey was the one they joined him on his dumpster dives buy he thought it be a fun thing to bring his girl along in to as well. Clearly that was peak romance right? wanting to share something he enjoys doing with the person he loves? Smiling brightly her way as he added his current finds to his pile. He came across a lot of useful items. So he was feeling pretty proud of the trip out.

"A lot of this will help with some of the lair patch up jobs thar I need to get started on. The rest is for myself I think woth the wiring I came across just now projects BS0092 and DH00jk-3 will finally get finished." He went on the ramble a bit towards her. "Thanks to your help Mikey tends to get bored and stops looking claiming he is cause he thinks I don't know the difference when my head in deep in the piles here. Soo this was far more worth the trip." Smiling at her because he got to spend over five hours alone with her. Okay he owned her a actually date, take hold of the handle of the shopping cart they found to throw all thker finds into as he looked at her.

"After we dump this stuff in my room why don't we go to run of the mill? Or we can head to the hidden city closer for you that way.?"

Donnie went on to suggest, thar way they could actually have a date and not digging through junk. Though from them rummaging around in the piles of junk it made many of them lose part of thier base making a lot of the structures unbalanced. A few things dropped here and there from the pole behind them had Donnie glance but it seemed fine so he contuined on talking when more fall it was falling pretty fast at that?

Turning back in time to find the top half of the pile come down at them. "Oh panic screaming of fuck!" Donnie let out before he quickly took Joiselynn down to the ground with him as he dove off to the right to try and get her away from the possible pile up. Making sure to cover her incase anything came flying there way. Which a bit did nothing much all small stuff even if a toaster slammed into his techno shell. And a can to the back of his head. Once it seemed to stop though did he pause to run the back of his head.

“You- you saved me.”

"Well yeah of course your my girl after all." He says smiling a little at her before he moves to sit on his knees rubbing the back of his head "though that side think I'm gonna need you to check my head that can hit pretty good...or ya know just give me kisses now. That how you cure a head wound right?" He asks smirking a little. "I mean I think you should for the fact I saved you so hero kisses." Slightly picking his beak as he waits.

"And why is offering medial attention seen as a useless thing? Even Leo cam mange that and thata saying something. So someone far better at it? Yeah I think you are clearly out of your depth on that thought buddy." He began with, "she'd be useless if she didn't know any kind of medical aid. Considering her brother and adoptive father get hurt from training alone. There also the fact she spends time with us and sometimes are only medic gets it the worst." He goes on to list off his points by lifting a fringer.

"Personally I like having her over Leo anyway." A slightly smirk over his beak when he says it before it fades and his face falls, arms crossing over his plastron.

"Now now lets us get to the bottom of the rest here. She isn’t a damsel either there is nothing wrong with her having people who want to protect her.” Donnie goes on to express quirking his beak a little “I know I’d hate if anything happened to her Raph’s always going on about protecting and being heroes. I don’t always get it but now that I have her I.” He trails off a little quiet and trapped in his mind as he thinks that over. Quick to sigh out in frustration “She isn’t useless she’s caring and considerate and she does far more than simply heal up some cuts and such she also…well you know maybe has had a bit of nice healing touch on other aspects of people who may need that kind of love.” A hint of a blush on his face should answer who he was talking about himself.

“Groan, look okay. Josielynn is not weak or helpless she has a special skill and makes use of it, when I’m with her I feel better. I feel like someone and the stuff that drags me down does so less when she smiles at me like I am the greatest thing she has ever seen. She trusts in me and…she cares and I can fold and let my emotions out around her. I can tell her things I wouldn’t others. She’s claming and caring.” His voice gets soft as he smiles just a little thinking about her now. “She can have a bit of tough side herself too.” Looking up again letting his face set as his brow knotted up in annoyance. “My family always makes it clear caring about each other is important and we’ve been able to face it. Lot for that alone. So no I don’t think someone who cares so much for others and can help them when they get hurt is considered useless or even that being able to be a low-level skill. Unless you’re Nardo.” Yeah, he threw his twin under the bus again for no reason other than to cut the emotion cracking in his tone as he went on to speak. “If she wasn’t someone worth fighting for she wouldn’t have all these people willing to fight for her in the first place. I know her brother can fight but I would put everything on the line for her too, and I know he trusts me with that. When someone is special to you, when they mean a lot it makes you want to do all you can for them. She does for a lot of people." Frace scrunches up now as he finds himself miffed over this "So try saying that again and you'll be getting a lab full of tech arsenal aimed at your blatant lying mouth!"

Hood up, covering most of her, Josielynn's finally out walking the streets of New York. It's her first time out of the hidden city, taking her chances on exploring what this city has to offer. She did not, however, expect to be bumped into suddenly & without an apology, nonetheless! "Uhm, Excuse you. Do you usually bump into people & not apologize??" ( for rise!Donnie uwu )

Don's attention was fully engrossed to his wrist, fingers were typing away at the keys typing away as his thought ran over his mind, he knew what he was typing with ease as he had his eyes transfixed to the screen. It had been a bit of interest to him and his brothers when learn that there was a whole world of creatures similar to themselves. They were mutations sure, but it was still nice to not feel too alone with the yokai population that was also hidden away in the city. What got his attention most was the access points across the city that allowed them to come in. The main one they were aware of was the one that took them to 'Run of the Mill Pizza' Sure Huseo was able to make portals to areas like Big mama's hotel or the Hidden itself. Leo was also able to do so with his katana. This whole portal business just had his mind needing to know more, however, have been looking into it he felt he had come to an idea about the portals. So engrossed in his findings he left the lair not making mention of his journey to his brothers, just throwing on his purple hoodie so he could walk around a bit more freely. He needed the results besides he was sure he could handle anything that might happen well he was out and about.

Wanting to map out the entrances, feeling they couldn't open just anywhere. So lost in his thought as he was making his way to one now wondering how this could be useful a few ideas came to mind as he was mumbling them to himself. Until feeling something knock in against him, "Oh come on you ruined my tracking! why can't you pay attention I'm not hard to miss-" Slightly trailing off when taking in better what he just ran into.

"Uhm, Excuse you. Do you usually bump into people & not apologize??"

Goggles were lifted up for a better look at her, even with the hood covering he could make out the green skin quirking his lip a little before he spoke: "Well no cause everyone is always in my way."

He said flatly more interested in her now, stroking at his chin it was kind of easy to tell she wasn't human but the jacket hid enough of her to make the answer not so clear. Leaning in a little humming in thought, portals and such were forgotten well set aside more likely to say. "What are you?" he asked bluntly with it before lifting his wrist back up screening popping up "Are you a yoki from the hidden city?" another question aimed her way. "You came from there it seems" no longer talking towards her so much at the moment. But she did have his attention now.

Okay no he did a lot, but he wasn't going to like this simple little fact knock down his confidence. No, it was like running tests for his labs! YES just like that he just needed to test it out, "tests are easy" he muttered under his breath recalling something Raph said alright. Casually sliding over her way now, leaning back against the wall as he slowly rolled his way to aim his attention at her now, holding out his hand to flash his platinum library card, hey this was all about selling yourself right? And Donnie prided himself in this card, not many had platinum status after all. "You must be a book because I'm here to check you out." the reason for the card hoping it would add the needed context. Smirking a little he clearly had this down now. Good one Donatello how can she possibly resist?
