Nebula's been my internet alias for the past 8-ish years, and I'm fond of the word "nebulous" because my alias is the root word (?) of it plus I resonate with one of its definitions: "(of a concept or idea) unclear, vague, or ill-defined".

I've struggled with depression for most of my life, so the "joy" part of my url is supposed to be an ironic reference to that. You could say my url thusly means "a feeling of joy that is unclear, vague, or ill-defined".

For my name it was a nickname I was giving back in middleschool! One of our teacher had a system where we worked with 'wifi' eachtime we talked in class we lost a bar of the "wifi" (was a weird joke and we never held count on that) All the kids usually joked if they needed 'wifi' , they would borrow mine if they wanted to talk more. (I was incredibly shy in middle school, I only talked to like 3 people at school;^;)

They called me Ms. Wifi because of that. I just thought it would be funny if I put 'miss' instead of 'ms' because of my terrible actual wifi connection I have at home lol.

Dal's chocobo's name is Zhibagu (shi-BAH-goo)! She's a red chocobo (or will be when I can do that).

Unfortunately (or fortunately) I must ramble about additional context.

Zhibagu comes from the Mongolian word Sibagu, spelled and pronounced differently. Since Xaela Au Ra names seem to draw inspiration from Mongolian names/words, I figured I'd do the same for his chocobo, since he's the one naming it.

Dalamus is actually afraid of birds! His tribe has a coming-of-age ritual to hunt a [bird-like creature, specifics yet TBD because I keep forgetting to write anything down] and he either never did it or it didn't go entirely to plan. Either way: fear of birds. He finds their twitchy movements unsettling and the buffeting of their wings uncomfortable (scaled to the size of the bird, of course).

Dalamus' name is close to Dalamud because he was named after the false moon, as his tribe worshiped it peacefully as a guiding deity. When it turned red and began descending, the tribe began turning violent, and began hailing Dalamus as a harbinger for Menphina's Loyal Hound. He could not stomach what his tribe, his family, had become, and left, traveling to Eorzea in the hopes of finding some way to help them return to their former selves.

Color him surprised when he discovers that one of the main methods of transportation in Eorzea is by chocobo! A giant bird! He was reluctant to have one at all, but was eventually convinced that it would be a useful investment. He named her Zhibagu. It means "bird." He might be afraid of birds, but he treats her well, and she eventually earns his trust.

Now, Zhibagu started off the typical chocobo color. But since food is what's used to affect their color in game, I figure it's not a stretch to just say that, like flamingos, their plumage changes color based on their diet.

Her feathers begin changing color and eventually turning red, to what Eorzeans might even call "Dalamud Red." The same color as the "moon" that started all this.

And Dal thinks "You have got to be kidding me."
