Noel took a second look around his apartment to make sure everything was settled. There were small balloons and fairy lights glued to the walls with Tigger, Eeyore, Piglet, Owl, Rabbit and of course Pooh Bear handing from them leading to the table filled with hunny themed treats; macarons, cupcakes, cake pops, lollipops and candies all with the sweet bear's face or a bee or two set in between the other decorations. It was a sight to see, his otherwise dark colored place filled with storybook imagery and he couldn't help but smile to himself.

His couch and its surroundings were flooded with gifts, some wrapped and some in clear boxes so the birthday man would be able to see the stuffed plushies inside; everything in the familiar golden yellow and red colors he knew his lover would recognize.

'I wonder if this will do...'

Some people thought a couple gifts would be enough for the people they cared about, but Noel didn't agree. It was hard just to choose a few, and as some would say, a man in love would give the universe to the one he loved.

Except the universe might not be enough, either.

With yet another look over everything, he nodded satisfied and reached for his phone to message the birthday boy when he saw the selfie and chaotic comment section on sns. With a playful roll of his eyes, he made his way to pick up the lilac and forget-me-not bouquet he'd ordered the day prior feeling more in a hurry to find Invidia in time for his birthday plan to start.
