Hello! I'm Kalavakus, Kala, or Kal! 🌲🌿⛰️

Some of my interests include:

-Music, both writing and listening. I tend to enjoy neoclassical, folk, blues/bluegrass, and baroque, but it varies based on season and weather. Ask me about music for an unskippable cutscene.

-TTRPGs. I've been running (mostly Pathfinder 1e) campaigns for a decade and a half. Whether it's a one-shot or a full campaign, I'm always running something.

-Writing. I mostly do structureless worldbuilding, but I've written a few short stories. I lean towards writing classic fantasy or soft sci-fi, but I enjoy a bit of everything. In the summer I also become unreasonably obsessed with cowboys and classic Americana poetry.

-Cooking. I love cooking and baking!

-PoliSci. Unfortunately, the crawling tendrils of politics have wormed their way into my brain to the point of being a long-running special interest. I am not American and try to focus on my own area's political history.

-Art/Architecture. Especially post-romantic/modern.

-Religion/Ethics. While my own relationship with religion is somewhat complicated and I don't have a fixed religious identity, I find the concept and history of religion and ethics very interesting.

-Nature. Ecology and geography are incredibly interesting! The woods and mountains of my home have a ton of spiritual meaning to me. I especially love trees and mushrooms.

-Photography

-Birds!!! I have a couple bird tattoos.

-Eye and hand imagery

-Planned cities (especially Brasilia), atomic gardening, 60's pirate radio, linguistics, industrial horror, the list goes on and on. I enjoy life and many of the wonders that come with it.

Not to be all thirst trappy on main but this is a great representation of what Mitch actually looks like. The right amount of facial hair, the scruffy length of it all and those muscles. Before transformation, they were built up from the constant building and repairing the buildings and objects ( carts, trolleys, etc. ) of the farm and just general life, but as Morvanth they stacked on as he became the behemoth and after the length of time that he was able to effortlessly climb cave walls and mountains, he somewhat stayed stacked when he accidentally broke the curse laid upon him.

Just imagine how powerful he'd be if he learned to assimilate and didn't give off those cornered wild animal vibes.

I love this pissed off house cat of a man so much bc when he's told to make himself comfortable, he generally will settle himself in this sort of position because this body is weird and while he could move around on two legs, he was never totally upright unless he really forced himself and being on all fours was just safer and easier and he also just really hates being so fucking small.
