Selling candies at 3 pieces for P2 is very common, despite sellers not having change for an odd quantity, as shown in the video. So, buyers are often forced to buy an amount that would require no change, or make it easier for the seller to give you a change.

In the PH, it’s the buyer’s fault if the seller doesn’t have any change ahdsjfgjgfkd. Unless you’re buying in the mall, it’s a courtesy to pay with an amount that makes it easier for the seller

When out of change, sellers would give you candy instead
