Like I find it genuinely incredible/fucked up that thanks to all the bullshit Fromsoft has done with the dlc's Miq lore how it bleeds into Malenia's own character and makes her actions and motives... questionable. There was already so much vitriol towards Mal before the dlc and now it's infinitely worse.

And this is absolutely insane to me because like

MALENIA IS LITERALLY THE ELDEN RING POSTER WOMAN

THEY GAVE HER A COLLECTORS EDITION FIGURINE!

THEY GAVE HER A LIFE SIZED STATUE!

THEY GAVE HER A HELMET!

THEY GAVE HER A FREAKING LIFESIZED PROSTHETIC A R M!!!!

and yet they still shit on her lore this fucking much......
