watched dune part 2 yesterday and learned i will never not be the person who doesn’t like the movie nearly as much as everyone else cause i can’t stop going ‘BUT IN THE BOOK…’

#WHERE WAS ALIA AND HER BIG MOMENT! WHERE WAS MY GIRL?#i was trying to hold it in bc i didn’t want to be That Person™️ but also :(#i love the books so much #ALSO! chani is so different! and leto wasn’t born!#was really hard for me to not spoil the later events too cause i was like ‘where’s duncan’ and forgot he died and isn’t back yet #genuinely amazing movie tho #i just think my comparisons were reading as complaints which is not what i intended #dune spoilers #??? i guess? that feels silly to tag since the books are so old 😂
