Hiii Pippi! For talk shop Tuesday, what’s your preferred length of fic to write? Does it depend on the fandom? And is it different from what you prefer to read?

i'm a drabble/ficlet/short one shot lady i feel! I have only written a few longfics before, and none are finished (though i really, REALLY want to finish at least one this year).

i like to write shorter bc it's more fun, allows you to be more poetic, and i don't need backstory or transitions. i can just...put whatever i want on the page.

i love to read any length, though i think i get wrapped up in longer fic like a lot of us. i try to make a point to read shorter fic though, bc they're fun too (and often some of the BEST you can find)
