hi just dance fandom who wants to hear some hc stuff about HERRRR??? its interesting i swear (and also kinda long lol)

Okay! So! I’ve named her Lucy (short for Lucyfer, with a Y. She's quirky like that). To me, she's literally Satan but for Just Dance universe!

“What about Luke Cypher or (any other devil adjacent character)???” I hear you cry! Well, Luke Cypher is a demon, but he’s just a performer. He’s not legitimately evil, moreso mischievous. Also, this is my lore bible ;)

Lucy is a tricky character. She’s cunning and manipulative. She never refers to herself as any sort of demon, she always calls herself “A friend.”

“What are you?”

“I’m a friend.”

She’s a disgraced goddess and a shapeshifter. She’s had many different forms over the years (of different genders. She’s technically genderfluid, but presents mostly as a woman, which is why I am using she/her for her. Unrelated, but she's also aroace). She’s kept this form for some years now. Lucy likes it because people underestimate her, thinking her to be a college student in a Halloween costume. This is hilarious to her.

Those eyes in the background of her choreo are her little pets. They watch people and report back to her.

NOW! I am shoving the "a coach's glove is actually their soul" theory here because! Important! I'm also going to add onto that and say that someone else can't take off your glove. Only YOU can! A coach also cannot gain a new glove. You only have one. Dig? Great.

Lucy collects gloves. She grants a coach's deepest darkest desires in exchange for their glove. People spread rumors about the things she can do, and some come to her willingly. Most, she approaches on a whim. She preys on the weak, the desperate. One would typically expect to see her in Eternyx, but she travels about.

Bonus: Ever wonder why so many of the Just Dance 1 coaches don't have gloves? ;)
