next year, i wanna change how i do things a little. with a few exceptions, basically the entire time ive been running this blog ive drawn everything in the same style on a 500x500 canvas so that everything could fit together nicely in a little array. and like ookayyy YESSSS it looks really nice all togetherrrrr

BUT. it's started to become a bit limiting. i wanna branch out a bit!!! i wanna do more of them on aggie canvases with my friends or on paper!!! i wanna CHANGE THE ASPECT RATIO sometimes!!! get me out of square world sometimes!!!!!

plus, with everything in the same style, most days require like... a certain benchmark of effort, so on days im too tired to put the time in i just end up spending ages rerolling the wheel until i get something easy. and that sucks!!! i dont wanna just draw orbs every time im tired!!! i think itd be funnier to just post a stupid ugly cute doodle and move on!!!!!!

I could have made arrangements for him to see my counselors!” I ranted pacing more as his phone kept going to voicemail. “Erika, look. At some point, we have to back away and let them explore their options. Peyton, Jr. is gonna be 24 in a few months, so we need to let him start growing up on his own.” Shaking my head, I groaned before walking into the kitchen to get some Tylenol for the headache this family was causing me. Taking my pill and drinking my water, I got a bright idea and pulled out my phone.

Kissing up on PJ as we laid around lazily, I finally decided it was time to get the day started. Getting out of the bed, he quickly smacked my ass as I looked at him and shot him the finger. “Guh we been did allat.” “Boy shut up!” I smiled going to take a much needed shower and doing my hygiene routine.

Singing my ass off to Nothing in this World, I quickly flipped the pancakes and set them aside as I prepared to take the sausage and bacon out the oven and start the eggs and cheese grits. “We’ll be going till the birds siiiiing, oh yeaaaaaaa… Feel the same about you baby, ouuuuu weeee!!!” PJ crooned in my ear startling me as he came up and wrapped his arms around my waist. “Boyyyy!!! Almost gave me a damn heart attack!” “What you saying to me, boy, come on break it downnnnn!!!” He ignored singing KeKe Wyatt’s part as I laughed and shoved him back. “You are something else, sir. Here, come taste this real quick.” I said grabbing a forkful of some food to feed him. Eating the food, his eyes shot open before he quickly whipped me into the air. “Girl, you need to open up a spot!” “PJ, put me down! The eggs are gonna burn!” “Say yea and I will.” “Yessss!!!” I hollered before he finally placed me down and I hit him before finishing up the food.

Finally plating the food, I set up the table before grabbing the orange juice. Since I was in the mood for a brunch style breakfast, I decided to grab some fruit as well and a little yogurt. “Goddamn, girl! You tryna get a ring forreal forreal.” He boosted as I giggled. “Not too much on me.” “Uhhhh huh. Who the extra plates for?” “You’ll see.” I smiled as the doorbell rang. Heading to the door, my smile got bigger as he opened the door and yelled in excitement at the sight of his uncle James and aunt Brielle, his sister Kyla along with her fiancé Malik, and his home girl Alexis and her husband Moe. Hugging and dapping everyone, we all got acquainted and settled as I got ready to serve up the food. A COUPLE WEEKS LATER…

Finishing up all the final touches to my hair and makeup, I checked my appearance one more time before snapping some behind the scenes looks to go on the gram later. I been so caught with all this stuff going on with PJ , so I haven’t really been on top of everything dealing with my modeling career. Being the sweet, wonderful guy he is, Peyton decided to surprise me with a photo shoot to get back in the game. He even got in touch with my team that I always book with to make sure all my needs were met. Like sir, I get that Leah is pregnant, but you tryna shoot for a two for one special or sun’in? Finishing up with my shoot, I uploaded the behind-the-scenes pics and chilled for a little bit.

Knocking on the door, I waited patiently before furrowing my brows as he opened the door in a nice green suit with a fresh lineup and braids, and a big bouquet of roses. “What is this?” “AHT! No questions, just follow me.” Blushing as I accepted the flowers, I walked in and started tearing up at the beautiful candlelit setup he had through the house leading outside to a pretty candlelit dinner on the patio. “You like it?” He asked nervously as I giggled wiping my tears. “Yea, I love it.” “Good. Come here.” Holding his hand out, I took it as he pulled me closer to him and stared deep into my eyes. “Kyra, you’ve been here for me more than I could have ever asked for. You’re my best friend, my rock, you bad as shit, you on yo grind, I couldn’t have asked for anybody better by my side. Sooooo, I guess what I’m tryna say is will you be my girl?” “Yes, I’ll be your girl.” “Okay, so can I make it official official?” “What do you mean?” Smiling big, he pulled out a beautiful diamond ring with an engraving on the inside that read PJ’s girl. Watching him pull her in for yet another kiss, tears silently flowed down my face as I backed my car up and pulled off. I've sat idly by as PJ allowed this trashy ass bitch to disrespect me and my position in this family, but I'm done playing nice. PJ was supposed to be my husband, that was supposed to be my happy ending with him and our child! So I've been working on a secret project since the last day that I worked at my actual job. I've been keeping it to myself since I have been wary of how much exposure I gave Damon, but I think I may finally be comfortable enough to at least give a sneak peak at what has been occupying my time since I have no commissions right now.

But even still I am very cautious.

If any of you want to see this piece I'm working on, I ask you with the most sincerity to please let me know. Because as it currently stands, I am still scared of how every perceives Damon and his stand in the MCU.

For my new followers who don't know, Damon Renner is my MCU insert who I have been working on diligently since 2008 when the first Iron Man debuted. And while I love him very deeply (more as a son, not narcissism), I know that OCs are not usually accepted in the public. Especially not gay ones who are with a canonically "straight" character. After a couple of particularly nasty exchanges I had with a couple of blogs on here - who I will leave anonymous for their reputation - I became very cautious of showing Damon. Even as little as I have, it was a struggle.

But after extensively sharing his details with @harlekin6, @the-eldritch-sorcerer and @stewardofningishzida, as well as drawing him and Tony to represent my thanks in @sobeautifullyobsessed's Christmas gift, I think...I am ready to share more of his story.
