Okay, here's the A.D. Lore (a LONG POST!!!):

Used “dentist” as a swear word until high school because I couldn’t swear - TRUE! - I raised as a very sheltered Catholic, so I didn't even know what swear words were until high school. So in middle school because I wanted to insult people but didn't have the means to get real nasty with them, I called people I didn't like dentists instead of like. Assholes. It's where I got my username from, actually! :D

Had to be held down by three nurses to get flu shots as a kid - TRUE! - It was only when I got my first COVID shots in early 2021 that I stopped having to be literally held down to get shots. I don't remember a ton of the earlier cases, but I have photo evidence somewhere that my mom took when I was six of me being literally actually pinned down by three nurses to get my flu shot

Has a selfie with my own bag of blood from my first blood drive - TRUE! - I was literally so excited to see my own blood that the dude who took my blood let me take a selfie with it. It was so cool!!!

Was in a car crash and cried more about spilled candy than the actual crash - TRUE! - I was in my first ever car crash in May a whole two days before Breaking Dawn was first uploaded. I was eating an IKEA chocolate bar because that shit slaps and these jackasses from California slammed on the brakes in the middle of the highway and me and my mom rearended them. I spilled my chocolate all over the airbag and the airbag dust and I legit cried more over that than the seatbelt bruise covering my entire torso lol

Tumblr elected ckarl expert, runner up csapnap expert, 5th place cquacky expert - TRUE! - Tbh idk how I pulled this one off. It was I think the very last Google form poll back from September of last year and I finally won a c!Karl poll, and I got c!Sapnap second place because of You're Dead (my old abandoned dsmp fic.) I legit don't know how I did this because I legitimately don't think I ever watched a c!Karl stream, or a c!Sapnap stream, and I only watched the last Las Nevadas stream. I didn't really watch any lore tbh, so it was awesome beating out actual loreheads lol

Kicked off flights as a kid for screaming about plane crashes as we were landing - TRUE! - I used to fly a lot as a kid, and I was kicked off of several flights because I legitimately full-out screamed that the plane was crashing every time the plane started landing. This was before I achieved consciousness so I don't remember it, but my parents like reminding me that I was a bit of a haunted child between this and the seeing ghosts thing and the having night terrors every night that made them think I was legitimately possessed thing lol

Wasn’t allowed Scooby Doo as a kid bc it was “too scary” - TRUE! - This goes back to what I mentioned in the last one: growing up, I had terrible night terrors that were so bad that my parents legitimately wondered if I was possessed (my dad is a hardcore Catholic, my mom is just chilling.) If you don't know what night terrors are, they're nightmares that wake you up, but you stay dreaming while you're awake. So I'd be asleep having a nightmare about being chased by a man with a knife and I'd wake up and I wouldn't see reality, I'd still be seeing the nightmare, and I wouldn't respond to anything outside of screaming bloody terror. I grew out of them when I was six-ish, but because my parents didn't want me getting them again, I wasn't allowed to consume anything remotely scary until I moved out when I was 21 years old. It's actually hilarious lol

Got together with and broke up with boyfriend on mcc halloween day last year - TRUE! - So me and this dude got to know each other in shared classes and we went on our first actual proper date on MCC Halloween day last year. And then that afternoon I realized that I wasn't into him in that way and I broke up with him over Instagram dms and he (rightfully) stopped talking to me entirely. Last I heard, he wrote a really bad poem about how I broke his heart (bad as in bad, not as in rude) and submitted it to the same magazine that I got published in that semester (he did not make it in lol)

Have passed out in front of the class doing a presentation because it was Scary - FALSE! - This is the fake one! I have such bad social anxiety that I've almost fainted while giving a presentation, but I just cry instead. The only time I've ever fainted was in my own home and for seemingly no reason, and it hasn't happened since

Laughs watching horror movies - TRUE! - It's my flight or fight thing. I laugh during horror movies even though they can really freak me out! I did the same when I was in that car wreck, my mom was really freaked out and I was laughing the whole time while describing what happened to the cops, and I laughed when the EMTs took me into the ambulance to check me out like? Idk man, it just happens lol
