In S2 when she either was making plans to keep Coulson locked up in a cabin if he went insane or crlearly enjoying Andrew’s company? In S3 when she left with Andrew and only came back for Andrew? In the start of S4 when she told him he shouldn’t have left the Director’s role and that he should have been on TV legitimazing SHIELD, while knowing there are people out there who think he is dead? Or when she told Coulson her leaving Andrew was like she mishandled something important?

Are we watching the same show? Again, just because we found out in 4x08 she was an LMD, doesn’t mean she was replaced then. What is canon is when WE learn she is an LMD, that she is an LMD and not WHEN the change actually happens. We assume it’s then. We didn’t see the switch. We only learn that it happens. There wasn’t enough time for the replace to happen between ‘May’ losing it and bringing AIDA and Radcliffe.

The events would have been; Fly to Radcliffe’s, get knocked out immediatelly (unrealistically), get her undressed, dress the robot, wake the robot, treat her like she blacked out, get on the Quinjet, return to the Playground, AIDA reads the book and creates the portal. By then, only Robbie would have survived, because he remade a deal with the Rider.
