okay but what if kit and ty go to an inn during their quest and they have separate rooms (bc ofc they’re still iffy with each other) and kit gets super drunk one night so ty has to pick him up princess style and take him to bed and as he's away to leave, kit mumbles "no ty, please stay, i don't want you to go" and ofc ty stays the whole night, gently stroking kit's hair while softly whispering "my drunk mess"
